Tribes Writing Practice

Heya, guys!!
This is going to be like Warrior Cats, but its a TRIBE!!! I've been wanting to do this for soooo long now!! Enjoy!!! :D

Robin Sat on top of a rock that stuck out of the large mountain like a beak on a bird. Maybe that was why the rock was called Eagle's Beak. There was a light snowfall and the sun was beginning it's journey behind Little Mountains, long shadows beginning to form like dark pools of water.

"Hey, Robin!" Her brother, Rock called to her.

Robin wasn't her full name and neither was Rock's. Robin was short for The Robin's Sun Splashed Chest and Rock was short for Rock That Tumbles Down Mountain.

"Sitting on Eagle's Beak. What are you doing?" Robin giggled as Rock sat next to her, his dark gray fur fluffed up against the chilly wind. Rock stared at an Eagle as it circled somewhere around a mountain.

"Rock," Robin mewed with amusement as she watched him drift off. "Are you thinking of Wing?"

Rock jumped slightly and blushed. (Cuz cats can blush now. DEAL WIF IT) "Well, uh, the first snow seems to always remind me of her."

Robin imagined the fluffy pure white she-cat and tilted her head, wondering what it was about her that toms were attracted to. Her perfect silky fur? Her sharp Ice blue eyes? Her name, Wing Of Star-Struck Soul? How and why do toms like she-cats? Did any like her?

"Are you thinking of... a certain tom?" Rock asked, playfully grinning as Robin pondered about toms.

"No way!" Robin yowled, her yellow eyes widening. "Toms are immature and stupid and..." She trailed off as Rock's face twisted into a frown. "But not you! You're my brother! And anyone who's related to me is automatically smart and brave!" She purred teasingly, pawing her giggling brother and watching the eagle come slowly closer.

"Hey, Robin?" Rock asked as he was watching the eagle, too. "Should we get inside? That eagle is making me uneasy."

"Oh, Rock! You were always such a scardey-mouse!" she purred as the eagle swept closer, eyeing the two siblings. "But I'll take your word for it now. Let's go inside!"

The eagle, sensing that the two cats had noticed its presence, suddenly dove torwards Robin.

"Robin! Look out!" Rock screeched at the top of his lungs as he dove in front of the cowering she-cat... straight into the eagle's talons.

"HELP! Oh, some cat please, HELP!" Robin screamed as the eagle began to fly upwards, the small gray cat in its talons. Robin leapt at the eagle from below, but only grazed Rock's shivering tail.

"HELP! ROBIN! HELP I DON'T WANNA DIE!" Rock wailed as tears dropped from his face and the eagle rose and gave a triumphant screech as it stuck a talon into Rock's side, making him howl in pain and blood spurt out. "ROBIN! PLEASE GET HELP!" He yowled, but his voice was growing fainter as the eagle rose higher. It was useless. There was no way any cat could help him now. Rock That Tumbles Down Mountain, her brother and lover of Wing Of Star Struck Soul, was as good as dead.

"ROCK!" Robin screeched, watching her littermate grow smaller and smaller.

Suddenly, a streak of brown leapt from the mountain above her and barrled straight into the rising eagle.
Hawk! Robin's tear stained face relaxed in wonder as the brave tom began to fall out of the sky.

Hawk That Fishes Downstream was older, stronger, and not to mention, good looking.

(EEEEEKKKKKK THERE'S A SPIDER ON MY CEILING AND I'M IN MY LOFT BED HELP I'M CORNERED!!!!!!) (After throwing paper towel with alive and not squished but doomed spider out of door cuz I don't have the heart to kill it)

The two cats and the eagle began to streak towards the Eagle's Beak, falling at an alarming rate.

The bundle of fur and feathers fell in front of her with a loud disturbing Crack!

The bundle was still. Not a single piece of fur nor feather moved.

Suddenly, the bundle stirred and Hawk rose from the two bodies. "No! Rock!" He yowled in his deep voice. His dark brown tabby coat rippled in the last of the evening light as her bent down and took the scruff of Robin's limp brother. The eagle slid limply to the ground, but Robin was too worried to think about fresh-kill.

"Rock!" She wailed and ran at him, nuzzling his blood-soaked pelt.

Wing also emerged out of the cave, her icy eyes widening at the sight of Rock.

"What happened?" She meowed as she rushed to help Hawk.

Robin was shivering. Rock's pelt was cold. Too cold.

Rock, her littermate and best friend...

Was dead.
