Arjun: Swara! Stop all this! Nothing will happen to you! I will get you treated from the best doctors but I won't let anything happen to you! Are you listening to me?

Swara: Come on Bhai. Even you know that there is no point in me living. Who am I living for? Myself? (chuckles) No. I have been living a nightmare everyday and finally it comes to an end. Looks like God has answered my prayers.

Ruhi: Swara what are you saying?! If not for yourself then live for us. Have the hope to live for us! You may want to die but we don't. We need you. What will happen to us if you go?

Swara: Ruhi you know very well that it's not you who needs me but me who needs you. Life will keep playing games with me and that's completely fine but it doesn't stop you from living. I died that very day 2 years ago when I got betrayed. My soul was destroyed that very day. I am just a weak leaf hanging on to the branch. I'm about to fall one day. And the time has come.

Riya: Swara I know after all that has happened with you, having the will to live and continue is difficult. But look on the bright side, you may have lost something that day but today you have more than you lost. Look around, you have brothers like Arjun and Suraj, sisters like Ruhi, Aadhya and Ananya and parents like Priya aunty and Arnav uncle. You have your whole family with you. So what is Sanskar betrayed you? So what if he left you? You now have us. And we want you. And we're not giving the permission to go so you have to stay with us for the rest of our lives. You may have come by your will but you will leave by ours. Got it?

Swara smiles faintly and nods and looks at Arjun understanding that he must have told her everything while Arjun gives her an assuring nod in return.

Swara: I will try to live for your sake but if it were up to me I wouldn't mind if I died here.

Ruhi: Shut up! Don't you dare repeat those words again! 

Ruhi slaps her playfully and sobs then they all share a hug whilst the doctor comes in.

Doctor: Excuse me Ma'am, your MRI scan is scheduled for tomorrow for 3pm. Make sure not to have any metal on you as it's a safety hazard. I will go through the instructions with you again tomorrow before the scan and there are no restrictions on eating and drinking before the scan so feel free to eat anything. Thank you.

Swara: Ok thank you.

The doctor nods and goes out of the ward. And Swara remembers something.

Swara: Ruhi! Oh God! I completely forgot we have a meeting tomorrow. Did you run through their information?

Ruhi: Are you crazy? You think you're going to work in this state? 

Swara: What do you mean? Of course I am! I can't just leave all my work and also because of bhai's engagement I already cancelled a few meetings and I can't afford to cancel more.

Arjun: Absolutely no! You will not work in this state. Who knows your condition might deteriorate if you work and you also have the scan tomorrow so no way! 

Swara: Bhai please! You see if I stay at home all the time then I will feel suffocated and you know that I get very busy so please!

Arjun: Who says your going to stay at home? You're going to be staying at the hospital until you are fully treated.

Swara: What! Bhai you know that I hate the smell of hospitals. Please!

Arjun: Then we'll get an air freshener for you and you can spray it. Problem solved.

Swara: Bhai please! I'm doing so much for your sake can't you do this much for me? I'm going to die anyways at least let me complete my work before I do.

Arjun: Swara stop this emotional blackmail. It's not going to work.

Swara: Fine then! You can light my pyre!

Ruhi: Swara! 

Arjun: Swara that's enough now. You want to work right? Ok fine but I have some conditions. First condition is that you won't speak of death ever again. Second condition is that you will take care of your health and eat all your medicines on time, Ruhi you have to make sure of that. And third condition is that whenever there is a scan or any other medical test then you will leave your work and come straight here. Tell me will you accept these conditions?

Swara:  Yes! Thank you so much Bhai! You're the best! Thank you thank you thank you!

Arjun: And Ruhi will keep an eye on you, make sure you stress your self at all and if she tells me that you are not following any of these conditions then I will not permit you to work further. Do you understand?

Swara: Yes I promise you won't get any complaints from me! Now can we go back home I'm sleepy.

Ruhi: Swara this hospital bed isn't made for swimming now is it. 

Swara: What do you mean? You want me to sleep in the hospital?! 

Riya: No we want you to dance in the hospital. Of course you have to sleep in the hospital!

Swara: No way! I just told you guys that I hate it here, the hospital smell makes me feel sick please!

Arjun: Sorry Swara but the doctor has instructed for you to stay here so I can't do anything about that.

Swara: You guys are so mean. Alright I'll sleep here but Ruhi you have to be here at 5 am sharp, we need to run through the details. Ok?

Ruhi: I'll be there don't worry. 

They all left from her ward and after hours of discomfort Swara finally fell asleep. Meanwhile Sanskar and the rest returned home before Arjun, Ruhi and Riya did. Sanskar saw Arjun and wondered where he had been so he though to ask.

Sanskar: Arjun where were you? You guys just left from the ice cream shop. I had to call a taxi. 

Arjun, Ruhi and Riya look at each other not knowing what reply to give.

Riya: Actually Sanskar, you guys were eating and so we got bored and Ruhi and Swara came out as well so we thought to go for a long drive as the weather was really nice.

Sanskar: Oh ok. But where's Swara? 

Arjun: Actually she has a pile of work at the office so she will be staying there.

Sanskar: Oh ok. Anyways it's really late we should all go to sleep.

Riya: Yeah I need to go my parents would be worried. Bye.

And with that they all said bye to Riya and she left. Then they went to sleep peacefully except for Arjun, Ruhi and Riya as they constantly kept thinking about Swara. 

The next morning, it was sunny and Ruhi had already left to pick Swara up from the hospital and take her to her office all set for the day. Ruhi was running  her through the details and the presentation when they heard a knock on the door of her cabin.

Swara: Yes, come in.

It was Sophie the receptionist.

Sophie: Swara ma'am the clients from India have come for the meeting. Should I send them in?

Swara: Oh yes those clients. Actually can you take them to the conference hall? I'll meet them there.

Sophie: Yep I'll do that. Bye.

Swara: Thank you bye.

Swara and Ruhi were walking to the conference hall talking.

Ruhi: Swara these are the clients you told me to gather information on. I already told you most of it but let's run through them again. So these clients have recently come from India just for this meeting and they want a partnership with our company and hence the meeting today. 

Swara: That's good and all but what's the name of their company?

Ruhi: Well...umm that... you see I forgot to take note of that...

Swara: Ruhi! You very well know by now that I don't do any sort of partnership with anyone no matter how highly reputed their company might be if I don't have the information on them. And you forgot the most basic information. Their company's name. Now how is going to work?

Ruhi: It's fine we're going to find all that out by this meeting anyways. Remember no stress of any sort. Or I'll tell Arjun bhai.

Swara: You're blackmailing me into saving yourself? I'll see you later. Right now we need to focus on this. Ruhi listen to me. You must start taking care of all this. Even the minor mistakes won't do. After all, who knows if I don't survive this then you will have to take care of everything.

Ruhi: Come on Swara. Bhai said no talking about death. Why are you being so pessimistic? Nothing will happen to you.

Swara: I'm just telling you the reality. What chances are there that I could survive? 

Ruhi: Even if there's a 1% chance then I know you will survive. Nothing will happen to you.

Swara smiles at her and they both head to the conference hall. As Swara opens the door the clients stand up and Swara sees them with a shocked expression of her face. 

It was Sanskar and Laksh.
