You don't know my brain the way you know my name,
You don't know my heart the way you know my face,

-Message Man by Twenty One Pilots

The next morning, the raven haired girl woke up with a smile on her face for the first time in her entire existence. It was a quiet morning for the Coopers, and everyone was away except for her of course. She was quiet delighted that she was alone in this shit hole.

She reached for her phone, sending a quick 'Good morning' to Sweet Pea before sighing in content, snuggling her comforter. She closed her eyes and waited for the serpent to reply. She likes this kind of mornings; mornings that's filled with silence and a deserted house- and no, it's not home for her. The sun was peeking behind her black curtain, as the air rushes inside the opened window. Her room was dirty; clothes everywhere, and unorganized drawers. She remembered her mom telling her that it was not lady like to have a messy room, which made her roll her eyes in annoyance. Bea's phone made a noise, and the Northsider smiled knowing that it was Sweet Pea. But she didn't have the chance to check it because as she glanced at the clock on her night stand, she was totally late for class.

Bea groaned and went to take a quick shower. The hot water eased her worries and stressed, but she had no time for a relaxing shower, so she dried herself and went to her closet and pulled out some denim jeans and a "Guns and Roses" crop top. She slid on her white converse before grabbing her bag and heading outside.

She walked to Riverdale High with her hands stuffed in her jean pockets. She was late anyways, so why not take her precious time? Her earphones were plugged in as 'Friend, please' by her favorite artists blasted. The road was busy at the moment, probably a traffic jam, and as usual, perverts were cat calling her, but she paid no attention to those sick bastards. She absolutely hates it when they cat call her, or anyone at all. It was sick and disturbing to witness it.

By the time she arrived at Riverdale High, there weren't any students roaming around the school halls. Although, something caught her eye.

"Jughead?" She called out at the boy who was wearing a Serpent Jacket. The raven haired boy jogged towards her and offered a smile. "What are you doing here?" A confuse glint was in her eyes as Jughead looked at her with a surprised look.

"Wait," Jughead spoke. "You weren't informed that Southside High was shut down by your beloved mayor." He rolled his eyes as he mention the mayor but continued anyway. "So, we're staying here."

Jughead then walked off, leaving Bea with mixed emotions. She's quiet fine with the Serpents or any Southside kids staying her, it actually makes her amuse. But then she remembered Sweet Pea, and she smiled to herself an headed to her third class.

'This is gonna be fun,' Smirking she suddenly stormed inside, startling the teacher and some of the students. She glanced around the room to look for a certain serpent, but much to her disappointment, she only saw Fangs and some other Serpents.

"Ms Cooper," Bea's Math Teacher called out, her hands on her hips as she glared at the girl. "You're late."

"Oops, sorry. Had a nice night, if you know what I mean." Bea laughed before sitting beside Josie who had a disapproving look plastered on her face.

"Detention for you then!"
