one. import your photo in ibis paint x and make a new layer

two. select the pencil graphite brush and turn on the force fade. stabilizer at 10, start and end at 100.

three. choose what color you want ( im using pink ) and make a curve shape just under the pupil where the color of your face claims eyes are.

size : 10.9
opacity : 100

four. now, select a lighter color than the base color and make a curve shape only in the middle part of the eye so it's not covering the base color.

on the left is the base color and on the right is the highlight color

five. now go to the paint brush and select the blur option. make sure the opacity is low so it doesn't completely blend it out

so it should look like this.

six. now add a new layer ( optional ) and change the color to white and the brush to dip pen soft. the size should be around 1.4 and make a line and some dots.

seven. you can add stars and other shapes to it if you'd like. and you're done !
