We went to see Uncle at the Diner after Breakfast and after Max was walked and brought back to my place and he was left in the in the house with a bowl full of water and a bowl full of food and I put a blanket down for him to lay on even though both Chase and Boone rolled their eyes at me

The bell above the door dings as we walked in and Uncle says " You can sit anywhere "

" Uncle " I say
He looks up to see us comes around the corner of the counter
"'My Sweet Alexis " He says as he hugs me tight
" My Sweet Handsome Uncle " I Say with a grin

" I knew there was a reason why I liked you" He says with a laugh

" We stop by to see you and to see when I can a start back I have bills to pay and Lilly and the Guys back for paying for my house and electric " I say

" Well According to Phil you can do light work for a few weeks your not completely healed especially your head that concussion was bad it could take  6 months or more to recover "

"I know that I Haven't had a headache in a month " I tell him

" Alright you can work half shifts for three weeks then I'll move you to full shifts " Uncle Said

" Thank you Uncle " I say as I hug him tightly again
He kissed the top of my head

" Let me go take care of the customers and I'll be back to to talk in a minute or two " he says as he wanders off grabbing the coffee pot as he goes

Over the next few months All us settled In to a routine , Max would stay with me when they guys had to come really late or couldn't come do to work which if they couldn't come Lilly or one of the guys would come stay with me
I went back to work full time and have been taking College Classes online so that My Father couldn't find me

I had been working at the Diner for 6 months now And I know Uncles Nephews are coming home soon
Chase , Boone and Davis are excited that their brothers are coming home
Me I'm happy for them but also nervous to meet more people

My shift at the Diner is over and it's 9:45 pm and I am headed home to get some much needed sleep

Pulling into the driveway and park in the garage wait for the door to come down before I get out
I head inside putting my groceries on the counter then my purse on the built in desk
I set about putting things away and fixing a quick dinner
Once done with both I sit down at the island and eat

I text the guys to let them know I was home
Getting a reply from Davis saying he would be by in the morning to pick me up for a day of fun at the beach
That set me off into a panic
I don't have a bathing suit and my scars on my legs are going be seen
Texting back I don't have a bathing suit hoping he would say we could do something else but he doesn't he said we could pick up one

Trying to not to think about it they aren't big scars so maybe he won't notice

I went up to bed around 1 am after watching TV for awhile
I didn't go to my room I went to The Room Davis sleeps in when he is here and went to bed surrounded by his scent

Waking up to the sound of footsteps coming up the hallway
It was still night the moon light was shining through the room
Reaching for my phone and for the pepper spray that I keep in all the rooms

Hitting the redline button on my phone I slide out of the bed
I can tell they are in my room so I slip out of the bedroom dart across to where Chase sleeps
There is access to the attic in his room through the closet so I go to the closet and through the door closing it quickly and step lightly up the stairs

They were at the top of the stairs when I peaked around the dresser

I hesitate again

He pulls his phone out and hits a button

He hands me the phone

" Red it's okay Raven is one of my brothers he will protect you I know Silas and North are downstairs checking the house so you will meet them too I'll be home in thirty minutes,go with him Red"
"Okay " I say with a quiver in my voice
" Hand the phone back to Raven "

I do as he said
Raven speaks for a moment then reached for pulling me to him

We go down the stairs into the room
" Go get a pair of PJ Bottoms on I don't think you want ever one asking about the scars on your legs that are from a whip "

My eyes go wide " How did you know "
" Because I have see the scars before on people and when you tell me who did that to you they will be dead " Raven said
And for some reason I believe him

I went to my room got a pair of PJ bottoms they were Chases I rolled them up and tied them as tight as I could
Raven shook his head at me but he had a smile on his face

We went downstairs and rounded the corner I stopped when I saw the two men in the Kitchen
Raven ran into me I went forward but Ravens Arms went around my waist to keep me from falling

The front door came flying open with a bang causing me to jump
A hand took mine I looked to see the Sandy Blonde took it giving it a squeeze
