Hi guys, The final part in clause.. But the story doesn't end with the contract. Though the first half of the SS is over with this one .And after this we step in second half of the SS.

Two days later .

Swara was getting frantic by the second .The sounds of clashing vessels kept increasing till Sanskar walked inside the kitchen .

" What happening here .It look like an mini storm has come inside the kitchen " sanskar teased as he looked into all the open containers on the floor.

" I just remembered my dida special recipe for a sweet .I wanted to make it for you .But I couldn't find few ingredients .." She said and looked annoyed at him for not having the ingredients in his house .

" Well why don't you tell me what we need , I go out and buy it for you .."he said momentarily forgetting that he can't drive for now as doctors asked him to take it slow .

" No need to strain .I can make it tomorrow I suppose. I call raj and ask him to buy when he comes tomorrow from his hometown.." She said and that when Sanskar grew bit nervous because raj was no longer working for him .

" I asked him to stay for a week " Sanskar lied not wanting swara to find out he no longer needs raj help .

" But .But .I wanted to cook it for you before I leave.." She said the one sentence he wished she didn't utter to him .

" Leave .?" He asked not wanting it to be true .

" Yeah , You are fine .The articles have stopped writing about me at least in an negative way And." She said .

" But ,Why this sudden decision " He asked .

" I have been thinking about it for awhile "she lied easily as she was not going to tell him , the recent visit to her mom after Sanskar won the case was the reason for her abrupt decision .

Swara went to her mom house to share the news of Sanskar victory in person , She didn't hide her pride or affection she had for Sanskar and maybe it was because of that ,her mom asked if Swara could try to make this marriage work .

          Hence her sudden decision to create distance between them . If her mom hoped she can convince her but she didn't want to give Sanskar the same impression because she wasn't ready yet

" If that what you want , But can you stay for at least few more days till Raj comes back ." Sanskar lied not wanting to lose her soon .

" Okay ." Swara said feeling relieved that she don't have to leave for now .

The next day Swara was surprised when Sanskar asked they spend an day out together .It was different from their daily routine ,Now that Swara was no longer the topic of speculation ,Sanskar didn't need to take her out for the public .So swara knew it was only because he wanted it .

The day out with Sanskar was perfect , it started out with him buying her an bouquet of Red roses the one he couldn't give her last time.

She loved every minute of their day out . The picnic in the park where they had an cozy lunch together filled with Sandwich and ice creams ,watching a horror movie together and holding Sanskar hand till the movie ended

And finally the dinner in an Italian Restraunt . It was perfect date even when she knew it was not .Because she shouldn't think like that

But at the end of the day on the ride back home in the taxi , She noticed an saddened expression in Sanskar face and she was worried that he exhausted his legs .

" Does it hurt Sanskar " she asked And his yes an second later had her worried .

" Why didn't you tell me anything , do you need to keep ice pack on leg or lie in bed as before .What the need for you to exhaust yourself when even raj is not here to help you " swara kept talking until she saw sanskar looking at her with what one could say was bit of frustration and anger at something but not at her .

"Raj is not coming and it isn't my leg that hurts right now swara " he finally said after an beat of silence .

" Why isn't raj coming back .?" She asked instead as she doesn't have it in her talk about them ,

" Became I no longer need him and he should be able to help someone who needs him " he said

" Why didn't you tell me ?" She asked dreading the answer .

" Because I need you and I didn't want you to go .." He said not hiding behind lies anymore .

But his answer was her silence . Clearly he was the only one who fell in love with her .Yeah he knew he loved her the moment she said she is going to leave .His heart broke and he knew he had fallen for her .

Apparently Swara didn't feel the same , So even if it hurt him ,he knew he have to let her go when she wanted.

The next day Sanskar woke up to find swara and her packed bags all ready . Everything in wanted to beg and plead her not to go but he didn't want to take away her choice. So he remained silent .

" I made you breakfast ." She said as if ignoring the tension between them

In the last two months. Not once have they had an silent meal together except today .And when swara placed the sweet before him .He wanted to again ask her not to go .He was with her yesterday when she carefully selected and picked the ingredients and somehow having the sweet felt like a good bye he was not ready for .

So he thankful for the phone call from Arjun but his mood turned gloom by the time the call ended .

" What happened " swara asked in concern .

" Nothing , I have to go out for awhile swara , can you please stay till then .." He asked as he glanced at her bags she nodded her head and he left .

Sanskar was disturbed by the phone call as he got into the taxi .Five complaints against him in the bar council was so sudden and surprising , He knew the person behind it to be Ragini Father . And he was bit taken by his method of trying to sabotage his name as well .

The meeting with the member of bar council took longer than Sanskar anticipated, Since the complaint were anonymous he had gotten off with a warning .

Even when Sanskar claimed he was innocent . And though they believed it might be due to someone jealous over his overnight popularity after his win .They asked him to make sure no such complaints occur again .As if Sanskar could stop people from giving false statement s

An exhausted Sanskar entered his house and to find the packed bags was another layer of frustration .

" Can't you stay swara .." He asked when he saw her standing with an cup of coffee .

" He called ..?" She answered instead which got his full attention .

" Who ?" He asked even when he know the answer ..

" Siddharth dad ,he wanted me to leave you .." Swara said and Sanskar looked at her packed bags..

" So you are going to run away again .Didn't you say to Laksh you are not going to hide any longer " he asked hating the man for making her scared .

" I don't want my past to affect you . And I am not running away , I already planned to move out as you know ,he will think he won and will leave you alone ,so what the big deal .." She said so calmly while Sanskar was raged with anger .

" Do I mean so little to you , that walking away from me is so easy for you .." he asked clearly hurt

" It for the best Sanskar , I stayed here because I felt guilty not because of anything else .I don't think I want him to do something that will make me feel much worse" she said still speaking calmly .

" Okay , Leave if that what you want and thank you for staying with me because you felt guilty . Next time when and if you step in to this house , Make sure the reason is not because you pitied me .." He said clearly wounded by her casual words .

Swara wanted to try and make him understand she didn't pity him .And want to tell him she stayed not because of feeling guilty but what use will it be when she is going to walk away from him forever .

So she walked away from him that day ,Even when she realized she hurt him . She cried the whole way back to her house .And was surprised to see him standing in front of her house .

When Sanskar and Kavita got separated. He had often heard from his friends on how kavita stated that he begged and pleaded her to be part of his life after he recovered from her betrayal. But he never once beg or plead with her , But five minutes after swara left .

He ran after her to do it .So when she came out of the taxi with tears strained face. He knew she was affected just like him .

" Swara.Please give us an chance before walking away And don't walk away from me because of ragini dad , I can handle him .." He pleaded with her .Hoping she would give him one chance to prove he was not like Siddharth ..

Swara wanted to take an leap of faith and say yes , Because she was affected by him in ways she can never explain .She was scared by the depth of her feeling for him . And it was because of that she wanted to let him go .

She couldn't bear it if Sanskar grew to hate her and blame her for his misfortune just lie Siddharth .She wasnt brave enough to take an chance at happiness and that was why she broke his heart .

" You promised to let me go whenever I want Sanskar , So I am asking you now to let me go . We can file for divorce an year later .But I don't want us to cross path with each other ever again , please Sanskar let me go .." With that she went inside her house leaving Sanskar alone .

Sanskar didn't know why he felt like his world stopped in front of him at her words .It hurt worse than kavita betrayal , As he walked back to his car .Swara stood in the window to have an final glance at him .

She then called Shekhar Gadodia .And told him she left Sanskar and he better stop harassing Sanskar .

" What the next plan?" Kavita asked Shekhar Gadodia..

" The next plan is to make Sanskar hate Swara " Shekhar replied back .

" Won't he already hate her for leaving him " sahil asked .

" No , He needs to hate her with passion that no matter how much swara begged or pleaded he should never forgive her , What is the one thing sanskar can't forgive "he asked kavita ..

" Being unfaithful , He hold it against me till now.. " kavita answered .

" Then we will make her unfaithful to him .." Shekhar said .

" Is it possible , that bitch broke my hand when I went near her .." Sahil answered .

" Do you know to what lengths a parent will go for a child , You both don't have kids so you won't know ,but I do .And it is because of that I know .Swara will do everything I say ." Shekhar said and smiled
