Hi Guys ,This update is bit darker than others , it gives you an glimpse of Swara past .And it bit darker than all my other works .I hope you don't hate it for the pain I made swara go through .

Initially I wanted to wait till Sunday for next update but then I am always not so good at waiting ,so here you go .I will get back to the lovely comment soon .Please don't stop letting me know your thoughts just because I get delayed in replying back

One week later

Sanskar Maheshwari had not failed to notice there was drastic change in Swara during the past week, he had never seen her so down before maybe he never looked carefully before .

After Laksh visit . Swara changed , she rarely speaks and never smiled .Sanskar doesn't know much about Laksh Fiancee except she was the daughter of his uncle friend .

Durga prasad Maheshwari was an man who craved and needed power , And so even when his two kids were in the cradle he decided an alliance for them which would give him more social power .

Ragini Gadodia was the perfect match for Laksh Maheshwari , not for any other reason except the fact she was an Gadodia who were the richest and most influenced family in Kolkatta .

When you were told from young age you are going to get married to each other , It was easy for both of his cousins to fall in love with their father hand picked choice of spouse .While Laksh got lucky , Poor Uttara marriage alliance got broken when her groom decided to fall in love and marry someone else even going against his family .

Till now Uttara wasn't able to move on .She went to US for higher studies and settled there instead .

The Gadodia have earned their share of enemies , Shekhar Gadodia was known for his ruthless and he had the backing of his uncle to save him if needed . So Sanskar can understand if Swara life has been affected by Shekhar for some reason .But even then holding his daughter responsible was not something he expected Swara would do .

Sanskar wanted to cheer Swara up .And today coincided with the third anniversary of the day he started Karma , Arjun was his first and only partner .The rest of them worked under Sanskar and Arjun . So when Sanskar announced today they will celebrate their anniversary in a club .All were excited except swara .

Sanskar had to convince her to go with them ,And Swara agreed as Sanskar was reluctant to leave her alone .

Sanskar Maheshwari hoped an lively environment would cheer her up .Instead it seemed to have depressed her further ,A club is the last place Sanskar wanted to be in as most of his memories in this place where with her .

Since everyone else opted to dance ,it left Sanskar and Swara alone for the night .So Sanskar protective instinct made him alert of an stranger approaching their table .

" It Swara right? " the strange voice called out and swara turned to see the stranger and smiled after an week .

Soon both of them were chatting and it made Sanskar feel like an third wheel .The guy whose name Sanskar learnt as Rahul was flirting with Swara . And she didn't seem to mind which reminded him of someone who used to do the same .

Sanskar knew their marriage wasn't real and even Arjun felt his third clause was bit unnecessary .But some devil in his shoulder didn't want his wife to cheat on him just like his fiancée.

He already had been on the other side of an unfaithful partner once and while the whole marriage might not be real. He didn't want to forego the vows and make an mockery of the term marriage .It didn't make sense to Arjun , it didn't make sense to Sanskar the lawyer .But it made all the sense Sanskar the person .

Sanskar felt stupid for being worried over swara talking with her college friend and when he got an call ,he left swara with his friend and went outside to answer the call .

But when he returned it was to see Rahul kissing his wife . There was no other term ,His wife screamed his brain and his wife was kissing someone .He was frozen in his place and his mind was relieving finding Kavita wrapped in his best friend arm in his bed and Sanskar helplessness to not even move from his wheel chair to throw them out ,It seemed an eternity but it was only a minute

When he looked back at Swara ,It was to see someone else pulling Rahul away from Swara .Only then he noticed it was his Cousin .That was when his eyes moved back to swara .There was such an stillness in her face it scared him .Before he could walk towards her . He heard his cousin voice .

" Look at her you idiot ,does it seem like she wants you to kiss her .can't you understand the difference between shock and acceptance " laksh shouted and each word seems like it was directed at Sanskar .

" I am Sorry Swara ,I knew everything and yet I thought you must have moved on .I always had an huge crush on you .." Rahul was babbling not realizing each word from him was making swara more still ,It was only then Sanskar moved towards Swara . He wanted to kill anyone who made Swara like that and Rahul was making an scene not realizing several figure were beginning to notice their group, so when Arjun rushed in Sanskar asked him to remove Rahul from the place.He wanted to throw Rahul out but he felt he was more needed by swara now .

" Let go home Swara .." Sanskar said and briefly touched her shoulder to make her aware of surroundings that when she started shivering and she kept repeating No over and over again .

It was only then Sanskar saw someone else approaching , he turned around to see Ragini Gadodia and her face was filled with concern he almost let her near swara as swara reacted badly towards his touch .But it was Laksh who stepped in between them and dragged Ragini away from Swara before swara noticed her , leaving sanskar alone with her . With no other option left . Sanskar held her arms and dragged her gently away from the club , She went along with him .Only when they got seated in the car , Did she break down crying .

Sanskar stepped out of the car and waited outside as he knew Swara won't like him around right now . And he waited patiently for her tears to stop .Each second was like an knife wound to his heart

That was when he saw Laksh dragging Ragini towards his car .Ragini looked equally distraught ,He could hear them arguing out loud .

" You are her worst nightmare ,What were you thinking coming before her .You saw her today ,does she look like swara you used to know .." Laksh screamed at his fiancee .

" I know it my fault .What am I supposed to do ,I just wanted to help Laksh .I know I will never get her forgiveness .I just wanted to help .." Ragini lamented .

" I Love You Ragini, And even though I do love you .I have to say you are being selfish .You were selfish last time and now you want Swara to pay the price of reliving her past so you can feel better and gain her forgiveness , if what you said to me is true and you really care about her .Don't approach Swara again .

Do you know what she said when she found out we are getting married .That we should name our daughter Swara. And you think she will forgive you ,Think again ." Laksh said which somehow made not much of an sense to Sanskar but it must have a hidden meaning as Ragini broke down in Laksh arms .Only when they both left did Sanskar turn around to see Swara .

Swara seemed to have stopped crying , so he got into the car and drove them home .Once they reached the house , she went inside her room and locked herself in . Sanskar knew she needed time , so he waited but when she didn't make an appearance for over an hour .

He knocked at her door and after knocking for few minutes . he got worried and broke down the door only to find Swara not present in the room. He then heard the sound of running water .He panicked that she got grievously injured and barged Into the shower to see her standing still under the shower .

He dragged her out but she was freezing by then .Her clothes were wet from standing in the shower and he didn't know how to help this version of Swara . So he called Nisha from Swara mobile , Nisha arrived in fifteen minutes .And took over helping Swara .

About two hours later Nisha came out of Swara room with the news that Swara was fed and tucked in bed . Nisha seem to know why Swara reacted that way and Sanskar was the only clueless one .

" Grandma is all alone or else I will stay the night , Check if she get fever during sleep .If not everything will get better by tomorrow , All she needs is an good night sleep .." she said and left

Laksh and Arjun both called Sanskar to inquire after Swara . And since he already broke the door .he didn't have to knock to check in on swara ,She had fever by midnight.

Sanskar woke her up to feed medicine and stayed by her side through out the night all the while wishing he could find the person who hurt her ,so he can hurt him in return .

Swara woke up the next day ,Her mind was hazy with last night memories . She found Sanskar seated beside her with a bowl of water in the dressing table and when she got up a small towel dropped from her forehead. Then she remember his voice asking her to wake up and have the tablet , She must have had fever .She felt fine so she got out of the bed and got ready for work . She didn't feel like waking Sanskar up because it would mean questions she didn't want to answer .

She was cooking breakfast when she felt his presence behind him . She turned around with an smile that was forced to greet him Good Morning .

" Good Morning , Really Swara is that how you greet me when I was half worried to death last night ." Sanskar shouted at her , And Swara shrinked back from him .Realizing she was scared he backed off and spoke in an low tone .

" Are you Okay ." He asked this time gently .

" I am totally fine , Get ready or breakfast will get cold" she answered concentrated back towards cooking .He left so swara let her guard down during breakfast , So she was totally unprepared for the question that Sanskar asked during their silent meal .

" Who is he .?" Sanskar asked and swara did know who he was talking about .

" My Past is not up for discussion " she replied back thanking her Lucky stars for the contract .

" What happened yesterday was not your past , I am asking an question regarding your present ?" Sanskar the lawyer replied .

" The answer lies in my past .So no , I am not answering .." She replied back .

" Okay Fine , Just reply if he was one of the name on the list you gave to the police " he wanted to know if he was still an threat .

" No "Swara replied back and resumed eating as if yesterday didn't happen .

" Are you lying ? " he asked again.

" I told you i never lie ,I might not answer but I will never lie " Swara lashed out and walked away from the table, And Sanskar felt bad .So he went after her

" I am sorry Swara.." that stopped her in her tracks .

" I was worried , I don't know how you are all calm now .I can't do it , I just want to kill him .Whoever hurt you .." he explained back ,Something in his voice must have reached her because she turned around .

" No one hurt me like that Sanskar , No I am not lying . No one touched me without my permission ." She replied back trying to answer to the concern to his voice .

" You don't react that way If no one hurt you Swara , I don't understand .." Sanskar was confused at Swara answer .

" Do you really want to know , Remember my Third clause Sanskar and tell me .." Swara asked way too calmly . She expected him to drop the concept at the reminder .

" Yes I do " he answered not realizing when swara pain become more important than anything .

" Fine , You can't withhold consent if you are married to him and you need not get defensive he is no longer part of my life . " Swara said and walked away .

And everything about Swara started to make sense . How foolish of him to think an stranger was the only one who could have hurt her in that way when someone she trusted herself with was enough .

Sanskar didn't care swara was married before , It was good of her to get divorced .He only cared enough to find the guy who hurt her and failed his marriage vows to protect and cherish her .

And for someone who promised to keep his vows , He failed her as well . Her clauses makes much sense now and when he remember how she keep mentioning he didn't own her it was not an casual statement .Someone broke her wings of freedom in the name of Marriage and he bound her to an marriage by using is favor .

Sanskar felt angry at himself , He should let her go .The marriage would only be an chain that holds her back . His uncle inheritance isn't important .He knows his uncle will require a marriage that last for an year , But Sanskar wouldn't keep Swara captive in name of marriage.

Once he finds and destroys her enemy , He will set her Free .
