Arjun: Doctor how is she now?

Riya: What happened to her?

Ruhi: Is she ok?

Doctor: Relax it's nothing serious. She fainted because of stress and tension.I have taken some tests and the reports will arrive shortly. Don't worry. But can you tell me if anything like this has happened in the past so that we can take that into consideration of her reports?

Arjun: Yes it happened but it was a year ago. She got diagnosed with depression but she overcame that.

Doctor: It might've been that the reason behind her depression came in front of her and reminded her of something? Well it could be but we can't say much until the reports arrive but please don't worry everything's fine.

Riya: When will she regain consciousness? 

Doctor: She should wake up in about 5 minutes and when she does please call us.

Arjun: Ok thank you!

The doctor went out whilst they all surrounded Swara. Ruhi sat beside Swara holding her hand while Arjun looked tensed blaming himself for her condition. Riya came beside him and put her hand on his shoulder.

Riya: Don't worry she'll be alright. The doctor said it's nothing serious.

Arjun: Even if it's not serious but I am to blame for this! This is all my fault!

Riya: What are you talking about? How can you be responsible for this? Swara fainted but that's got nothing do with you.

Arjun: No I am responsible.

Riya: Arjun what are you saying. I know you are tensed to see her in this condition but it doesn't mean that you will blame yourself.

Arjun: No Riya you aren't understanding. This is my fault.

Riya: Enough Arjun. Please you are not to be blamed for this. 

Arjun: Come with me. 

Riya: But where?

Arjun: Outside I need to tell you something.

They go outside the hospital and Arjun tells Riya everything. He tells her how he was falsely accused and how Sanskar helped him risking everything. How Swara's child died and how she blames Sanskar for all this. Riya stood there in shock. She had only known Swara for a short span of time but had gotten really close to her and was her best friend. And to find out that she had been through so much shocked her. 

Riya: Why didn't you tell me all this before? She has been through so much! Wait. Sanskar! But he is staying with us! Oh God! Arjun you knew all this but still? Did you even think about Swara? Did you even think how she feels every time she sees him? Or what she she goes through when his face comes in front of her?

Arjun: But Sanskar didn't betray her.

Riya: But she doesn't know that! And yet you still bring him in front of her! She probably gets those memories back every time she sees him or even hears his name being called! 

Arjun: I know that Riya. That's why I told Sanskar to go tell the truth to her and took him along with us but I don't know what happened there that Swara is now like this.

Riya: Isn't it obvious? Come on Arjun! If you want this to be sorted then this isn't the way. You can't just expect them to meet each other and everything will be sorted out on its own. They're not children!

Arjun: I know but what else can I do? I hate to see them in this way. Swara's my sister and Sanskar is my best friend. I can't see them suffering in this way. It took Swara so long to move on but I know that she didn't move on properly. Somewhere in her heart she still wanted him back, and so does he. Then how can I let them suffer by staying apart when they both want each other?

Riya: Arjun-

Before Riya could speak further Arjun got a call. It was Ruhi.

Arjun: It's Ruhi's call. Hold up.

He accepted the call and Ruhi told him that Swara regained consciousness and the doctor wants to talk to us regarding her reports.

Arjun: Riya we have to go. The doctor wants to talk.

They go back and see Swara lying on the bed while Ruhi is talking to her. The doctor says to them to come outside the room as he needs to talk to them.

Arjun: What's the matter is everything fine?

Doctor: Unfortunately no, nothing is ok. The problem seems to be bigger than what we predicted. I'm sorry but Swara has a blood clot in her brain.

That statement shocked them to the core. Swara had a blood clot in her brain. They never thought something like this could happen to Swara. She didn't deserve this.

Ruhi: You must be mistaken. You might've read it wrong. 

Doctor: I'm sorry but this is the truth. I never give the results without double checking it myself.

Riya: But she will be alright?

Doctor: We don't know. We have to check the size of the clot first and then we can say something.

Arjun: Please doctor! Nothing should happen to her! I'll pay as much as you want but nothing should happen to her.

Doctor: Sir I'm not interested in the money. It's my job as a doctor to cure her until the last moment and I will do so. Please have some faith.
