Wow, how many years since I last uploaded a part to this story?
I'm so sorry I haven't uploaded this story in about a months I can't even why am I so slow writers block is a bitch nevnuncdunurgrj
But anyway, to make up for the horrible gap between this part and the last, I made this extra long and it had more than 2500 words! And it's the last part which I have been struggling to write for a while ;;;;
Sorry if there isn't much speech in this, Sweden is a very hard character to write especially because he doesn't talk much ; w ;
But I hope you guys enjoy anyway, and also forgive me for my lack of story parts.

Also I have no idea how depression is actually treated since I've never been diagnosed with it or treated for it, so please don't correct me on anything, I've had no internet to research the way it's actually treated ; - ;
Mostly I'm going off a personal experience with the therapy part, I've had therapy before and I think it happened over six weeks, but it happened so long ago and I don't even remember why I was there in the first place --;

Anyway, enough rambling, please tell me about errors and enjoy!

"So then, what seems to be the problem here."

(F/N) sat in the doctors room next to her mother, listening as she spoke to the kind looking women who'd been tasked with treating her. She answered when needed and eventually once the doctor had gathered some background information, she handed (F/N) a sheet of paper with a sympathetic look on her face. It was just a sheet of questions which (F/N) answered like she was told to. She gave the sheet of paper back to the women who looked it over quickly and typed a few things into her computer.

She explained that (F/N) would be given therapy sessions over the following six weeks. (F/N) only half listened, most of it glazing over into just chatter between her mother and the kind doctor. She'd been kept off school for a couple of days to rest after the lack of sleep she'd been getting yet the longer she stayed off the seemingly more anxious she got. She may have seemed fairy blasé to most of the school, but she was a human with human feelings, including certain feelings towards one certain person.

She hadn't spoke to Berwald face to face in a few days, only over the phone or through text where she could talk slightly better. There was a group chat Tino insisted be created with just the three of them in it and so now they had (F/N)'s number; Tino had been worried ever since (F/N) had fainted at school so now to hear she had to go to the doctors worried him even more, Berwald feeling same. Although neither of them could see it, sometimes small smiles managed to make their ways onto (F/N)'s face due to their antics. Chatting to them over the phone was fun, almost like the days back when they were young.

(F/N) had been messaging Berwald since he'd wanted to know how her doctors appointment went. (F/N) was aware it was because of him telling her mother about everything that she was there in the first place, but she wasn't mad or anything. She knew he cared and that he just wanted her to get help and then after everything had been sorted out they could get back to being normal teenagers.

2:34 PM

(F/N): Hey, we've left to go to the doctors, I'll be back in school soon after this appointment is done with.

Tino: Yay!（＾∇＾）I can't wait to see you again (F/N)! I hope you get better soon, we miss you! ; - ;

Berwald: Good luck, I'll see you at school :)

(F/N) had laughed earlier at the out of character happy face he'd sent.

3:01 PM

(F/N): Done with the doctors appointment, but I'll explain everything at school.

Berwald: Okay, that's good.

Tino: Sure thing, whatever is comfortable for you!（＾ν＾）

(F/N) put her phone back in her pocket and smiled slightly at the two messages. She could talk to her two friends again, and hopefully after six weeks it'd be like the time they'd spent apart had meant nothing at all. She dug her hands into her pockets and walked out of the doctor's room and into the waiting room where a few people were waiting to be seen by a doctor, although one person stood out more than the rest.

She hadn't expected—or prepared—to see Berwald yet he was there waiting for her as a surprise. (F/N) tried to mask the slightly shocked expression on her face and her mother nudged her with her elbow.

"I'll be in the car sweetie." She left with a smile and (F/N) swore she saw her wink too. Now she didn't need to cover the shock on her face, it was already covered with a blush. She shyly made her way over to Berwald.

"Hey, what are you doing here? I thought I'd see you at school tomorrow.." She said, struggling to keep eye contact. "Shouldn't you be at school?"

"I wanted to see you now," Berwald simply replied and (F/N) swore her heart melted completely. He wanted to see her now? He even skipped school..

"O-Oh okay.." She muttered. "Well the doctor said that I have to have therapy sessions over six weeks, and possibly take medication, then everything might go back to normal."

"I hope so, I'd like things to go back to like they were back then." (F/N) looked up at him with hopeful eyes and nodded in agreement. Looks like she wasn't the only one who wanted that. "So, would you like to get something to eat?" (F/N) was took by surprise yet again. She thought the only surprise today was the fact that he showed up, now he wanted to go out and eat with her too? Her cheeks slowly tinted red.

"U-Um sure," she stuttered out and pulled her phone out of her pocket. "Let me just text my mother and tell her she can go without me." Berwald nodded in response and (F/N) quickly texted her mother and once she'd got a text back she and Berwald set off to one of the many fast food restaurants around town to get some food.

The day went by quicker than (F/N) would've liked. They had some food at a table and talked about some of the things they had done while they were apart. (F/N) hadn't done much but Tino and Berwald had done some travelling around (C/N), wishing (F/N) could be there too. At one point (F/N) even found herself laughing for the first time in a couple of years. That had made Berwald smile and once (F/N) saw him with a content expression on his face, her heart skipped a beat yet she forced herself to not show any reaction to it. By the end of the day when the sun was going down, she had smiled and laughed more in a day than she had in the past couple of years. Berwald walked her home and this time they were able to say goodbye properly without one carrying the other; they could say goodbye with smiles on their faces too.

(F/N) mother greeted her with a smile and offered (F/N) some food which—partly for her mother's sake—she accepted and ate. She checked her phone to see Tino had texted her. It wasn't on the group chat though, it was directly to (F/N).

Tino: Hey (F/N)! How did your date with Su-San go? (^｡^)

(F/N): Date??

Tino: Yeah! It was a date wasn't it? You two went out and ate, that's a date!
Tino: Haha that rhymes! （＾Ｏ＾）

(F/N) felt her face slowly heating up as she continued the conversation and she hurried to eat her dinner so she could go upstairs in her room where her mother couldn't tease her. She excused herself while trying to hide her red face.

(F/N): It couldn't have been a date, there'd be no way he likes me ;;

There'd definitely be no way would there? He had said that he loved her, but that could be true right? (F/N) was just his childhood friend and it was purely the heat of the moment!

Tino: No no (F/N) there'd be plenty of reasons for him to like you! ; n ;
Tino: You two have always been close!
Tino: (F/N) do you like him?

(F/N) paused for a moment before answered. She took a deep breath, she didn't want to deny it.

(F/N): Yes..

Tino: Then tell him! I'm sure he likes you back (F/N)!
Tino: You two would make such a good couple（＾ν＾）

(F/N): What if he doesn't like me back..?
(F/N): It'd ruin our friendship :(

Tino: Hmm
Tino: No that won't happen! I'm 110% sure he'll feel the same!
Tino: I know my word probably isn't reassuring enough, but believe in yourself, you can do it (F/N)!

(F/N) buried her face in her pillow. She couldn't believe she was talking about this! Now she actually considering telling Berwald how she felt, and Tino was even backing her up! She didn't want to ruin the friendship she'd just got back, but she loved him and she wanted to be more than just a friend to him..

(F/N): I'll try Tino..
(F/N): Thank you :)

Tino: Yay \ ^o^ /
Tino: I'll back you up all the way!

(F/N): I'm going to go to bed now.
(F/N): Goodnight Tino.

Tino: Good night (F/N)!

(F/N) turned off her phone and lightly placed it on her bedside table. Thoughts rushed through her head and she couldn't settle down to sleep with her brain so awake.

Was Tino right? He didn't lie, and he was sure Berwald felt the same as (F/N) but here was always that voice nagging at the back of (F/N)'s head. He wouldn't feel the same, it'd ruin the friendship..

But the date, as Tino said it was. If it really was a date, that meant he liked her right? (F/N) turned to face the wall and snuggled into her bed covers. She willed her heart to slow down its pace and for her mind to just turn off for the night.

She would have to just figure out tomorrow.

The next morning (F/N) woke up early feeling well-rested and ready to go to school and see both her friends. She quickly showered and dressed, going downstairs afterwards to see her mother downstairs making breakfast. (F/N) smiled and greeted her good morning and quickly ate some toast. She was trying to smile more in general and she could tell her mother was pleased as she smiled back at (F/N)'s progress at getting better.

(F/N) soon left the house and made her way to school. Upon arrival to her classroom she saw both Tino and Berwald sat waiting for her, but she found her desk had been moved. It had been moved back slightly, still near the window, but now she was sat next to her two friends. She walked over to the both of them.

"Why is my desk here now?" She asked curiously, setting her bag down next to her desk.

"Good morning (F/N)!" Tino greeted her cheerily. "Su-San asked the teacher whether we could move your desk back here next to us now that you're back since your desk was all by itself!" He glanced over to Berwald next to him and smiled. Berwald simply nodded in agreement. (F/N) gave a small smile to the two of them and sat down in her desk, muttering a small 'thank you,' to the both of them.

The teacher walked in and greeted the class, even welcoming (F/N) back with a smile. Some of the class even greeted (F/N) which made her even more happy. Maybe now they could see that she wasn't the lonely, quiet girl they all thought she was? (F/N) could simply enjoy the lessons as they went by now, yet that didn't stop her from gazing out the window and daydreaming. She could still see the nest of birds up in the tree. There was the baby bird and the mother bird, huddled together still without the father bird to complete the family. Yet they were suddenly surprised to see the figure of a bird flying towards them; the baby bird jittered excitedly and the mother bird remained still, happily snuggling up to the father bird as he landed in the nest. (F/N) couldn't help but smile as the family of birds was reunited.

The day continued on yet (F/N) still made no moves to tell Berwald how she felt like Tino had advised her to. She was too nervous and the constant school environment of rowdy school classmates around her who would certainly make a show out of any love confession, it was hard to do anything of the sort. The only thing she did know was that the more time she spent sat next to Berwald, the more she found herself staring at him and hence the more she fell in love with him.

The end of the school day came and still no progress. The trio walked home and soon it came to the point where the street split into two paths. Tino travelled down one while Berwald and (F/N) travelled down the other. They said goodbye to each other and (F/N) tried to ignore the suggestive wink Tino gave her.

The walk home was relatively silent, yet peaceful and not at all awkward. (F/N) couldn't help notice how close the two of them were walking together yet she couldn't bring herself to shuffle away. All she could do was enjoy the closeness.

The sudden contact of his hand brushing against hers made (F/N) jump slightly, yet neither of them made any moves to move their hands away and so gradually and without any knowledge of how it really happened, they ended up holding hands as they walked down the empty path home. What exactly did that mean? (F/N) had no clue so all she could do was enjoy it.

It didn't take long for them to reach (F/N)'s house and (F/N) found herself feeling a little disappointed. She didn't want this moment to end yet Berwald's hand left her's as the got to (F/N)'s front gate. They both faced each other yet no one made a move to speak. Eventually (F/N) tried to say something.

""Um so—" yet she was cut off and silenced by a soft pair of lips connecting with hers. She was rendered shocked for a moment before she could comprehend what was happening. Berwald was kissing her. Her childhood friend and crush who she'd liked for so many years was kissing her. His arms were wrapped around her body and before (F/N) could even react he pulled away. His expression remained unchanged.

"I'll see you at school tomorrow," he simply said before turning and walking off down the path that lead to his own home. (F/N) stood frozen and traced her lips with her fingers. Her face felt hot all over and there were a millions thoughts swirling around in her mind. Did that mean..?

Her phone vibrated in her pocket making (F/N) jump yet it snapped her out of her thoughts. She dug her phone out of her pocket and turned it on, seeing she'd got a message from Berwald. Her heart skipped a beat as she unlocked her phone and read it.

Berwald: I love you, (F/N)

She didn't hesitate much before typing her reply.

(F/N): I love you too

She smirked wider than she ever thought possible and put her phone back in her pocket. He loved her, he'd just said he had! Now she was sure, she didn't have to question anything now. She was content. She gazed up to the sky to where the sun was setting and caught the silhouette of three birds gliding through the sky.

Everything was okay now, because she could be with her childhood friends again.

Berwald: Oh

(F/N): ...

Berwald: Sorry

And finally this book has ended and I can cross it off my list holy crap.
I thought I'd put that little extra bit at the end at a silly attempt at humour which I clearly don't have lol
Also I feel like when texting, Tino would be the type of person who'd put a lot of emojis and Berwald would try to add emojis, but they'd be slightly out of place.

But more importantly, I apologise for the weird ending, hopefully it's okay and not to awful since I honestly had no idea what to do with this story help
Anyway, I'll write some more things soon and update some stories which haven't been updated in a while, maybe get on some requests and post new books. Hopefully I can branch out to other fandoms too!

AND SPEAKING OF REQUESTS! Please please PLEASE don't ask me for any more requests!
I'll say if requests are open and they currently are not! If you want me to write a story for a certain country, don't worry, you DONT need to ask because I hopefully will eventually write stories for all of the hetalia characters! I'm not trying to be whiny and moan here, but I really do have a lot of things to write already and considering they're multiple part books, it's even more!
I don't want to make this rant even longer (sorry sorry) and I know most people will skip over this, but please don't ask me to update stories either. Well by that I just mean don't type in all caps 'UPDATE' because I am aware that I need to update, and I am working on it. I would tell you guys if I wasn't going to continue a story which it is highly likely that I won't. I won't abandon stories!
Okay now I need to shut up, so I'll stop, thank you if you read ALL of this
