Two years ago

                 Swara Bose hated the other half of their race and with right reason . Her grand father walked away from her dida because his new girlfriend was twenty years younger than him . Her biological father was an man  who preys on young woman  including her mom who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and he  walked away Scott free due to being an politician with considerable power .

                  Then there was her husband who was the example of all that was wrong in the human race .And Swara Bose doesn't need  any man in her life anymore .But she needs money to pay for the hospital bill for her mother. .

              And it was the only reason she didn't pour the hot coffee at the lap of  Sahil Sengupta son of her boss . She worked as an maid in Sahil house while his parents were nice people who hired her in spite of her past .  They couldn't control the wandering eyes  of their son

                 So far several of their staff quit due to Sahil wandering hands . But Swara needs money and she also found comfort in her wit that allowed her escape being his victim so far and also her  determination never to let an man over power her .

               Her mother paid for all self defense class Swara can master .Her mom didn't want her to suffer the same fate .But even her mom couldn't save her from her husband because she believed herself to be in love with him .

                Sahil was cocky but not an fool . Swara knew he is waiting for his lawyer who is scheduled  to arrive in five minutes hence she choose that moment to deliver his tea tray.  Because predator's like him can sense fear and Swara didn't intend to show fear in front of him by refusing to be alone with him .

               As expected an man in Armani suit entered Sahil office in time . While Swara hoped to be excused with his arrival . Sahil simply demanded Swara clean the room before leaving .It was plain rude towards his guest but Sahil didn't seem like he cared for his opinion.

                Swara hates men .If it not for that she would have appreciated the guy in Armani suit .Their was some sort of appeal to him that drew Swara to him .While she sneaked glance at Sahil guest .She grew increasingly aware of Sahil gaze that was filled with lust.

                   Sahil guest spoke in an low voice to ensure his client secrets reman an secret thus swara didn't hear anything but as each minute passed sahil got agitated until the tea cup flew from his hands and hit the walls ..

                   While Sahil guest took his leave .Swara was forced to clean up the broken tea cup .That's when she felt his hands on her .While her body prepared herself to do an physical damage that he never forgets .Her mind rationalized with the thoughts of the consequence of her actions .

      " I suggest you take your hands off my person right now . According to Criminal law (Amendment )  ordinance 2013 . Section 354 A . You might have to spend 3 years of your spoiled life in jail if you didn't do as I say right this instant ." She replied with an calm that masked the fear. 

               " I don't know the rules and all like you do .But I do know the person who steals from her employee will be sent to jail especially with your past .So swara do you really want to test who the world believes .You or Me .So stop acting up ,All I ask is for few minutes of respite from an horrible day and I will even pay for your mother surgery, it a win win don't you think  .."  And he  had the audacity to laugh .

                  Swara fear increased when he started to step into her personal  place . The next instant sahil was down clutching his hand as Swara broke the hand that was placed on her person .   

             " You broke it bit**..I will make you pay for it ." Sahil screamed and  advanced towards her .Before Swara could defend herself someone stepped in between .And she looked up to see the guy in Armani suit was back.  

                " I suggest you carefully think you next step of action Sahil .Because believe me you might find yourself charged with not only sexual harassment but also intent for causing physical harm to my client .As you know I will win this case hands down .And your confession does help me a lot " he said while holding out his phone towards Sahil .That stopped him in his tracks. .

             " She broke my hand ." He stammered but Swara could see the beginning of fear in sahil face .

               " It was self defense ." Swara spoke while the Armani guy turned briefly towards her and gave her an heart stopping smile .

                  " Well I agree it was self defense .And Sahil expect my client will be filling charges against you today . " The Armani guy spoke up and then turned towards ." Let us go Miss Swara ." He spoke softly towards her.  

                 Until that moment Swara didn't dwell on the consequence of her actions .Of curse she can't continue to work there when she just physically assaulted her boss son  .As she collected her purse and walked out .The Armani guy was waiting beside his sports car .

              " You are filling charges right . I have his confession and it will be an open shut case .And you can trust me .I haven't lost a case yet and I intend to win this one " for the first time there was am slight hesitancy in his voice .  Swara knew how many victims choose to remain silent for fear of by shunned by the society and she also know how many victims who were brave to step forwards have lost due to not having political or financial back up like the assailants. .Just like her mom who have lost her case .

                    But Swara wouldn't back off .It was not how her mom raised her , As of know Swara has plenty of regret for not standing up in her past .And she has nothing to lose now .

             " Yes I will file  an complaint.  I would like if you gave me the recording .I don't think I can afford to hire you .." Swara spoke up as she glanced at his sports car .

                  " Do you think I will ask you to pay me , I think you have an best shot with me than others who might not be competent against the defense sahil family hires for him .it will be an pro bono case for me .And let do it for the sake of others who might have fall victim to Sahil and they might not be efficient as you in breaking his hands .." He spoke up and swara detected a pride in his voice of swara braveness .

                 " You are hired and I am fired.." Swara spoke up with a self depreciating smile  . Job  hunting was harder for an ex convict like her and it also due to the  reason people like Sahil believe they can take advantage of her as who in the right mind who believe her over them  .Except the Armani guy but well he might rescind his offer the moment he knows who she is .

                    " I am sorry about it .I am sure you will find an better employment . I will look into it and see if anyone needs help in their household .And my manners seemed to have failed me .I am Sanskar Maheshwari. This is my business card and you can contact me if any trouble arises due to Sahil .I will work into filing the complaint by today ." He introduced himself finally .The Armani guy had an name and it suited him well .

                " I am Swara Bose ,I don't have an card but let me give you an missed call in case you need to contact me ." Swara introduced herself and reached into her bag to bring up her  phone .That when she noticed ten missed calls from the hospital .

                    She quickly redialed to find her mom had suffered another attack and was in ICU .

                      While swara babbled out the truth to sanskar in near hysteria ,he remained the voice of reason .He drove her to the hospital without an complaint and even provided moral support by remaining by her side while Swara was given the dead line that her  mom won't make it through the night if she didn't get surgery by tonight . And Swara was very aware of the truth she is nowhere near the money that was required for the surgery .

              When saving the one you love pride has no place . So yes she asked Sanskar for help and he didn't think twice before helping her . But  she was more thankful that he remained by her side till the surgery was over .  Only when the doctors declared her mother safe did Swara finally gotten around to thank Sanskar .

             " You must be my Guardian Angel , You have helped me more than I could imagine  , I will repay you back as soon as I found another job .." She said in gratitude . 

                       " I am glad to be of help , And no need to pay me back . I helped a friend and when I need you help I will ask and you can help me then .." He replied back. 

                  Swara would have loved to argue and claim she will pay him back but for someone who is currently jobless she  understands it might take an eternity to pay him back .

                  " I owe you an favor then . You can depend on me for help as an friend whenever you need something . " she replied back. .

               At that time Swara didn't know two years later Sanskar would call in the favour which would bind her with him in Matrimony.
