one. go to picsart and scroll all the way down till you see 'color backgrounds' select the checkered one and save it.

two. now go to phonto and write whatever text you want on your png background. then save it as a png.

three. go to photopea.com and click 'file' 'open' then select your gif.

four. click 'file' but this time click 'open & place' and select your png. resize on your gif and voila you're done!
click 'file' 'export as' and save it as a gif!
