A week later

               Uttara Maheshwari starred  at Sahil , the person she choose to trust against all odds  . But the last one week she really began to question each and every thing about him .

    
                 She had miscalculated everything when it comes to her family , The day she returned Lavanya back she never imagined that her bhai would disown her  but he did , she relied on their family forgiveness that she didn't realize her actions were unforgivable . His  Last words still haunted her at nights.

         " I agreed to all your demands  because I feared you would corrupt my daughter's mind against her mother in your blind hatred but also  because I didn't want to be the one who sent you to prison .

               You called me from your phone and  it would have taken one police complaint to track your whereabouts , And  I would have done it if you were not my sister .

       And you have crossed the line Uttara  when you kidnapped my daughter, From now onwards you are on your own .If you want to blindly trust and destroy your life because of Sahil .I will  not stand in your way, And before you go this is my case file of Sahil if you ever decided to open your eye to the truth then read it , it has every solid evidence against him and the entire information of the court proceedings , the evidence as well as the FIR copy ."  He had thrown the file at her and walked inside to his family the family he  choose over her .

              When Uttara left she took the file with her but didn't open it up as she feared that she might waver . She was stubborn like her father and maybe that was why she refuse to let her whole family abandonment didn't change her faith in Sahil .

                It has been exactly a week since anyone in her family spoke to her , She was like an ghost in that family whenever she enters the house  , they leave the room .A complete total abandonment .

                  Yet Uttara refused to think the alternative that she might be wrong because that could mean she was unforgivable like they said and that was unimaginable

                 She need to know Sahil was innocent and so she began to question all of his actions but he was perfect to her eyes .
Even now he took her out on an dinner date to cheer her up from her family abandonment.

              Meanwhile Sanskar was taking his wife out on an date . It has been a week since the nightmare and it did bring about few big changes in their life .

               One of which was Swara decision to practice law again , A decision she took after much contemplation .And today dinner date was to celebrate her decision .

            The night Lavanya was returned back , Swara told him her decision ,It was out of the blue confession that surprised him as his attempts to persuade her had failed before  .

         " I choose to be an lawyer to help those who want to get justice like my mother , When the justice system failed me and i thought i lost my daughter  I decided to let the failure dictate my life

              You know what changed my mind , You Sanskar .I know how much the decision to let Sahil out of jail bothered you . And i realized the world needs more lawyers like you who care about right and wrong and I  want to be like you .." She spoke up and Sanskar knew how much courage she had to begin again .

                And hence the date night as Lavanya spends the next few hours with Arjun family .It was hard to let her go without  fear for swara but they knew Arjun will keep an eye on her . And since Arjun daughter Kavya  and Lavanya became good friends during the birthday party ,Lavanya was excited as well .

          Today they  renewed  swara lawyer licence in the bar council . And Swara was excited to join his firm this time as an lawyer instead of Assistant .

                 Their mood turned sour when their eyes found Uttara and Sahil in the restaurant  upon their arrival .

           " Let go somewhere else " Sanskar said and turned  to march them out but Swara had enough running away from person like him. 

             " Ignore them Sanskar , He should be the one who should leave because of the restraining order  not us ." Swara said a little louder that the other customers began to whisper amongst them .

             Uttara Maheshwari starred at her brother walking away from her with his wife but his wife last parting shot had found it target .

            " What restraining order ?" Uttara asked Sahil as she wasn't aware of it .
  

           " Just another lie of her , After getting released from prison . I got depressed to find all my so called friends considered themselves above me , so I went to US to forget all of it .Imagine my surprise when I got an restraining order against swara the moment I came back to India .." He said affronted and looked every bit Innocent .

             But for the first time Uttara began to doubt his story . How would Swara knew when he came back and why a restraining order all of a sudden . Another time she would have believed him at his face value but now she began to waver .

             Sahil had realized it was getting harder and harder to keep his innocent mask . And while he should cherish Sanskar heart break over losing his sister .He intended to break his sister heart and crush his sprit to realize he was the reason for her pain .

            He might keep saying she was no longer his sister but Sahil knew any mishap in uttara life will still hurt him irrespective of his words , And for that he need to keep up with his ruse a little longer .

          So when he asked uttara if they can leave ,she followed him out like an lamb meant for slaughter . And he purposely stood within Sanskar vision and kissed her ,wanting him to react to his actions .

              But his plan failed when Sanskar turned his head around and pretended not to see any of it , But it was Uttara who pushed him aside and  walked out ..

             " Have you lost your mind , How could you kiss me in front of my brother .." Uttara lashed back .

           " What brother , the one who abandoned you for his wife . I was just trying to show him you have me . I didn't think I did anything wrong " Sahil answered back which mollified her . And so far she hadn't allowed him any liberties beyond kissing  and he need to rectify it soon .

              " Sanskar , Are you okay ?" Swara asked as uttara left the restaurant .Deciding to stay was  a mistake as Sahil made sure to hurt him .

             " I am fine swara , don't worry , She choose him and we can't do anything about it " Sanskar lied but it bothered him

             " Maybe if you talked with her again " Swara asked him as she didn't want Sahil to destroy uttara life because he hate swara and sanskar .

                " Shona , Do you think I dont  want to help  her . I do but if she is stubborn and refusing to see the truth what else can we do  .." Sanskar spoke up 

          " Fine ,Let drop the subject . What do you want to eat " she asked and soon they were able to put the darker moment out of their mind . Not realizing it wasn't the end of it

              
Two weeks later

                 " You are going to get married to her " Kavita asked Sahil while they were in the club , Uttara was with them but left early citing an headache .

                  " Well I thought it over ,Just heart break won't work. Imagine being tied to me for life time , it would drive them crazy and once I tied the knot I don't have to pretend to be so good either  .." Sahil spoke up

                 " Do you have to go that far" Kavita asked him as her new found conscience was acting up again

                " Yeah and she already said yes , We need an witness that why I am letting you know don't back stab me now , you still want Sanskar right .

 
Tomorrow meet me at our house early morning , we will go to the register office together .. "  Sahil spoke up and left.

               Meanwhile Swara was nervous as it was her first case . Sanskar had asked her to choose a simple one and throughout the preparation he had helped her. The case  was simple where her client had enough alibi that Swara victory was assured 

             Yet she was stuck by nerve's at the last moment .Only Sanskar presence gave her courage to go fourth and the happiness that radiated in his face when she won the case lifted up her confidence .

               Swara was too excited about the case that she chatted on and on when they headed out of the court only for her to collide with someone not realising the person will reveal something very important to them .

           " You are still happily married " the person asked only then swara realized he was the person who officiated their marriage in the register office .

         " Happily Married indeed  " Sanskar said and smiled at her , As she blushed at his words .

      " I am glad ,You both looked like you were forced to get married ,I always wondered if you married under pressure .I am glad " the official said which swara understood as they indeed looked distraught on their wedding day .

         " It kind of relives me about the marriage scheduled for tomorrow , The groom came tand demanded that he should be allowed  to marry tomorrow just like you did .And the bride name is an Maheshwari as well , What a coincidence ." he said and was about to walk away when Swara called him back for the name of the groom

           " Sahil Sengupta and the bride name is Uttara Maheshwari " he said and walked away not realizing the horror of the information he just delivered ..

                  The happiness of win was lost as swara tried to process the revelation , And her worry for Sanskar increased when he failed to speak about it till they reached home .

              After they picked up their daughter they headed back home , And even till dinner Sanskar looked shaken that Swara cant help but worry .

            Sanskar went inside his office with the excuse of working on case but swara knew his mind will on be uttara .

          " Why don't you go and talk to her " Swara said as she entered his room after tucking  in Lavanya to sleep .

        " And say what don't get married , I am sure she will do it even if I said it an million times " Sanskar spoke up but there was an defeat in his voice as if he was beginning to accept his sister life will be destroyed  .

              " I can't not do anything Sanskar , I have had an horrible marriage and I wouldn't wish it for my worst enemy and I can't stay silent when I can try to stop it " Swara said but sanskar had made up his mind ,Nothing will convince his sister ..

                 Swara was aware Sanskar didn't sleep for a long time that  night  ,She knew she had to try and reason with  Uttara  for Sanskar as it would destroy him to see Uttara life destroyed .

              So at the break of dawn Swara visited the Maheshwari house before Sanskar woke up , And Ragini who opened the door was shocked by her  early arrival .

             " I need to speak with Uttara " Swara said hoping she wasn't late .

           " She is in her room swara . what going on " Ragini asked but swara already was walking towards the room ragini pointed at .. After few knocks the door was opened to reveal an sleepy uttara 

            " I need to talk with Uttara alone ,Can you give me five minute " she asked ragini and ragini knew it must be important so she left them alone

                " I don't know how you found out but if you think you can change my mind you are wrong " Uttara spoke up .

                 " Who said anything about trying to change your mind , I am sure it quite fixated on the marriage .Just like I was when i married Siddharth ,I ignored my mom and dida words and choose to believe in him  ..

              I knew telling you not to get married is pointless but I just wanted to say something to you before you get married  what I wish someone told me..

               You can walk away at any point of the marriage ,You don't need to stay married to him just because you have no family to return back to  since you choose him over them . Because your family will always be there for you .

                 You should walk away if he raised his hands against you no matter how much he blames his action on alcohol

                   It never too late to accept you have married to an wrong guy , Before you end up endangering your life and maybe your kid like me  .You should walk away ..

                      It was what I wish someone told me before I married Siddharth and I wanted to tell you that before you got married and  also your bhai is blaming himself for not being able to protect you from your pain ..Because believe me you are marrying the wrong guy but you  have already made up your mind so let me tell you please walk away the moment you think you made the wrong choice .." Swara spoke up and left Uttara alone with her thoughts ..

                 Sanskar starred at the handwritten note of his wife which stated she will back soon , He wondered if she decided to stop the marriage in her own which made him concerned about her safety . He can't leave Lavanya alone hence had to wait for her return

               He breathed sigh of relief only when she returned back home ..

            " Is Lavanya up " Swara asked as if Sanskar was not waiting for an explanation . At his silence she knew she had to tell him ..

           " I told Uttara to go and get married , But come back to us if she realized she made a bad choice ." Swara spoke up and Sanskar was touched that inspite of all Uttara did swara cared for her .

             Meanwhile Uttara Maheshwari realized she wasn't ready to marry Sahil not when she was beginning to doubt him . So she called  to let him know  but her resolve broke when she heard him speak about his love for her .

           And so she walked out of the Maheshwari house not realizing how her life will irrevocably change that day
