Swara had dated often as she told Sanskar but none of her dates had ever taken her to such a glamorous spot for lunch yet ,she didn't know how Sanskar had been able to find these spots in such a short time but then again she knew it was what made him a successful business man ,his strength to details .

She was fortunate that he had already reserved their place because one look at the waiting line she knew that place was well recommended by everyone and she wouldn't have been able to eat soon if they waited and stepping inside the restaurant she understood the reasons for its fame .

The décor wasn't too much but still able to wow you by its simplicity and her most favourite had been the seats he reserved for them which was near a glass pane Window the allowed them to have the outside view as well . Unlike her ,Sanskar was looking at her instead of the outside view as if waiting for her approval .

And she decide to stop making him nervous by getting her attention back to him . Since she didn't have words to describe the place ,she simply gestured a thumbs up which made him smile much to her delight .

After they placed their order which Swara had hard time choosing out of the several options , they were left alone till the food arrives and that when she finally decided to ask him something that was on her mind since earlier .

" Why did you never go on a date before, Why didn't you try finding the right person for you and end up accepting to marry Kavitha so that Lakshya can get married?" She asked him because she was curious about his reason for not dating .

" Well honestly i don't know if i can explain it, In College i found it was too soon to look for your life partner, everyone around me where dating and yet I felt there reasons were more to have a girlfriend than a long time partner which resulted in messy breakup as well .

i have seen some of my friends suffer due to there girlfriends and I have seen the opposite as well and i didn't want that life for me.

Don't get me wrong, most of the people you tend to date in College will be your classmates and if you date and then break up ,you still have to be in the same class .

And it will get awkward each time you meet them and such. Well i never went through it but my friends did and so i thought i should not date now.

I was planning on dating once i graduate Or at least get to know the person my aunt or uncle choose very well before marrying them . But after my life became too busy once I joined work that i never get to spend any time to think about dating and such."he answered back truthfully ,and Swara could understand him .

Dating was kind of a trend of sorts ,something that was deemed as fun and something that should definitely be experimented in college but as Sanskar said it does come with its share of drawbacks .

" I get it. I had the same problem too. But my approach was somewhat different, unlike you who decided to stay out of dating seeing your friends, i did quite the opposite.

Still School as i told you my life was kind of very much dictated by my Aunt. And College life was a breath of fresh air and i felt like i finally got the freedom i so wanted. I did all the things i never got to do ,play sports,Join dance club and such.

Then after the first 6 months, The Popular guy in our Class asked me to go on a date with him and i didn't know what to say so i agreed. I never thought about dating before that.

But i just don't know how to say No as it was so sudden. The date was not that bad but i didn't feel we had anything in common so when he asked me to go on a second date i told him No. This time i was able to do so as i had planned on how to say it the whole date.

There started the dating requests, and i couldn't say No to all of them ,so i agreed time and time to some of the requests. Most of them end with just the first date, i went on few second dates as well .

But in all my dating experience i never went on a third date with a same guy. Maybe it was because i was not actually looking for my life partner among them or maybe because i didn't find the right person yet , i don't know but it never went more than the second date.

In my experience i can assure you it really did get awkward at times when you end up being in the same group for the group projects. So as i said i totally get you."Swara answered back to him as if she was trying to let him know her thoughts as well that he hadn't been the only one who had to answer her questions.

They briefly chatted a little longer till the food arrived and then the food was so good that Swara couldn't keep up with the conversation as her attention was focused on eating then than talking and he understood that was what made her relationship with Sanskar different and special.

He understood that she needs moments of silence at times and he understands her when she feel like talking even if it was about simply things and by the time the desserts arrived ,Swara was back to her talking mode.

She pestered him with question on the next part of their ride and was riddled with his silence instead ,no matter how much she asked him . He never told her where they were going until the brief cab ride ended and she found their next destination.

When she was young and her life with her aunt and her mother expectation got overwhelming ,she had tried to find ways to escape and one of them had been to her neighbour Garden , their neighbor Hema dida as she often called her was close to seventy and yet Swara had seen her tending her garden from her bedroom window.

One day after her mother asked Swara to spend the weekend with Ragini ,she rushed out of her home in a bid to escape and found herself in her neighbour Garden and there she was tending her garden , back then she didn't know she was crying but when Hema dida asked her if she wanted to water the plants ,she nodded her head in agreement.

Thus began her fascination with garden and flowers . Whenever she was stressed she found herself walking into Hema dida garden to find some time alone and it was why she was thrilled that Sanskar chosen the next destination to be something that was destined to make her happy .

Brooklyn Botanic Garden , It was 52 acre park filled with Fauna and Flora according to the information pamphlet they were given and Swara was happy to explore every inch of it for the next two hours .

They took a stroll in the park side by side ,walking hand in hand and admiring the view in front of them. It became somewhat there routine to walk hand in hand without feeling awkward at all ever since they landed on New York. And only when swara had seen everything did she finally turn towards him to thank him .

"Thanks Sanskar, this place is really beautiful . Also how can you be this thoughtful that you are making me feel bad for not doing anything in return when you took lot of effort to make me happy " Swara spoke up because everything he did had been designed to make her happy and she felt like she wasn't being fair to him .

" It was no big deal, you didn't have to feel bad for anything. I also like visiting this place it not like you are the only one enjoying this Visit. So everything is fair ,but if you still feel bad there is something you can do that will make me feel better " he spoke up surprising her ,he never particularly asked anything from her . And the fact he was willing to ask her something made her happy

" What is that ,tell me i will do it if i can?" She answered back hoping it was something she can do because at this moment she wanted to do something for him as well .

Sanskar did notice that Swara felt like she need to do something for him and in an bid to reassure her ,he spoke up about needing a favor and then found himself wondering what to ask until his eyes fell on the camera he held on to take pictures .

Going through is mobile last night he realized there was no even a single picture of his wife in the gallery that is just her picture ,there were group photos that they took when Uttara came to visit, there were pics when they went to visit Rahul , but he didn't have a picture of just her and he wanted to rectify that at the moment

" How about you just stand there and give me your brightest smile , i am going to take a picture of you .So that you can show it to your sisters later." he spoke up unwilling to reveal that he wanted the picture for his sake.

If she found his request out of the blue she didn't say anything about him but gave him ,one of her brightest smile while he took pictures of her and then started making weird face as well ,making him laugh at her antics . Then she took the Camera from his hand and gave it to some Visitors and asked them to take picture of both of them together.

She kept doing that at every spot and the beautiful place was captured with both of there beautiful smiles. After that they went to the gift shop and she brought packet of seeds that seems suitable to grow in India so that she can plant it in there house that will always remind them of this visit . Then they stopped by the Cafe for some light Snacks as well as Coffee.

When he planned the date today ,he didn't realize how over packed the day would be until he looked at her tired face , they may have had fun but she was tired by now that he thought it would be wise to postpone it until tomorrow .

As they made their way back to their hotel room ,he felt happy and Swara who had been exhausted fell asleep almost as soon as she hit the bed that he didn't even have heart to wake her up .

And as he logged on to his laptop to reschedule the events he realized it would be their day in New York and something about how Swara said she never been on a third date with same person worried him a little.

Swara was a person who had been able to make up her mind about whether she liked someone or not in two dates and yet they were married for over two months and she hadn't made up her mind yet . It made him wonder if she found their marriage to be a bond that tied her up with him .

It bothered him because he wanted her decision to go out with him to stem from something that is other than there were married due to circumstances. The doubts made for a restless night as he struggled to understand the reason behind his emotions that wanted her to be with him even if they weren't bound by the strings of matrimony.
