Doctor: Unfortunately no, nothing is ok. The problem seems to be bigger than what we predicted. I'm sorry but Swara has a blood clot in her brain.

That statement shocked them to the core. Swara had a blood clot in her brain. They never thought something like this could happen to Swara. She didn't deserve this.

Ruhi: You must be mistaken. You might've read it wrong.

Doctor: I'm sorry but this is the truth. I never give the results without double checking it myself.

Riya: But she will be alright?

Doctor: We don't know. We have to check the size of the clot first and then we can say something.

Arjun: Please doctor! Nothing should happen to her! I'll pay as much as you want but nothing should happen to her.

Doctor: Sir I'm not interested in the money. It's my job as a doctor to cure her until the last moment and I will do so. Please have some faith.

The doctor left from there giving them a shock. They couldn't process what was happening. Ruhi ran from there into Swara's ward and saw her sleeping peacefully. She never even thought that Swara would have to go through something like this. She held Swara's hand crying silently so that Swara doesn't get disturbed. As Swara shifted she slowly opened her eyes and saw Ruhi crying.

Swara: Ruhi? What's the matter why are you crying?

She quickly wiped her tears and nodded no whilst putting up a fake smile. She knew it was wrong to hide Swara's illness from her but she didn't know how to tell her. She couldn't bring herself to tell her so she covered it up instead.

Ruhi: Forget about me. Are you hungry? I'll get something for you.

Swara: But Ruhi-

Ruhi: Don't worry I'm not getting hospital food for you. I know you don't like it. I'm getting take away.

Swara: No Ruhi that's not-

Ruhi: Swara don't talk much. Just rest and I'll get something for you to eat ok.

Before Swara could say a word more Ruhi rushed out of there and saw Riya and Arjun standing there with tears in their eyes. Ruhi hugged Arjun tightly and sobbed inconsolably. 

Ruhi: Bhai what is all this?! Why Swara?! How are we going to tell all this to her?

Arjun: Ruhi calm down. The doctor said that he will find a way right? We have to be positive!

Riya: Ruhi Arjun is right. If we end up being like this then how are we going to support Swara?

Meanwhile at the ice cream shop:

Sanskar came out of the toilet and got a call. It was Laksh.

Sanskar: Hello.

Laksh: Sanskar where are you?

Sanskar: I'm at an ice cream shop with Arjun and his sisters. Why?

Laksh: Because Papa is leaving tomorrow morning and he was asking about you. By the way is everything fine? You sound sad?

Sanskar: No Laksh. Nothing is fine. I found Swara! Laksh I found Swara! But she isn't ready to listen to me. She's still mad at me.

Laksh: What! You found Swara! When? How?

Sanskar: I first saw her at Arjun's engagement and then Arjun told me how he found her and how she is now a part of their family. I wanted to talk to her but she still blames me for everything. I don't know what to do.

Laksh: Sanskar relax. You know she went through a lot and you can't expect her to forget everything easily especially when she doesn't know the whole truth. Give her some time and space then try talking to her. And try to explain everything calmly because anger is only going to mess things up more. Do you understand?

Sanskar: Thanks Laksh! I just hope I'm not too late.

Laksh: Don't worry you won't be and I'm staying here until everything is sorted. I'll extend our stay.

Sanskar: No Laksh. Don't do that. Ragini must be waiting for you. I can't force you to stay here when Ragini must be waiting. It won't be fair on her.

Laksh: But Sanskar-

Sanskar: No Laksh. Thank you but I'm fine. I can't hold you back. 

Laksh: Ok fine but we still got 1 week left. Till then I'll be with you. 

Sanskar: Thanks. By the way Laksh don't tell anyone that I found Swara. Once everything is sorted I'll tell them myself.

Laksh: Don't worry I won't tell them anything. I promise. But when are you coming back?

Sanskar: Probably soon we're almost done. But I can't see Swara with them.

Laksh: Maybe she went outside. I don't know. Sanskar Papa is calling me. I have to go. Bye

Sanskar: Bye.

Call ended

Back with Swara, they were contemplating on who should tell Swara because none of them had the guts to do so.

Arjun: Ruhi you should tell her. After all you guys are always with each other and you spend way more time with her than any of us.

Ruhi: But Bhai I-

Riya: Enough guys. This isn't a joke. It's about Swara's life here. I think we all should tell her.

Arjun: You're right.

Ruhi: So let's go?

Arjun: Let's go.

They take a deep breath before going into Swara's ward and stand there without saying anything.

Swara: What happened? Why are standing like statues in row?

Riya gathered up the courage to speak up as she knew both of them wouldn't and someone had to speak.

Riya: Actually Swara there is something you need to know. When you fainted we drove you here and the doctor examined you.

Ruhi: And when the doctor examined you they said that...that...

Swara: That? Go on.

Arjun: That you have a blood clot in your brain and they have to take you for a MRI scan to see how big it is.

Arjun blurted it out quickly as he couldn't hold it back anymore. Swara's face became pale but strangely enough there was a smile on her face. They all were shocked to see her smiling at this situation.

Riya: Swara are you ok? Why are you smiling?

Swara: What else am I meant to do? Why wouldn't I be smiling? Isn't this great! I have been just a body, there was no soul inside me. And now finally there's a chance of this body going away too. I was never living anyways so why would I be crying if I'm going to die?

Arjun: Swara?! Have you gone crazy?! What are you saying?!

Swara: The truth. I had no reason to live Bhai. Life has played such cruel games with me that I've lost all hope. Now it makes no difference to me if I die at this exact spot. In fact I'll be happy to-

Arjun: Swara! Stop all this! Nothing will happen to you! I will get you treated from the best doctors but I won't let anything happen to you! Are you listening to me?

Swara: Come on Bhai. Even you know that there is no point in me living. Who am I living for? Myself? (chuckles) No. I have been living a nightmare everyday and finally it comes to an end. Looks like God has answered my prayers.

Ruhi: Swara what are you saying?! If not for yourself then live for us. Have the hope to live for us! You may want to die but we don't. We need you. What will happen to us if you go?

Swara: Ruhi you know very well that it's not you who needs me but me who needs you. Life will keep playing games with me and that's completely fine but it doesn't stop you from living. I died that very day 2 years ago when I got betrayed. My soul was destroyed that very day. I am just a weak leaf hanging on to the branch. I'm about to fall one day. And the time has come.
