But I hope you enjoy this part in the meantime! I'm sorry about any spelling mistakes, I wanted to get this out quickly so I will proof read it tomorrow!

By the time (F/N) felt her eyes drifting open again, it was late and the sun was setting and the school grounds were painted shades of orange and deep yellow. As she moved her legs and listened to the bed sheets rustle, she realised how quiet the rest of the room was. She let her head rest on the pillow as she blinked her eyes, forgetting about how she got here or what time it was, all she could think of was how dizzy she felt. Her stomach was empty and her lips felt dry along with her throat. She remembered little by little how she got here. She'd fell unconscious, her habits of skipping meals and not getting enough sleep caught up with her.
But suddenly she shot up with a gasp and the spinning in her head tripled. It was late! She should be at home, at home doing her homework. Her parents were probably home by now.. She had to get home quickly too and carry on with her home-
"(F/N)." The familiar voice made her jump and she turned to her side to see Berwald sat on a chair next to the bed she was in. He was still here with her? Even this late..?
"W-What, why-" Before she could get anything else out in her hoarse voice, her head throbbed in pain and she winced and out her hand to her head. Closing her eyes helped block out the bright light coming from the window but the pain still remained faintly in her head as it died down.
"Lie back down, you haven't had anything to eat or drink all day have you?" Lightly, (F/N) was pushed back down till her head hit the pillow; it almost felt as if she could just drift off back to sleep but she knew she wouldn't be able to with all the questions floating around in her head.
"How late is it?" She managed to ask Berwald with her dry voice. She must have been unconscious for a while.
"It getting to around five." He replied. Though it was good to know the time, that only made (F/N) feel more guilty. He had stayed behind all this time, for the school day and the couple of hours after that? She wanted to sigh but instead she felt a tickle in her throat. She coughed and felt it tear at her throat, soon it quickly turned into a full out coughing fit. Just as she managed to stop coughing her head was tipped up slightly.
"Drink. You haven't had anything all day." Berwald reminded her a second time as if he didn't want her to forget; almost as if he was slightly mad. She furrowed her eyebrows at being given water by someone else but she obliged and sipped it from the cup, her body relaxing as she felt the cold water slither down her throat like it was putting out a fire.
"I can drink myself." She remarked once she was done; turning her head away she felt her cheeks go a bit red. "... I don't need help."
"Yes you do, you fainted earlier." Berwald said, his voice a tad more serious than it normally was. "Me and Tino were worried." Guilt pricked at (F/N)'s heart and she couldn't think of anything else to say or do but apologise.
"I'm sorry.." She muttered under her breath, shuffling her body up a little more so she was slightly sat up and her head was leant against the metal frame of the bed and so the pillow was behind her back. From here she could see the school grounds outside the window and she could tell it was going to get dark soon. Two birds fluttered outside, flying together past the window be free disappearing out of view of the window.
"You need to look after yourself more, you look like you haven't slept in days and you need to eat more." Berwald continued, snapping (F/N) back to reality. "The school nurse was worried and said you could just rest for the whole day."
"And you stayed the whole time..?" (F/N) almost hesitated to say as she felt more guilt overwhelm her. It was her fault that he had to stay in the first place and the nod he gave her just confirmed he really had wasted his whole afternoon here. "You didn't have to.." She muttered, avoiding eye contact. "And what about Tino, he didn't stay too right?" Berwald shook his head.
"I told him to go home and that I'd look after you." (F/N) felt her cheeks go a little red again. He'd look after her. He stayed here, he'd done exactly that and she hadn't even thanked him. She'd done nothing but be ungrateful...
"It's late... I really want to go home..." (F/N) sighed, feeling incredibly selfish. She tried to sit up properly and paused as she heard the scrape of the chair's legs against the floor as Berwald stood up and held out his hand to her.
"You're not walking back alone. I don't want you to faint again." Though he said it in a stern voice as a command rather than a question, (F/N) could see concern as she looked into his deep, blue eyes. It was almost the same as when she was a kid and she could faintly remember something like this happening before, she couldn't put her finger on it. She avoided her gaze to the floor and nodded taking his hand. He strongly pulled her up and although (F/N)'s legs felt weak like thin strips of paper, she forced them to stay upright and walked alongside Berwald down the stairs and out the school painted by the sunset. She was quickly finishing off a snack Berwald gave her. She'd honestly rather not eat it, but he wouldn't let her not and she did need the strength.
Although she tried, her leg soon gave up on her after doing nothing but sleep the whole day. She stumbled forward, preparing herself to hit the ground before strong arms steadied her. Her head spun and her vision went fuzzy before she could blink and open them again.
"I-I'm fine, I can still walk.." She quietly mumbled to Berwald who was still keeping her stable by holding her arms. But he gave her nothing but a stern look before carefully letting go and kneeling down in front of her with his back to her. She was confused for a second.
"I'll carry you." He simply said and (F/N) quickly caught on. Her face went red again. He'd carry her on his back, all the way to her house...
"N-No way! I can walk just fine!" She said through stutters. Yet again she felt a little nostalgic and she was sure something like this had happened before but she quickly shook her head and the thought faded back into the subconscious of her mind.
"You can't, if you do you'll end up passing out again." He turned his head to her and as (F/N) opened her mouth to refute, her breath hitched in her throat. She clenched her teeth trying not to let the guilt of seeing him look so worried weaken her will but she couldn't help it; once she'd known someone in her childhood and still remember the same look they'd given her many times, she couldn't help but give in.
"F-Fine, just this once..." She muttered under her breath and awkwardly climbed onto his back. Once (F/N) had wrapped her arms around his neck lightly, Berwald stood up and began to walk. (F/N) let her head lay sideways on his shoulder, his coat acting like a soft pillow. The soothing up and down rhythm of his steps could send her back to sleep, but she forced her eyes open so she wouldn't be any more of a burden; she still felt half asleep, and her mind was fuzzy.
"Please don't make us worry like that again (F/N)." Berwald said in a quiet voice. It was as if all the noise around them was silenced and all (F/N) could hear while snuggled up on his shoulder was his voice. All she could feel was the motion of his steps and the light rhythm of his breathing. She gave a light nod in reply.
"Please don't make me worry like that again (F/N)." He muttered quietly. His voice was laced with concern and (F/N) couldn't tell whether she should be grateful and feel guilty for her trouble. But overpowering that all quickly was the nostalgia and the buried memories flowering in her mind. She remembered a situation like this once. She'd fallen down and hurt her ankle, it was only Berwald and (F/N) in the woods alone together. Tino had ran off to get help and (F/N) was trying her best to not cry.
Berwald carried her back home on his back and it felt just the same now as it did then. He'd said the exact same lines too, with the same concerned voice. (F/N) could feel the exact some overpowering love for him that she felt then, and it made her face go red, yet she still felt comfortable.
"I won't..." She muttered, deciding to not be so stubborn and to just agree for once. Her eyes closed and she enjoyed the moment she was in. It was like everything was perfect and her childhood friend was back, or more like, she was back with her childhood friend. She'd treated them so awfully and bluntly, for now, she just wanted this moment to last. Or maybe she'd spoken too soon.
"Your friend must be worried too." Berwald uttered making (F/N) snap her eyes open. She barely stopped herself from falling from his strong hold but managed to keep it to just her peaceful state of mind shattering. As long as he didn't notice...
As she thought that thought, she almost wanted to cry. But she held back tears quite easily and just buried her face back in Berwald's shoulder as he walked. She'd almost forgotten about that. It was almost perfect until he said that, that one thing. She'd lied about a lot of things since both Berwald and Tino had arrived, but lying that she had a friend who didn't exist was something important. A friend who hadn't been in for days, a friend who hasn't texted, called or contacted (F/N) in any way, a friend who wasn't on the school register, a friend who was nothing but fake.
(F/N) felt guilt overwhelm her entire body and she wanted to shrivel into a ball and disappear. She'd lied. She'd lied so much. She'd lied to the people she considered to be her closest friends. She'd lied to the person she'd loved since she was a little kid, barely able to write. She'd lied... The guilt that she felt was all too real for her.
She could never be loved back by someone she'd lied to so much.

I hope you guys enjoyed! I have a couple more days of staying up late and waking up far too late before I have to go to school so I will try to write more!
