Central Park Date: Horse Carriage Ride

   
      
Sanskar had remained nervous about their date even with Swara's sister help he couldn't relax as they walked side by side towards the destination. Frankly his experience with dating world were very limited ,he had went with Adharsh on few double dates when they were in college. But it had been his best friend who often choose the time and place.

        
After starting to work in Maheshwari industries,he had so much to learn that it hardly gave him any time for social life which all leads him to being completely unaware of the dating scenario that prevalent in the world at the moment .

        
And the fact he wanted Swara to like the date made him more nervous ,the flowers seemed like a good way to start the day and the smile she bestowed in for it was worth it and he wanted her to keep smiling throughout the day .

         
          
The fact there were married added more pressure to his actions , Swara had been forced to marry him and whatever she decide about their future he wanted her to not lack anything as long as she was with him .

         
He relaxed when her smile didn't dim down as they walked towards the destination ,she would some time stop and look at the buzzing city as if she hadn't seen that much crowd of people in India but something about the city had made her smile and he have to thank Pari for letting him know she preferred a dazzling city over a quiet beach kind of place.

   
        
Swara's love for sightseeing taken them twice that time as they reached the place finally  ,he looked at her smiling face and relaxed that may be he choose well after all  .She looked so She excited that she started walking like she knew the place by heart that he have gently pull her back to let her know about the carriage ride he booked earlier .

           
Since Central Park  is a wide are of about 800 + acres ,they offered a carriage ride for tourists who wanted to see the entire park in a single . Since his research revealed most tourist prefer it ,he decided to book it as well.

          
The carriage ride lasted about 40 minutes and he was relieved to see Swara looking keenly around her without looking bored as he feared , she really liked it and it gave him a relief that may be the date was going well after all. 

     
At time she would lean on to him or point to him about something she liked seeing and she continued to talk without stop all through the time that Sanskar was happy for her ,he liked the ride much better because it brought her enjoyment. 

       
Once the ride ended ,he led her to one of the famous restaurant in the park ,it was called Tavern Green and be already read reviews from the tourists about how it is a must place to eat during their visit

       
After the ride both of them were quite hungry the breakfast they had in the hotel room seemed hours ago instead of two that they had their lunch in silence ,but the smile was still in her face leaving him relaxed. 

          
Sanskar didn't know why it was so important for him that she liked the date ,it maybe had to with the fact he liked seeing her happy and maybe because seeing her happy made him happy as well .

  Swara had seen this place in the picture quite often but nothing beats seeing it in real time ,but more than that she loved spending those moments with Sanskar .

           
He hardly talked but Swara talked enough for both of them ,after the lunch he asked her if she wanted to visit the lake and she nodded her head in answer ,it felt datish when his hands held her as they made there way to the lake. 

           
The lake may been man made but it was still breathtaking and made her realize humans are capable to creating and preserving nature as well . When she spotted few people cycling ,she insisted that she wanted to do so as well that Sanskar rented the bikes for both them

   
Swara loved cycling and as a child she would cycle from her place to her uncle place often that but she stopped once  she grew up and her dad got her a bike.  But she missed cycling that she may have went a bit overboard by cycling for over an hour. 

        
It was so much fun when she tried to make it a race between them by stating she was so good at it and believed Sanskar couldn't outrace her until he did both times they raced . Only when she got from the cycle did she realize it effects on her legs and was glad Sanskar didn't say told you so as she let her rest in one of the benches in a shade for awhile as she recovered the functioning of her legs .

    
" There is also a zoo here and I thought we can check it out but since you are tired let walk back to the hotel or should we take taxi " he asked after thirty minutes and Swara was bit tired but she didn't want to miss seeing out the zoo either  

        
" Let check it out before we go ,I am not that tired " She told him and was happy that he didn't argue with her  about it and by the time they finished the tour the day had reached it end. 

     
  Swara didn't want it to end though, but Sanskar knew she was tired and insisted on stopping the activities for now . It took a little more convincing before she agreed to end there first date

On there way back to the room She asked where they are going  tomorrow and as always he still didnt reveal it to her but just said that maybe she should keep her heels aside tomorrow as well.

    
She wanted to be angry at him for keeping it a secret but if tomorrow is anything like today,she didn't think she would mind the wait. They stopped for a ice cream on the way because Swara couldn't move past the ice cream shop after spotting it .

   
By the time they reached the hotel ,she was too exhausted but also happy . When Sanskar asked her if they want to go out to eat or order for  room service, Swara opted for the latter.

           
Due to the tiredness she took a brief nap before dinner and the single hour had been enough to restore her sprits that when Ragini called her a little later she was back to her talkative self .

Ragini told Swara about her trip as well in Venice and they even went on the famous gondola ride as well. And just returned to there room . Then Pari di called who upon learning about both Swara and Ragini decided her husband owed her a second honeymoon after all. 

   
The last call had been from  Uttara her new sister, Swara asked after Laksh mom in the two months Swara bad grown to love Sujtha aunty a lot like the rest of her family .She adored her and the fact she held the family together , Uttara lamented of having no boyfriend .The mention of boyfriend made her look back at Sanskar who had been working on his laptop that she was relieved his protective brother mode wasn't activated by their conversation.

" I thought this trip was supposed to be for two and it looks like you brought all your sisters as well" Sanskar spoke up once uttara ended the call and she looked back at him wondering if she indeed spend too much time on phone. But he was smiling which meant he wasn't offended by her lack of company .

         
" And what about you ,working on your vacation as well " She asked him as she took in his open laptop and he shook his head and tried to bring down the close the tabs in his search engine that she wondered what he was doing if not working  

   
"  So did you really liked your first date" he asked her which made her forget about her line of thoughts as she answered him back

   
"  Of course i loved it, It was really beautiful and thanks for planning it out , although I do want to go on the ride Ragini talked about as well,  "She answered back with a smile .

      
" We can go to Italy next time " his answer made her happy that he was willing to do everything for her.  But a part of her brain panicked at the thought of next vacation already being planned when she was still unsure about her decision. 

      
And she felt ungrateful for not even thanking him for the date till now ,she didn't want him to think she took him for granted ,he was doing everything for her and she was still dragging her time by not making up her mind .

     
" Thank You for the date " She spoke up and he looked surprised by her change of direction in the conversation.

   
" As long as you liked it , i am quite happy no need for thanks "he answered back making her worry if the date wasn't memorable to him as much as it was for her

   
" You didn't like it "she asked him back suddenly feeling insecure about the entire day and nervous at the thought that he would answer in the affirmative.

     
"Of course i liked it and I liked spending the day with you as well " his answer was not only honest but it relived her that he found her company likable. 

    
" That good to know because Sanskar you are stuck with my company for the next thirty day  "she answered back as she walked to the side of her bed and began arranging the pillows as a wall

     
But she  didn't go to sleep once she lied down instead she kept talking with him till  midnight .Swara liked that his mind was capable of following her train of thought and there was no judgement in his reactions even if she told him something that doesn't make her look favourable.  He was accepting of her as she was and that was refreshing to find in someone .

   
Swara finally gotten around to sleep close to one  and the last thing she thought was "if everyday was like this then she wants to stay married to him".
