Hi guys.. I am back with an update.. For all my plans this story seems to be going longer than I intended.. But your continuous support does make me the happiest person.. Here to hoping you will stick along till the end.. And as always I do Apologize if it was not upto your expectations.. 

Two days Earlier 

              Krish was seated across Sanskaar. He had  the Maheshwari house as soon as he landed from his trip. Unlike all of his other clients Sanskaar was different.. That what made him more likable.. He just finished telling him all he found out...And in turn all he got was few minutes of silence as if Sanskaar is trying to understand all he has heard for the past 30 minutes.. It was an awhile before he  spoke up.. Having finally reached the same conclusion as him.. 

Sanskaar :"So we finally got to know her motive for killing him.. But "

Krish :" I know it not enough.. I am sorry.. "

Sanskar :" Krish I know you are doing all you can and what you found might not be enough to lock her up but it did help me learn more about her.. And I do want to know everything I can  about her.. Because without That I can't protect my family. "

Krish :" Can I say something? "

Sanskar :" Sure.. "

Krish :" All we need is solid proof that links her to the crime.. And I think I have a plan to get one "

Sanskar :" What do you mean "

Krish :"  Simple.. I make myself the bait.."

Sanskar :"No.. I don't want you to risk your life for me.. "

Krish:" I am not risking my life.. I know the risks but I also know I can defend myself.. "

Present day :

              Laksh Maheshwari was driving the car.. And seated besides him was his brother and laksh knew that tonight is going to be the hardest for all of them.. Because he has seen the same look on his brother face once before he still remembers the confrontation and his voice it still scares him.. 

Sanskaar :"You Killed her "

Laksh:" Bhai.. What are you talking about "

                 It has been years since that day.. Feeling accused like that felt horrible but for the first time laksh was scared of his brother.. And today Uttara will be the recipient of that anger.. And laksh can't help but wish payal died instead of making it alive.. Why did she have to make it alive.. His mind kept asking the question over and over again. And when they reached home.. As expected Sanskaar walked straight upto uttara room.. Laksh was dreading what would happen but was kind of hoping things didn't escalate like before given the presence of swara in uttara room.. 

Uttara :"Bhai.. I am sorry.. I didn't know why I did that.. I was so upset Krish died too "

Sanskar :" Krish is fine uttara.. He got few broken bones but he is fine.. Why didn't you wait till I come back home and tell you that.. All I told to you was Krish is injured.. Why jump to the conclusions on your own.. And do you want to know what the result of your action.. "

Swara:" Sanskar.. She feels terrible already.. "

Sanskar :" Swara.. But what am I supposed to do.. Now that all our carefully laid plans are for nothing.. She knows Swara.. She knows we are onto her.. And do you know what she said to the police the moment she woke up.. She is innocent.. "

Swara:" But ragini told me she accepted it in front of everyone today "

Sanskar :" She accepted in front of my family.. Whose witness no one is going to accept . And she also said that she was so hurt by uttara lack of trust in her.. That was the reason she tried to commit suicide.. "

Uttara :" but but she told me to say sorry "

Sanskar :" It doesn't matter uttara.. She changed her stance to the police.. And she will be discharged once her wounds are healed and she will come back and haunts as before.. Because according the police she is just an poor girl who tried to commit suicide because her best friend hurt her "

Swara :" You don't mean to say.. She will be free afterall "

Sanskar :"Yeah.. I don't think police are going to charge her for  the suicide attempt too.. "

Ragini :" Why not?"

Sanskar :"Because her father is an powerful person.. I know simple charges like that won't work.. I needed concrete proof to get her locked up.. But now all such plans are for nought "

Swara:" Sanskar I know today has been a tough day.. Let not dwell on it now.. Please relax.. We will come up with something.. "

Sanskar :"  I am not sure what we can do anymore... " 

                      With that he simply walked into his room leaving an distraught uttara and upset laksh.. Swara and ragini tried their best to comfort uttara but it looked like uttara knew the gravity of what she did and she might blame herself always till payal was caught..

Later that night 

                          Sanskar was feeling terrible about all that happened.. His plan with krish failed even before uttara actions.. Krish expected his life would be in danger if he made himself the bait.. But he was confident on catching the person who tries to harm him and that he did, even if it left him with few broken bones.. But the guy hired to harm Krish was loyal to his boss.. Hence that also turned to be an dead end.. He was feeling frustrated.. Just then he heard those footsteps..He knows who it belongs too and when two hands gently wrapped him in an embrace from behind.. He can't help but smile.. 

Sanskaar :"Aren't you supposed to be sleeping? "

Swara :" Well I could ask the same "

Sanskar :" Well I am not the one sneaking into other room in the middle of the night "

Swara:"  It going to be my room in future.. So I am not trespassing.. "

Sanskar :" Really.. And how about you move in today.. Why future that seems long.. "

Swara :" Sanskar.. Stop joking "

                   He quickly turned around.. So she can finally look into his face..

Sanskar :" Did I say I am joking.. Just imagine all the fun we can have? "

                    He had an mischievous grin on his face but even then Swara can't help but blush at his words.. 

Swara :" Sanskar.. "

Sanskar :" Haan Swara.. What do you say? "

                    Well Swara came here to cheer him up and this topic was kind of keeping him happy.. So she decided to play it longer.. Though she was nervous  she had her poker face that Sanskaar couldn't believe what he heard next" 

Swara:" Sure.. No problem.. What side of the bed you prefer.. I want to sleep on the  right side.. "

Sanskar :" Well as long as I am beside you . The side doesn't matter.. You can take the right side "

                       Now it was Swara turn to be shocked.. Because he was not in his playful banter anymore.. His voice was filled with sincerity.. 

Swara :"  Well where will I go.. If not beside you.. I will always be by your side Sanskaar.."

                       With that she gently tiptoe towards him and kissed him in the cheek and turned to go.. 

Sanskaar :" You said.. You will stay beside me.. Where are you going "

Swara :"  Well I am going to sleep in the room that besides you for now "

Sanskar :"  Hmm .. What should I do change your mind.. That my room is better.(She knows he was back to his playful banter) . "

Swara:" Well.. I don't know "

Sanskar :" But I do.. How about a trailer for the fun we can have in this room "

                       Swara was blushing by now.. She didn't know where to look except the floor as she didn't think she could stand looking at his eyes and not melt.. But he slowly walked towards her and when their eyes met.. Behind all the desire, love and mishevious.. Their it was the pain, sadness and hurt. And she wanted to make him forget all those pain.. So before she know how she found the courage.. She kissed him and while he was lost in his kiss.. He thought he has misheard when she whispered wrapped in his embrace.. 

Swara :"I don't want trailer.. I want to watch the whole movie.. "

Sanskar :" Swara.. "

Swara:"  I am sorry.. I just didn't think.." 

Sanskar :" Come on Swara.. I know you were trying to cheer me up and you did.. I know you didn't mean it "

Swara:"  Really.. Are you sure about that.. I am not sure about you Sanskar.. But I meant every word of it "

                        Sanskar Maheshwari loves Swara.. And he would never ever do anything that makes her uncomfortable or hurt her in anyway.. He had always tried hard to restrict is desire for her.. Because he was worried it might be too much for her.. He knows the effect she had on him was much more than he can ever admit.. And today while it all began as teasing, slowly he was losing his control and he didnt think he can hold out any longer.. So even when he know Swara voice was held the most purest emotion of all.. Her love for him.. He gave her an out. Hoping she would take it if she was not ready.. But she didn't and at the moment his last restraint wore off.. And he asked once again but he already know the answer.. 

Sanskaar :" Are you sure.. "

Swara:" 100% "

                      Sanskar woke up with an smile on the next day. The painful day memories of the day seemed to be an distant memory.. As is mind was filled with the memories of their night.. His Swara right beside him, nothing felt more right than that.. Sanskar drifted into sleep holding Swara closer to him and when he woke up his hands searched to find her cuddling next to him.. Instead he woke up in an empty bed.. He momentarily thought their night might have been his beautiful dream.. But he knew it was real.. As each second of it was crystal clear. And he loved each second of it . He decided she might woke up first.. Even then he couldn't understand why she didn't wake him up as well..  

                   There was a tap on his doors and she entered looking as beautiful as ever..  But somehow her eyes seemed to never meet his.. And sanskar was worried that she might have regretted their night 

Swara:"You are up.. I brought you tea "

Sanskar :" Swara.. Why won't you look at me "

Swara :" NOTHING "

                    She looked bit shocked at her words.. She didn't mean to hurt him.. But she was bit scared of facing him.. Millions thoughts raced her mind when she woke up in his embrace.. About how it felt just right to be with him, their beautiful moment of the night brought a smile on her face but then she was worried of waking up the beautiful dream and facing the reality. She was bit anxious about sanskar reaction.. He was vulnerable last night.. And she was worried he might regret it later.. So she got up made her way to her room freshened up a and  tried to act like nothing happened. Hoping against hope that he would not regret her treasured moments.. 

Sanskaar :"Swara.. What wrong..? "

Swara:" Nothing Sanskaar.. Everything is fine.. "

                       He didn't want to ask it out.. But he just couldn't let the barriers between them.. He needed to know.. 

Sanskar:" Do you regret it "

Swara:" WHAT NO"

                      Sanskar smiled at her quick response.. 

Sanskar:"Then why are you looking upset "

Swara:" Because you might regret it.. I am sorry sanskar.. "

                        Before she couldn't complete her sentence.. He gently tugged at her hands which made her fall over him and before she could get back up.. His arms gently held her waist as if not letting her move away..  And then he spoke up.. 

Sanskar :" I love you Swara.. And look at me.. How can you even think I will regret our moments.. "

Swara:" I love you too Sanskar.. "

Sanskar :" How about we make more memories.."

            Before she could realize, he tightened his grip on her waist and kissed her.. Just as always the cruel mobile phone decided to ring at that time.. Swara got up from his hold  and handed over the cellphone to him.. She walked away pointing at the tea and  reminding him to drink the tea.. She left the room smiling to see him smiling.. Not realizing another hurricane is on it way through the phone call..Sanskar looked at the number and he didnt recognize it.. Yet he answered the call.. 

Mysterious caller :" Don't drink the tea.. It poisoned "

Sanskar :"  Why should I listen to you.. Who are you "

Mysterious caller :" Someone who doesn't want you dead.. Please listen to me "

Sanskar :" Cut it out Payal.. I am not going to trust you "

                     Sanskar knew it was her.. He recognized her voice.. What he  didn't know was her new plan.. He briefly wondered if it was some twist scheme of hers.. He tried to play it out but his anger overcrowded him for an moment.. That he blurted out her name..He quickly regained his mind.. And tried to do repair the damage.. 

Sanskar :"Why should I trust you.. Do you want me to drink the tea.. Right this instant "

Payal:" As I said I don't want to lose you.. That why I am risking it all.. "

Sanskar :"  Get it into you brain.. I was never yours to lose.. "

Payal :" But you are going to lose the person you claim to be yours.. I only care about your life .. "

               That when it hit him.. The tea was made by Swara.. He dropped his phone and ran to the kitchen and froze in shock..

Laksh:" Why don't you join us bhai.. We are having an tea party "

Ragini:" Right.. Tea party.. "

Sanskar :" All of you drank the tea "

Swara:" What up Sanskar ..?  Did the tea taste not good.. "

Sanskar :" Please Answer me"

Laksh :"Yep except uttara..me and ragini got up just now and who could pass up on Swara tea.. It much better than the one ragini make..(Ragini rolled her eyes at that) "

Sanskar :" Let all get you to hospital right now.. I am not losing any more of my family "

Swara:" Sanskar.. Please what up "

Sanskar :" She called.. Told me the tea was poisoned.. "

                     Before he could finish.. Ragini fainted right in lucky arms.. And Swara fainted as well.. Sanskaar rushed to hold her and held her in his hands.. He looked at his brother who was losing consciousness too.. Sanskar had never been more scared..He gently dropped Swara on the floor.. Raced like an madmen to his room.. Picked his cell phone and called the ambulance..

Three hours later 

                     Slowly Swara opened her eyes.. She could gather she was in the hospital.. Slowly her mind remembered the events.. The last she heard was sanskar saying the tea was poisoned.. Panic began to set in.. She was alive, she knew that but what about her sister and laksh.. Sanskaar would not survive another loss.. She searched for someone to tell her all of them are alive.. When the nurse found her awake.. She approached Swara who in turn badgers to woman with questions.. An kind nurse answered.. 

Nurse:"You are all fine..It an miracle indeed. i think it because the dosage was very  less.. I don't get why would some one who want you dead just add such an limited amount .. "

Swara:" Because she didn't want us dead.. But to scare him. "

Nurse :" I don't get it.. What do you mean.. "

Swara:" Where is he.. "

Nurse :" The guy who admitted you "

Swara :" Yes. "

Nurse :" I don't know where he went.. He left as soon as the doctors declared you were all fine .. Just one  girl is outside.. Do you want me to call her "

Swara:" Thanks.. That would be helpful "

Uttara:" I was so scared.. I am so relieved you are all okay "

Swara:" Call your bhai and please ask him not to do anything stupid.. Please now uttara "

Uttara :" But it was switched off.. I tried earlier.. "

Swara :" Try again.. Please.. "

                  Just then the nurse entered with an guy.. Who was limping with the help of an stick..

Nurse :" Do you know him.. He was demanding to see you "

Swara:" Yeah I do.. "

An hour earlier.. 

                    Sanskar finally breathed as laksh was declared safe as well.. Since ragini had consumed less she was declared safe first.. Then Swara made it through.. But laksh drank a lot and hence he was getting worse.. Sanskar was worried he might lose him.. But he was relieve when the doctors declared him safe.. And then his kind wandered to the call and her reason.. The doctor had told him the dosage was lesser.. But why.. As if to answer his questions.. His cell phone rang.. 

Payal:"I am glad.. All of them are safe.. You should have listened to me first.. Then they wouldn't have been hurt "

Sanskar :" What do you want "? 

Payal :" Now that more like it.. I always know you were the smartest person in the whole wide world.. Yet you failed to know the simply answer to you question.. Don't you know what I want.. It always going to be YOU "

Sanskar :" Not gonna happen "

Payal :" Well why are you disappointing me Sanskaar.. I thought you were smart. I still got two bottles left Sanskaar.. The next time.. I won't be lenient "

Sanskar :" What do you want me to do? 

Payal :"Now that more like it.. Listen to me carefully and don't  miss out an single detail ".
