Ruhi: Come on Swara. Bhai said no talking about death. Why are you being so pessimistic? Nothing will happen to you.

Swara: I'm just telling you the reality. What chances are there that I could survive?

Ruhi: Even if there's a 1% chance then I know you will survive. Nothing will happen to you.

Swara smiles at her and they both head to the conference hall. As Swara opens the door the clients stand up and Swara sees them with a shocked expression of her face.

It was Sanskar and Laksh.

Ruhi saw Swara's shocked expression so she thought she should speak instead.

Ruhi: What are you two doing here?

Sanskar: We came here for a meeting. What are you two doing here?

Ruhi: This is our company. I didn't know you both would be the clients.

Swara gave a glare to Ruhi. And Ruhi whispers in her ear.

Ruhi: Swara it would be unprofessional to cancel this deal and meeting without even going through it or hearing them out. Just behave like you don't even know them and you're meeting them for the first time. 

Swara: You're right but this doesn't mean that I'm not mad at you. Just wait till the meeting gets over.

Ruhi:(to everyone else) So let's start. Take a seat.

They all sit down and the projector is turned on. Soon the meeting was over and  Swara is talking with Ruhi whilst packing up the files and Sanskar told Laksh to come outside when he is done packing up and left. Laksh comes over to Swara.

Laksh: Hi Swara.

Swara turns around and gives a faint smile to him. Swara was only mad at Sanskar, Laksh had no fault in what Sanskar did.

Swara: Hi Laksh. How are you?

Laksh: I'm good what about you?

Swara: I'm good too. How's Ragini?

Laksh: She's good too. 

They both just stood there in awkward silence until Laksh spoke.

Laksh: It's been a long time Swara. Why don't you come back? Don't you miss us?

Swara: I know it's been a long time. And I do miss all of you. I miss Maa and Papa, Badi Maa and Bade Papa,  Ragini and Uttara, I miss you all so much but I'm happy here. I've got a new family and I've moved on. If I go back I'm just going to remember all the pain once again. And honestly, I don't have much strength to cope with it all again.

Laksh: I understand. But you should visit, Ragini would be happy to see you, she really misses you. Anyways it was nice to meet you. 

Swara: You too.

Laksh turned around and was about to walk out of the room when Swara called out to him from behind.

Swara: Laksh!

He turned around confused.

Laksh: Yes?

Swara: Sorry for stopping you. You said Ragini wanted to see me. Well I can't do that but I can at least call her. Here's my number. Can you give it to her when you reach India? It would be nice to talk to her.

Laksh: Of course! Thank you.

Swara: Thanks. And take care of her.

Laksh: I will. Bye.

Swara: Bye.

He left from there whilst Ruhi came over to her and put her hand over her shoulder and gave a smile.

Ruhi: Let's go. 

Swara: (smiles back at her) That still doesn't mean I'm not mad at you.

Ruhi's smile slowly disappears.

Ruhi: No harm in trying. By the way you only have 5 hours left until you need to be back at the hospital. You have an MRI scan. Remember?

Swara: Oh yeah I forgot about that. Let's go.

They went back to Swara's cabin and finished the rest of the work off and Ruhi drove Swara back to the hospital where Arjun and Riya were waiting for her.

Arjun: Finally! Swara are you good? Any weakness? Dizziness? Headaches?

Swara: Relax Bhai I'm fine. There's nothing of that sort.

Arjun: Ruhi has she been following my conditions?

Ruhi: Yes Bhai she's been good.

Meanwhile, the nurse comes to them.

Nurse: Miss Swara Bose?

Swara: Yes that's me.

Nurse: You have an MRI scan in 5 minutes so I'm just here to run you through some stuff. Please take off any sort of jewellery or metal on you including hair pins as a safety precaution. And can you please change into this gown for the scan. Here is a form for you to fill out and give this to the doctor when you enter the room. Any questions?

Swara: Thank you and there's no questions.

Nurse: Well then I'll leave you to it. Just remember to be there in 5 minutes.

Swara: I'll be there thank you.

Nurse: Thank you.

The nurse goes out and Swara gets ready for the scan. She goes to the room and hands the doctor the form and goes to the nurse who was waiting for her whilst the others wait with the doctor seeing her through the glass. Swara gives a faint smile to them indicating that she is fine and Ruhi nods back. 

Doctor: Miss Swara are you ready?

Swara nods as an indication for the doctor to start. After 4 minutes, Swara comes back out.

Arjun: Everything ok?

Swara: Yes I'm fine.

Riya: Doctor how are the reports? 

Doctor: I have checked them but let's wait until we get the printout. You can wait in her ward till then. I'll meet you there.

Ruhi: Thank you.

The leave from there and wait in Swara's ward for about 10 minutes until the doctor came with her reports.

Doctor: Well the clot is big but not too much at this point. I would like to get the surgery done as soon as possible to prevent any complications in the future.

Arjun: And will she be completely fine after the surgery?

Doctor: I can't guarantee that.

Ruhi: What do you mean?

Doctor: I mean that she might lose her memory after the surgery because her clot is in that part of her brain. But it's better to undergo surgery because then we can save her life.

Upon hearing that Swara might lose her memory, their heart broke.  But if she doesn't go though the surgery then she will lose her life. It was not a win-win situation. 

Arjun: Doctor is there any other way we could save her.

Doctor: Unfortunately not, her clot is big and at this point there is no other way. But there is always a chance that she might not lose her memory. There is a 44% chance.

Ruhi: Even 1% chance is enough for us. Thank you so much.

Riya: She's right. And 44% is a bonus.

Doctor: That's good. If you all have high hopes then Swara will too. I have other patients to attend now but bring Swara in for her next scan which is next week on the same day but the time will be 4:30pm.

Arjun: Thank you doctor. She'll be there.

Doctor nods and leaves.

Arjun: Don't worry Swara you will be absolutely fine. 

Swara: I know Bhai. As long as you all are with me, nothing's going to happen.

Arjun smiles at her whilst a lone tear escapes his eye. He takes Swara's hand in his and pats it. Ruhi and Riya come across and sit down on the side of her bed.

Meanwhile with Sanskar and Laksh:

Laksh: Are you sure you want to stay here alone? I could extend my stay for a couple of weeks.

Sanskar: No Laksh, you need to go back. Ragini and the rest probably miss you. It won't be fair. I wouldn't be staying back either if Swara wasn't here. But I need to convince her and apologise to her. I will be back with her very soon. But you can't tell anyone that I've stayed back for Swara. Say that I've stayed back as it was Arjun's wedding going on. 

Laksh: I won't tell them anything but please be back soon.

Sanskar: I will but for now have a safe flight.

Laksh: I'll see you soon and hopefully with Swara.

They hug and Laksh goes inside the airport while Sanskar waves bye to him and leaves.
