            Sanskar Maheshwari had declared she was no longer his sister and yet his heart broke to realize in an matter of minutes she will be married to a monster   a fact he can't change.

       When she was six and he was tasked with helping her to ride the bicycle , she fell  and scratched her knee because he  was distracted for a moment and let her out of his sight , And he couldn't forgive himself for days .

        But now she is gonna marry a monster and he knew it yet he can't help her , His mind knew her actions were unforgivable and Sanskar couldn't forgive her yet the thought she might be married by now was unsettling .

             He knew Uttara chose to get married today because her mom was away for an week to visit her friend . A fact he learned when Swara visited her today

               Then he wondered if he should have told Laksh ,  Uttara was closer to him than Laksh but what if Laksh blamed him after all he was the cousin .And what if Laksh took it as an betrayal .The questions haunted him

                Sanskar regretted not letting Laksh know , maybe he would have been able to stop uttara .

              It was too late now , And Sanskar knew he had to own upto it when Laksh called him to let him know about the marriage . Maybe Laksh would forgive him he hoped  .

             Sanskar knew except keeping her under lock there was no changing uttara mind , And if they did that  she will only come to  resent them so It was not a solution because it a temporary one  ..

         Uttara   was stubborn ,  so she will rush back to sahil the first chance she get.. It was because of that he was afraid that even if she realize Sahil was wrong she will remain in the marriage out of sheer stubbornness .

              That was why he was glad Swara spoke to her , As the only way out for her is if she opens her eyes to see the real Sahil and walk away from him  ..But Sanskar worried by then the damage would be done ..

                 Sanskar continued to be worried about her and wondered if sahil showed his true face to her by now  ,The fact his sister might be all alone up a against a monster made him feel helpless  and he  couldn't concentrate on anything else  so he called adarsh .

            " Can you do me a favor " Sanskar asked to which Adarsh agreed to it immediately .

            That was how Sanskar found himself driving to all known Sahil properties in the city . He knew Sahil won't take Uttara to the house he lives with his parents that left three house .One villa , A flat and an Beach house ..

                When Sanskar asked Adarsh for information on Sahil properties ,he didn't have to explain on the why .The name Sahil was enough for Adarsh to understand .

             Apparently Sanskar  actions in the station and him taking Sahil case the very next day was an hot debated topic among his colleagues as they wondered why someone would beat a person one day and defend him the next ..

              Thankfully Adarsh didn't ask much questions..He just called in an favor with the inspector who handle the case regarding Sahil during the time when Sahil stalked swara ..The inspector had those information when he looked into Sahil whereabouts ..

              Sanskar drove to all the properties of Sahil  to see if there was an sign of his sister , he didn't know what he will do if he found her yet he was on the road trying to find her .

             But  all of them showed no sign of any one present inside , His villa was locked up .His flat security guard told him the flat was unoccupied for over a month which led him to the beach house .

             And it was dark by the time he reached the beach house since the house was engulfed in darkness ,Sanskar knew no one was present there as well which led him to wonder where Sahil took his sister after their Wedding .

               And he also  wondered why Laksh didn't call him yet ,Didn't they realize Uttara left the house by now .. Instead of worrying he decided to call Laksh ..

               And Laksh call left him more confused , he said Uttara was in the house  , Sanskar couldn't believe it but Laksh assured him she was  in her room as Ragini was worried she didn't come out for lunch or dinner .

                     And Sanskar heart began to hope maybe Uttara changed her mind ..With the decision to check with the officiator tomorrow at the register office if the marriage took place .. Sanskar turned around to drive back 

    He returned home as he knew atleast for tonight she was safe as she was in the Maheshwari house .

             Meanwhile Swara was worried about Sanskar all day ,even though he didn't share it with her ,she knew he was worried about Uttara

              So she was pleasantly surprised when he returned home with a smile ..As he embraced her in an hug and leaned in for a kiss ..Swara wondered what could have made him happy ..

          " I don't think she married him " he said after she broke out the kiss , Which resulted in a similar smile on her face .She knew better than anyone about married to an monster .

                 And most importantly he was happy that matter to her . And she was glad Uttara changed her mind . Though she wondered what could have caused the change ..

              Later that night Sanskar looked at his wife who was cuddled next to him and wondered how he got lucky to have her in his life .

                   He gently tucked her in his bed and wandered to his daughter room to check on her a fact he keeps doing  after the one night she stayed with Uttara as if she might not be there even when he tucked her to sleep few hours ago .

            
                   When he returned back to his room.  His wife was wide awake instead of sleeping , Instead of telling him that his worry was needless she smiled at him as if acknowledging he fears were understood ..

          " Is your princess Safe ?" She asked him as he returned to his side of the bed .

           " Yeah , I can't help it .." He said as an way of explanation ..

          " When I thought I lost Lavanya while I  was in prison ..I used to wake up each night clutching my stomach believing she was Still inside me and not buried in a cold ground ,and when I come to my sense I would break down all over again, so I understand Sanskar  .." She said and cuddled next to him as be gathered her in his arms to drive out the painful memories ...

           " I wish I could erase those painful memories " he whispered against her ears ..

          " Well there a magical solution for it " she said and smiled up to him , At his questioning glance she lift her head and kissed him ..

       And let those memories of the dark cell and cold floor , the nightmare after she thought she lost Lavanya  all wash away in his touch and kisses ..  She will forever be content to stay in his arms just like that ..

            Meanwhile a lone figure stood in her room and saw her reflection on the mirror ...

           " You killed him .." Her reflection said to her and the lone figure shook its head as if to deny those memories .. Yet it came rushing back the pool of blood , the lifeless body , her torn dress and most importantly the pain of enduring those touches .

             She went back to her bed and held on to the sleeping pills and wondered if it better to end the agony than face another day . Yet she was a coward who didn't have courage to do it ..As she let the pills fall down ..Her eyes landed on the discarded file she took from her brother house .. 

                She slowly opened and read it ..And as each line made her realize her folly she let those tears fall at her blindness and yet she could blame no one except herself .. And her eyes drifted back to the pills ..

               Sanskar woke up the next day with a smile on his face , he gently covered his wife with the blanket and went down as she tend to sleep longer than him ..

            He was pouring himself a cup of tea when the knock came on his door ..He rushed in to open the door as he didn't want his wife or daughter to wake up at the noise ..

            He was pleasantly surprised to find Adarsh in his police attire .. His welcoming smile dimmed at Adarsh serious expression ..

        " Come inside Adarsh ..What going on " he asked totally unaware of the reason of his visit ..

          " I am sorry Sanskar but you are under arrest for the murder of Sahil " Adarsh solemn voice rang out wreaking Sanskar world ..

            " He is dead .." Sanskar barely able to let the word out ..

             "  You didn't do it " Adarsh asked  ..

            " Ofcourse i didn't ..Come on Adarsh you knew me " Sanskar spoke up as the initial shock  disappeared he was angry to be accused wrongly ..

              " You don't know how relieved I am to hear that  , Ever since I learnt of Sahil death all evidence pointed to you , as each evidence came to light I was worried ." Adarsh spoke up greatly relieved yet he knew the warrant was issued and he has no choice ...

                  As a lawyer Sanskar knew the outcome of Adarsh visit ..Even if he didn't kill him, he had to cooperate with the police which means letting his wife knew ..

              Sanskar was glad Adarsh came alone as he went to his to room to wake up his wife ..As he stepped inside the room he feared that he might not be able to hold her ever again ..

          Swara opened her eyes to find herself starring at her husband ..She got up and leaned against him for her morning kiss ..And Sanskar kissed his wife to let her know his love before breaking her life apart with the news ..

              Swara mind whirled from disbelief to outrage when Sanskar told her the truth ..She might have been an newbie lawyer but as she marched outside towards Adarsh she was determined to prove how  ridiculous were  those charges against her husband

             Yet she stood and listened as Adarsh patently explained why Sanskar was the prime suspect ..

            He had motive to stop his sister marriage as the marriage application form was found on Sahil body  , he had opportunity as Sanskar car GPS indicated he travelled to Sahil beach house .. His actions regarding Sahil in the police station  brought in more evidence against him .

             As  Swara realized the truth in Adarsh words she realized it was not going to be easy to prove her husband was innocent as she hoped ..

             " I know it looks bad Swara ..But the truth is in our side ..don't worry call laksh and arjun they will make sure to get my bail by the end of the day ..

         You stay with our princess and don't send her to school day as the arrest might be  telecasted and I don't want her to hear it from someone else  ..  " he spoke up even now worried about them instead of him ..

                  Swara knew he was  right  yet she want to go with him .. As she let herself be embraced by him , she can't help but let those tears fall .. As he gently wipes those tears away she leaned in for a kiss not caring Adarsh was standing two feet's away ..

             Since it was her husband friend she didn't have to witness him being handcuffed like she was a small comfort because when she finally let go of him ..

              He was stopped in his tracks by the voice of their  daughter ..

           " Papa ..You forgot  your kiss " their daughter spoke up as she saw Sanskar was leaving ..

            In an minute she was lifted up in Sanskar arms and held on like he might not be able to do it ever again ..

           " You are squeezing me papa" she giggled at him and kissed his cheeks as he let her down ..

           "  Buy me a chocolate cake when you come back home " his daughter innocent wish was the last thing he heard as he went out of the door and he hoped he would be able to fulfill all her wishes ..
