And while I wait I think about you,
Do you need me when I'm not there?
Are you planning to be without me?
Do you have a new attract?

Eating dinner with the Coopers' didn't end well. It was a fucking mess; small comments turning into huge arguements. Although this time, it wasn't Bea who started it, and it was none other than Betty herself. It actually started as a small snarky comment from the girl who wore a ponytail, saying that Bea was certainly the 'black sheep' of the family, and what the hell, raven haired girl already knew that by now. It was so stupid, but her temper got the best of her, unfortunately.
"Ew Elizabeth, can't you be more mature already?" Bea rolled her eyes. "It's actually disgusting."
"Enoug-" Alice tried to chime in but she was cut off by Betty.
"No, mom. My dear sister should know by now that she's bringing shame to our family by doing all those things." Betty rambled on, and Bea groaned frustratedly. How stupid.
"Don't worry, dear sister. I'll be gone soon," Bea snapped, glancing at her mom who was staring at them with wide eyes. She stood up and went upstairs to her room. She slammed the door shut and let out a scream. Thank God for a soundproof room.
She knew that she was the fucking black sheep of the family, but Betty shouldn't point it out vocally, and it wasn't her fault she didn't want to be a fake ass bitch. All she ever did was be herself, and they didn't like it one bit, and pretending isn't an option for her. Although, she pretends to be okay, pretending to be fake wasn't in her agenda, nor will it ever be. Does that even make sense?
Ever since the start, she wanted to please her parents, but with no luck, she didn't, so she stopped trying to please everyone else. What's the use of putting all your effort for someone when they won't even see it, or appreciate it? It's such a pity that she even broke her ankle just to save Polly from the car that was driving way too fast back in middle school. Her sister didn't even thank her. Hal was the only one who stayed after and comforted her. She kinda prefers her dad than any of her family.
By the time it was 9:56 pm, her tear stained cheeks were flushed from crying, and her eyes were puffy as hell. She had been crying for the past hour, blasting Jimmy Eat World in her stereo. She wanted to drown out everyone, and everything; from her problems, to her family. She just wishes to disappear sometimes, and she meant what she said earlier, she'll be gone soon.
The familiar iPhone ringtone disrupted her dark thoughts, and startled her. She glanced at the caller id and immediately answered it.
"Cheryl?" Bea was confused. The red haired girl rarely calls her, and if she does, it means she needed something.
"Greetings, pumpkin." The voice from the other line spoke.
Rolling her eyes, she was tempted to end the call right away. "What do you want Cheryl? Want me to help you burn your new house again?"
Cheryl was clearly not amused. "Shut the hell up, Bea. I need a favor."
"There's this thing called being nice, you should try it sometimes, sweetie." She didn't wait for Cheryl to response and hang up. She didn't need anyone using her again. Such disgusting people using others for their own sick pleasure.
Bea stood up and went inside her bathroom, trying to find her pills. She really needs to down some sleeping pills and sleep with no interruptions or anything. After she found the bottle, she took two pills and swallowed it dry quickly before getting on her bed and curling up like ball, her duvet drapped on her waist. The pills were kicking in immediately, and her eyes were slowly closing, and all she could hear was the stereo playing, and before she knew it, she had fallen in a deep sleep-- much like Aurora, but there was no prince, nor a happy ending for her.
