"We've arrived" he looked at her, and she nodded slightly worried. "My parents will tear you apart, keep that in mind" Kathleen warned, and Aiden smiled calmly. "I'm not afraid of them, love." Kathleen looked at him in surprise. "They will interrogate you ..." Aiden sighed and looked at the huge mansion that was supposed to be Bishop's residence. "I guess so." he shook her hand lightly. "Love, I know you're worried, and I have no experience with my girlfriend's parents, but there's my son, whatever they want, I'll give it to them." Kathleen swallowed, wondering if he really wanted to be a part of his son's life or a part of both of them?
"Everything will be fine, we are no longer students doing drunken nonsense, love. We are both mature people who know what they want." he turned to her and she smiled. "You must be right." he held her hand to his lips. "We need to worry about telling Brian, not your parents" she bit her lip. Before Daniel, Brian's current nanny, there was another girl. Kathleen fired her because she asked too many questions about Brian's father, and once it happened that Brian heard, and then Kathleen briefly told him that his father worked far away. The subject was never touched upon again and Brian can hardly remember. She herself hardly remembered him, so she didn't consider him a conversation with her son about his father.
"I'll explain him. Brian was much younger when he asked me about you, and I told him you worked far away, so you're not with us. But he hardly remembers at all, even I had forgotten him." Aiden nodded. It must have been very difficult for her to meet the double criteria for a parent. No matter how young Brian is, he still has needs. "Everything will be fine, love." Aiden assured her, wondering if he was really a father, would he be able to take on such a responsibility? She had told him to trust his son that he would show him how to be a father, but it wouldn't be so easy.

"Aiden Jackson, sir, it's nice to finally meet you. Mrs. Bishop, I see where Kathleen got her beauty from!" Aiden smiled and sat down in the place Kathleen's mother had pointed out.
"Aiden Jackson, like Aiden Jackson from AJ Ins?" Kathleen's father asked. "The same" Kathleen rolled her eyes. "You're the devil!" she whispered, leaning low toward him. "Just for you, love" he smiled and she shook her head in astonishment.
Aiden was just grace and charm. Her mother revolved around him as if he were her favorite son. "Finally, Kat, I was already starting to think you were a lesbian!" Kathleen choked on her own saliva. "Mom!" Martha Bishop looked at her innocently. "What? We haven't seen anything with pants around you since Brian was born!" she apologized, and Kathleen almost jumped up and grabbed her by the throat.
"It can only make me happy" Aiden smiled, and her mother shone like a sparkler. "So you two ..." she pointed at them and Aiden nodded, placing his hand on Kathleen's waist. "I think it's a little late to ask what your intentions are for my daughter, young boy!" Donovan Bishop laughed, and Aiden shrugged. "I plan to try to tame the stubborn one, sir." Aiden grinned charmingly and her father laughed.
"You know I'm in the room, don't you?" Kathleen frowned and Aiden hugged her lightly. "Enough, Kat, as your parents, we have a right to know!" her mother exclaimed indignantly. "After everything we've been through, it's high time you sat on your ass and found a man!" her mother looked at her sternly. "Great, marry me now, would you let me know what else you have prepared for me, Mom?" Kathleen asked sarcastically. "Kat, honey, I just want the best for you!" her mother sighed in disappointment. "And what do you think is best for me, if I may ask?" Kathleen leaned back, on the hand of Aiden, who was watching the scene with a smile. "I think she means me, love." she glared at him. "That's right, who else. Aiden, darling, I really wish you luck. Kathleen may be very stubborn and stumbling at times, but she's worth the effort. Besides, Brian will probably want a brother or sister."began to order her mother in a copper voice, as Kathleen wondered if she was waking up at night, wondering how to expose her or invent everything at the moment.
"Are you done, Mom, or will you show him my nude baby pictures to make a comparison, and you can make sure he's already seen me naked and we're working on it with your second grandson?" Kathleen asked, and Martha rolled her eyes. "So you're considering it? But it's wonderful!" she jumped up and hugged Kathleen and Aiden at the same time. "For God's sake, Mom, no, I'm not thinking about a child, I'm not going to get married and please, I love you, but leave my life alone!" Kathleen pushed away her mother, who frowned indignantly and sat back down next to her husband."Let's take it easy, Mrs. Bishop, for now, we're just trying to get used to each other." Aiden smiled sweetly, and Kathleen felt the need to kick him in the balls, but instead stabbed him hard with her elbow.
Aiden smirked, and she snorted loudly. "Why don't we start by finally meeting my son?" Aiden changed the subject before he got into traumatology.
"Oh, yes, he's in the garden, with Daniel." Donovan stood up, and Aiden followed, extending his hand to Kathleen. "Dad, I think we should do it ourselves ..." Kathleen pleaded, and her father nodded. "But of course, darling, you're right!" he hugged her encouragingly, patted Aiden on the shoulder, and returned to his seat as he and his wife watched anxiously as the young couple headed inside the mansion to the back entrance, which led to the garden.

"Are you okay?" Kathleen looked back at Aiden, who stood uncertainly at the door, watching Brian run around, trying to lift the kite. The child hadn't noticed them yet, and he had a chance to just look at him. "Is it normal to be so worried?" he asked, and she smiled. "Of course it's normal." she walked over to him and wrapped her arms around his neck, and he wrapped her waist, watching his son over her shoulder. "I didn't think I'd be so nervous," he said, looking down at her. "After meeting my parents, I didn't think you would be nervous either, but that just proves that you really want to get to know your son." he nodded and touched her lips lightly. "Do you think he'll like me?" she almost laughed. "I see no reason not to." she assured him, and Aiden nodded. "Okay, let's do it!" she smiled broadly, took his hand, and led him to their son. "Brian, sunshine!" she shouted cheerfully, and her son happily turned to them before fleeing and throwing himself into her arms.
"Who's that, Mom?" childishly innocent, Brian pointed to Aiden, who smiled, though his collar almost choked him with nerves. "That, sunshine, is your father." Kathleen looked at Aiden with a slight smile, then at her son's wide-eyed eyes, which were reflected in his father's identities. "My father?" Brian looked at her and she nodded. "That's right, sunshine, your father." she assured him and let him go. Brian stood in front of Aiden, who squatted to keep up with his son. "Hello, buddy, nice to see you at last." he smiled broadly and held out his hand, not knowing what else to do. "I have the same." Brian touched a tingle on his father's cheek, and Aiden felt his heart skip a beat. "I see you took them from me." the boy looked at him and nodded. "Are you going to work far away again?" Brian asked, and Kathleen moaned in surprise, amazed that he remembered at all. "No, champion, I will never leave you and your mother alone again!" Aiden swallowed the lump in his throat. "You promise?" Brian frowned, and Aiden looked at Kathleen, who nodded at him, wiping away her tears. "I promise, champion, I'll never work far away again!" Brian nodded and stepped forward, hugging his father's neck. Startled at first, Aiden hugged his son and lifted him high, squeezing him tightly. Kathleen was sure she would never see anything more beautiful than the sight of a father and son huddled together.
