Swara life didn't turn drastically when she got married because no one really knew except four people ,So when she woke up the next day ,She still had her list of chores to do for her colleagues . They were her colleagues thanks to sanskar.

After she lost her job in Sahil house ,She worked in many part time jobs but none of them worked for her .It was two months later after Sahil trial  Sanskar offered her an job ,they have met up on occasion to discuss the case .He also helped swara and her mother find an house to rent with her meager savings .She already took too much of his kindness and so she said No .

But still an week later , She swallowed her pride and asked Sanskar if the job offer was still on the table .He hired her , And he didn't know anything about her.She used to work as a maid in Sahil house , So she wasn't surprised when her job entailed helping him and his employees with small tasks . At first it felt like the job was created for her sake by Sanskar .

After two months passed , She realized she felt needed in the firm and she grew comfortable in job .That was maybe why she had began to make few suggestion and point of few errors in the documents that was handed out to her to be printed and so on. Most of then were thankful for her help that they began to rely on her to help except Aisha .She didn't like someone finding out the errors .

So one day she picked up an argument with swara claiming she made an big mistake in an important court document .It escalated because swara refused to own up to an mistake she didn't make .And that when her boss stepped in . But Swara was crushed that he believed it was Swara who made the mistake .

" You could have checked again . Swara is doing more than what we have hired for her , Mistake do happen .No need to make such an issue " Sanskar said . Swara was angry ,For such an great lawyer Sanskar didn't even investigate the truth before he passed on an judgement

       Before she thought it through she uttered the two words that brought a halt to what ever sanskar was saying ." I quit " she said and it would have been enough except Swara mind still recalled the guilty verdict in an court room ,And she was not going to walk away with the same verdict this time .

" I have an IQ of 172 ,  It was both my blessing and curse , And yet i often check all the works handed to me over three times as an habit i practice to make sure i give my best to what i do . so whatever mistake you are claiming right now wasn't present when you gave it to me ." She finished speaking and one by one all her colleagues realized who was the wronged party including Sanskar Maheshwari .. And Aisha realising no one will believe her apologized saying it must have been her mistake.

Sanskar never apologized, So Swara never forgave him .She kept her distance from him until one day , he called her to his room in the office

" It was an blessing Swara Your IQ  I mean " that what swara first heard then for about 15 minutes Sanskar told her about all she can achieve if she set her mind towards it .

" So think about it , not everyone is blessed like you and you shouldn't have to spend rest of your life checking for errors in other documents .You are still young and you can pursue any career you want , I do know some scholarship offers , if you wanted to study I will help you then you can pay me back once you become an doctor or scientist . " he kept encouraging her to become an Doctor that when her control snapped.

" What makes you think I already don't have an degree .do you really want to know , I do have Masters in law maybe not from an prestigious institute like yours and I have passed AIBE (All India Bar Examinatin )as well .And no I don't want to make a career like yours . I am quite happy with my job " she said and left sanskar in shock .

" I should have known , All the signs where there .From the first time we met you were quoting law .  Can't I do anything to persuade you to change your mind ." He asked

" No thanks for the concern , I don't want anyone else to know there was a reason where I demanded I will only provide necessary information about me not all of my past ,it the reason I don't get job easily .. I deserve to keep my personal life private, and also for someone who really seems to believe in me you failed spectacularly last time .."

       She didn't want to mention it but somehow she had and winced with mortification when he laughed making her furious .

" What so funny ..? " She demanded .

" I thought you were smart , Of course I know you didn't made the mistake, because I know if you even had an doubt about your innocence you wouldn't have spoke up saying you didn't do it . I know you don't lie Swara  , But I can't prove it .I just tried to support you without making Aisha angry . Maybe I should have handled it better " as apologies went it wasn't much but for Swara it was enough .

" You know there is one weakness to me .I absolutely hate it when people call me an liar, I have never lied in my life .though I might have omitted the truth by not mentioning it at sometimes like letting you think I don't have an degree , but no I would never lie if asked an question about it and that why it hurt a bit to know you didn't believe me .." She said and she realized at the moment how much she wants Sanskar to see her as this smart and honest person and she vowed to herself to never let him know about her past .

Two years later Swara was still working for Sanskar . And she might not have earned much like what she would have if she took Sanskar offer and practiced law .But she doesn't have it in her to be an lawyer not anymore and maybe she doesn't deserve to be one either  ,she was quite happy to be of help to other .

As time passed all of her colleagues knew and respected swara .And they did trust her judgement ,she felt like she finally belonged .

So it is because of that reason .She entered the office elevator with 6 cups of coffee and an stack of file ,she barely managed to hold both of them together .But the files slipped from her hands as she saw the lift was already occupied by her boss .What does one say to someone you married less than 24 hours ago .

       But thankfully he was unfazed by their marriage .He helped her pick up the files and even held the files with his free hand while leaving her hands free .She was busy contemplating if he would have done it before the time she was married to him .

          Just when she concluded that Sanskar would have behaved an gentle man even before being married to her , The lift opened again this time to let two more of her colleagues inside , Arjun and Aisha .

While Arjun simply smiled at Sanskar and swara , Aisha was the first to note Sanskar was carrying her files. She didn't like it one bit.

" Swara , Can you get ready the file I asked you yesterday. I know you left early yesterday due to personal reasons , But you could have finished your job first .With your IQ you could have done in two minutes .I need the file today for court. So try to finish your work before you leave .." She said with an smirk making Sanskar angry .

Before Swara could step in and apologize for something which was not her fault , Because it was due to Sanskar and his need to marry with in 24 hours . Swara couldn't finish her tasks as she had to marry him .

" You are right Aisha " he said which earned him an furious glare from Swara who doesn't like when Sanskar picks side before hearing her point of view .

" So maybe you should lessen your work load and pick less case so you can give you full effort for those cases" he finished which somewhat soothed Swara anger as her Aisha is the one who demands lot of time from swara day due to having several on going cases at the same time ..

" I need to take more cases than other as my whole family is dependent on my income .And also the whole requirement of handing five pro bono cases in an month is bit too Much , I am not complaining .I am just explaining .." Aisha answered

" In that case you can let Swara take one of your pro bono case , I am sure she will be able to handle it since you always take the easiest ones ." Sanskar finished ,And only then he noticed Aisha and Arjun staring at Swara ..

" Swara has master in law .." He explained to their silent query .

" Why didn't you practice law Swara ..? " the question came from Arjun who seemed baffled by the news .

" I just don't want to , please don't ask me further questions " swara replied .And she could have handled the rest of day if Sanskar Mr know it all didn't speak up .

" Swara meet me in my cabin " he said and thankfully the lift reached it destination of 45th floor .

Swara was furious with Sanskar for revealing she had an degree , She didn't want anyone to know she was over qualified for her current job .

" It been two years Swara ,I don't now why you stopped practicing law. Maybe it because you lost your first case or an important case . Just because I haven't lost an case so far doesn't mean I don't understand how hard it might for you to step up , But I think two years is enough .You can take small pro bono cases for now and then we can see where it leads ." He spoke as soon as she entered his cabin

" May I Know who I am speaking to ?" At his confused look she further added " My husband or Boss " she explained .

" It not an real marriage ." sanskar jumped to the defense Clearly panicked Swara might think otherwise .

" I know that ,that why I am saying stop acting like you own me ,Just because we signed some papers doesn't mean you get an say in how I live my life .You are just my boss and I really hope you never cross the line Sanskar ,Because the next time you decide for me .I will quit .." She replied and walked away from his cabin ..

Sanskar Maheshwari was surprised by Swara anger .he intially had planned to talk further about their marriage and hope to clear any doubts she had over it .It was just for 365 days. And day one was an complete failure by the looks of it .

      Why would swara think marriage means she is owned by someone ,he didn't know .And for the first time he wondered whom he was married too ,

Sanskar knew Swara but yet there is so much he didn't know . He had few important clients to meet so he left office after an hour and since it got late ,he drove right back to his home .

When he reached home ,he got an call from Arjun which made him rush out of his flat in lightning speed .And his legs trembled a little as he stepped outside Swara house.

She was alone for an fortnight . He learnt that yesterday as Sanskar dropped swara in her home and was saved from facing Sharmistha aunty and her husband .Swara mom after her surgery fell in love and got married to the widowed doctor who treated her . Sanskar even attended the wedding ..

But Swara told him her mom and uncle was away on an vacation .. His protective instincts didn't like her staying alone but she assured him of the security system .so he left .

But today as he entered her house , All he can see was broken objects .The house was ransacked , Everything was broken or torn apart .And in the midst of it was Swara still shaking and Arjun trying his best to calm her down .

Sanskar heard Arjun speaking , He heard Arjun saying how he drove swara home and waited till she reached inside and rushed in hearing her scream and ran inside to find the whole house like this .

Sanskar heard them but all of them came secondary because Swara was still shaking , When he gently placed his hand on her shoulder she jumped up in shock. And only then as she saw his face .She finally let those tears fall .

At the moment Sanskar vowed to punish anyone who harmed his swara , He was bit startled by his mind claiming swara as his own .But when Swara moved towards him for comfort ,he didn't have to think twice before holding her in arms .

Swara never needed men in her life . She calls her mom husband uncle still because she doesn't want to depend on him , so she didn't know why she felt safe in a Sanskar embrace or why she felt like she can depend on him to make it right .

The logical brain of hers asked her to step out of his arms since he was her boss ,But her heart wanted comfort so she remained within his arms and she soothed her conscience with the truth that he was her husband after all .
