Marco Pov

I finally finished sewing the last of Stars new beret. Small hearts in her favorite colors. I smiled as Tikki smirked as well. "Do you think she'll like this?" She nods. "Of course! You two have gotten closer over the past year." I was nervous. What if she thinks its stupid or weird I'm giving this to her? I just wanted Star to know how I truly feel about her. It was just annoying how she just sees me as a friend. I took a deep breath as I packed the small gift and sprinted towards Stars place. As I cross a few more crosswalks I stop at the giant gate and take a deep breath as I held my gift. "I'm so nervous Tikki.." I held onto the gift tighter as a beep startled me. "What?!" I turn towards the intercom.

"Hi! I'm one of Stars classmates. I wanted to give her a gift. Is she around?" I asked as the intercom tsked "No. Go away!" The intercom went off and I blinked confused. "Are they serious? Can't they just take it and give it to her afterwards? "Tikki I might have to bend a few rules." My little kwami looked nervous. "Uh Marco I don't think that's best. What if she sees you and thinks the gift is from Lady Beetle." I frown. "Well this time I'll drop it off and write my name so she won't get confused like last time." I turned around and ran to an empty alleyway. I need to give her the gift before it's too late. "Tikki spots on!" The bright pink light transformed me and I quickly swung over to Stars place. I got over the gate and saw her window wide open. As I landed I froze seeing how gigantic it was.

It had a piano in the corner her bed covered in cute stuffed animals. Her computer and notebooks. I was in awe. I held one of the toys and smelled her scent. Wow I can't believe I'm in her room. I was so distracted that I almost forgot the gift. "Ah! I almost forgot!" I placed the gift on her bed as I wrote my name and smiled. "There. Now she'll know its from me." As I was going to leave "Lady beetle?" I jumped and saw her in a flowy pink skirt and have a teal shirt tucked in with her white high tops. I left as fast I could heart beating loudly in my chest as I jumped over the rooftops. As I do a portal opens to reveal Older BunnyX "Lady Beetle! Please tell me you didnt give Star your gift." She held my shoulders as I shook my head.

"No..." she rolled her eyes. "Well your little mistake caused a rift in the future. Now come!" She dragged me through as I saw all future outcomes. As she let go I looked at other as I smiled. As I looked at her she looked stressed. "This is what I was talking about." We walked through and the entire city was destroyed or underwater. I gasp as Bunnyx shot me a glare. "You need to fix this now because future you doesnt exist. In this outcome." I was confused. "Wait!" It was too late as she left me alone. I looked at the destruction. What on earth happened after I left Stars place. I looked around as I hear humming.

"A kitten on the roof. Waiting for her Lady." Wait is that Chat Noir? "Chat noir?!" She turned but she looked to be akumitized. She was completely white and her eyes were a bright blue and not their regular color. "My Lady! I thought I'll never see you again. It's been too long. My sweet sweet Marco." She caressed my face as I gasp when I heard her say my name. "What are you talking about?! I'm not marco!" She giggles. "You silly little bug. Of course you are. Don't you remember when we found out a few years back? I found out you were him. Back then I loved you even more." She started to cry. "Chat..don't you cry. I can fix you. Tell me where the akuma is hidden and we can go back to being us." I checked around her as she started to laugh which worried me. "The akuma is in my heart! It's already been damaged!" She grabbed my hand and placed it on her chest I felt scared. "No..Chat!" She held tighter as she leaned closer.

"Now just hand over the miraculous!" She pulled at my ears as I yelp in pain as I threw her off me flipping her over. I quickly ran off the building towards the water. I need to run. I need to figure out what part of her is akumatized. "Marco! Don't run away from your kitty!" I felt heartbroken as I landed roughly on a floating bus. I jumped towards others before I went under broken buildings trying to hide. I needed a plan. "Where are you My sweet prince? Come out so we can make a wish. Picture it us together forever? Wouldn't you want that bugaboo?" I hid as I looked around. "Look around My lady. Our love made this happen." Me just being with chat caused this? Chaos and destruction? I don't want this. Not like this.

[Present time: Star Pov]

I got out the car as I see my assistant
Nina look annoyed. "You're late. Your father was wondering where you were." I sigh. "Sorry the award ceremony took longer then I expected." She nods as I walked it. My mind goes back to Marco who I saw run the opposite way. "Oh! Before I forget uh I saw my friend Marco run away. Did he drop off anything?" Nina shook her head. "No. He asked for you but I say you weren't here." I nod as I turn and go towards my room. As I opened my door I see Lady beetle "Lady Beetle?" I saw him look at me quickly but runs off. I quickly go towards the gift. It had Marco's name on it. "Marco? But why did Lady Beetle bring this?" Plagg looked at the gift. "Maybe he asked him to deliver it?" The little kwami said as I started to connect the dots. "Wait. Marco is Lady beetle! It all makes sense! Because Marco and Lady beetle are the same person!" Plagg flew from my purse "What?! That's nonsense why would they be the same person? Marco isnt that! Don't even think about it. Star you aren't supposed to know each others identity!" I was so lovestruck that I pulled the gift closer towards me as I blushed at the thought of my Lady being Marco. "Star! Lady beetle isn't-!" I sigh "Marco~" I blushed as I placed the beret and ran off. "Star! Come back! He can't know!" "Don't worry plagg I won't tell him anything. I promise. I won't reveal to him who I am. You have my word." He groans as I ran as fast as I could to find Marco. I couldn't believe marco was him the whole time! How couldn't I see that? I feel so awful for saying I liked someone else when he was the one I liked. It made so much sense. He liked me the whole time as well.

As I ran towards where he went I find him without his beanie. His hair was a mess and he was smiling so brightly. Just looking at him makes my heart skip a beat. "Marco!" I yell as he looks back and starts to blush. I got closer as I held my hands together as I was inches away from him since his friends pushed him towards me causing him to fall against me. I looked up at him as he looked nervous. Honestly I felt nervous. My heart was in my throat. "Star? What's going on?" I smiled. "I got your gift and the note." I couldn't believe he was him. "Y-you did?" I nodded. I reached and held his hand as I felt my heart race. I need him for my life. "I never realized how much I liked you until now." I leaned up as we shared a kiss. I heard his friends. He was finally mine. My Lady was mine.
The next day at school I ran into his arms as we spun around as I held tight. I was falling for him so much deeper. He was so cute and kind and was so strong. A few more months go by and we make it official and are the 'It' couple of the whole city. I was so happy for once in my life. I hope nothing happens..

[Back to future: Marco pov]

"Where are you my sweet Lady?" I hid behind pillars and building as I thought of a way to end this. Poor Chat Noir. She didnt deserve this. "Found you!" I jumped and ran away from her as she started to chase me. We ended up on top of broken down building as she came closer. "Hand over your miraculous! Then we can go back to normal!" "No! The Chat I know wouldn't act this way!" She glared at me as I decided to use my lucky charm. "Lucky Charm!" As I waited I got an eraser? What can I possibly do with this? "Seriously?" She giggles. "I always thought your ridiculous items were so cute. Now hand it over sweetie. I don't want to hurt you. But I will if I have to." I have no other choice. But maybe? "Chat you don't mean that..I know you wouldn't. You are still in there. I know it. Please come back to me. I beg you." I said trying to distract her. It seemed to work a bit as her expression changed. She seemed scared and lost. Being alone for so long I could only imagine. I held her face as I grabbed her staff as I broke it but nothing. No akuma. Where else could it be? She glared at me. "You're making me very angry!" She used her cataclysm and broke between us as I fell into the dark abyss.

[Flashback to starco: marco pov]

"I wish for you to end things with my daughter at once." I felt my heart break into a million pieces. "But I love her! She loves me! You can't break us apart?!" I yelled back as her father scoffed. "You do as I say or I'll ruin you and your entire family." My eyes widen as I started to cry. "You can't do that! You're a cruel man!" My father yelled as I wiped my tears. "Fine. I'll do it." "Excellent. Good day." Tears still ran down my face as my parents held me. "The nerve of people. I'm so sorry honey. I knew how much you liked Star." My mom comforted me but it wasnt working. I guess me and Star just weren't meant to be. She meant the world to me and now I can't be with her because her father doesnt approve. I grabbed my umbrella and started my way towards her house. I was feeling fidgety and hurt. My eyes stung by warm tears. I just want her to be mine forever. Why can't he just let us be? Does he have no heart? Doesnt he see I'm making his daughter happy?

As I walked slowly made it towards her house I felt my heart ache so bad. I was under an umbrella as rain down poured. I heard the door to her house open as I slowly look up I see my beautiful flower. She was being held back by her guard silas. She looked confused with those big gorgeous blue eyes. "Marco? Come in its raining." I stood there holding back my tears as I took a shaky breath. "Marco What's wrong? Come inside." I took a deep breath. "S-star! I don't think that's possible!"
Stars face contorted into confusion. "What? Of course it is. Just walk in." I couldn't hold back as tears started to fall.
"I d-dont love you anymore! We should break up! I'm sorry but I don't have feelings for you anymore!" The face she made left a disgusting feeling in my heart. I quickly ran off. "Marco! Come back! Silas! Let me go to him! Please I beg you! Please.." I was in tears as I sat on a step feeling the pain and anger flow through me. "Marco relax you don't want to be akumatized." I shook my head "Tikki it hurts so much. I thought everything was going great. I loved her so much..it took me so long to confess to her and to finally her as my princess. Now I have to let her go for the sake of her father.." I started to cry as the rain started to down pour. As a few seconds go by I heard yelling. "Marco! Watch out! Plagg claws out!" I turn and see Star running as she transformed into Chat Noir. "Cataclysm!" She got the akuma as I looked at her "Are you alright my Lady?" I gasp "M-my Lady? You know my identity?" She nods. "I knew for awhile and I didn't want to reveal it just yet." I couldn't care because of how much I loved her. I pulled her into a hug as she held back. "I won't leave you my lady. I promise."

[Later that day]

"Give it up Hawkmoth! Its over!" I yell as we closed in until he opened a casket to reveal Stars Mother. "M-mom?" She looked so distraught and angry. "Why do you have her! What kind of person are you?!" She charged at him as he swung his staff at her sending her out of the place we were. I rushed towards her as quick as I can. "Chat Noir!" I helped her as hawkmoth smiled. "You will obey me. And do as I say!" A akuma went towards her as it went inside her bell. "No! I won't give in!" She held her head as I shook my head "Don't let it take over you! Be strong kitten!" She was yelling in pain as she broke. "I can't! It's too stong!" She fighting back but couldn't hold back as she looked at me with her eyes. "I'm so sorry my Lady.." she got akumatized as she was completely white. "Chat Blanc! You will do as I say! Now get me the miraculous!" She generated a blue light as she struggled to point away. "No kitten. Don't listen to him you're stronger than this. I believe in you." She turn it towards him as he groans "Do as I say! Or your mother gets it!" She was struggling and crying. "I don't know what to do! It hurts!" She was screaming as I walked closer "I'm sorry My lady." She took the hit herself as I gasp "My princess.." as I said those last words I saw nothing but black.
As I opened my eyes I look around and saw the whole city underwater. As I swam around I saw two silhouettes. As I got a closer look I gasp as I saw myself but in stone. Oh Chat what have you done?

.[future world]

"I have you cornered! Hand it over or else My Lady!" I was truly cornered and I might actually lost. "Just think of it. Our together forever where we can be happy without a care. Isnt that beautiful my lady?" I wanted to cry because this isn't the Chat Noir I know. "Chat! This isnt you! You never been the one to be crazed by limited power!" She glared at me. "I'm starting to think that you don't love me anymore. Fine. If you won't love me then might as well destroy the memories in it!" She started to generate a blue light as it grew bigger and bigger. I'm gonna lose of I don't give the miraculous to her. "Stop!" "Too late!"
I closed my eyes and saw a memory. I know where the akuma is. "You know what! Fine. Come and take them from me. I'll be with you forever." She smiled as she stopped the cataclysm as she came closer. "I knew you'll come around." As she reach for my earrings I grabbed her bell and smashed it as the akuma flew out and I caught it. "Time to de-evilize." As I released it. "Bye bye Butterfly." Everything didn't go back but Chat Noir. "W-what happened? Marco?" My face sadden. "What's wrong?" She asked as I lowered my eyes. "You're not supposed to know who I am." She lowered her head. "As much as I want to know who you are I can't take that risk. So bunnyx take me back 10 minutes so I can use this." She nods as she disappears as I looked back at Chat. "I'm going to fix this." She smiled "I know you will. Bye my Lady." I hugged her as she held tight. "Bye Chat." I placed a kiss on her cheek as I jumped through the portal as I quickly went towards Stars house.

[10 minutes before]

"Just write my name and there. Done." I jumped in as I pushed myself. "stop!" My past self looked confused. "What's going on?" "We make a mistake and I'm here to fix it." I use the eraser and erase my name. "There tha6t better." Even though its hurts I don't want chat noir to be a crazy person. "Miraculous Lady Beetle!" Everything went back to it was and I was glad. As I was going to leave Star appears "Lady beetle?"
I jumped a bit. "Oh! Hello Star just delivered a gift from your fan club from Brazil. They wanted me to hand deliver it so that's all and have a nice day!" I left as quick as I can towards Bunnyx. She held a smile as i sigh. "Thanks for fixing this Lady beetle." As she turned to leave I grabbed her arm. "Hey since you are able to see the future. Do you know who I am behind the mask?" She nods. "Od course. I know everyone's actually. Reason why you gave me the miraculous. I can hold secrets. Bye Lady beetle." She left as I decided to go see my friends.

"How'd it go?" Jackie asked as I tilted my head. "Well I tried to deliver it but Star wasnt home yet from her fencing class so I decided to leave it at her front gate. Hopefully she gets it. Also there is always next time right?" My friends sigh but hugged me none the less. "Don't worry marco you'll get her soon." I chuckled. "Yeah I know."

{ Later that evening ♡}

"A kitten waiting on the roof. Waiting for her Lady." I smiled as I climbed up near her. "Bugaboo! So what is that you wanted to talk about?" "I fixed it." I wrapped my arm around her as she blushed. "Uh..what?What exactly did you fix?" I held her tightly. "I don't ever want to lose you Chat Noir." She looked confused as she giggles. "Silly little bug. How can you lose me when I'm always there for you.." she held my face as I smiled at her. I never want to see her like that again. As much as I know I don't feel the same she does for me I'm just glad I have her by my side. "I know and I hope that never changes." She kissed my cheek. "Silly. But that makes you so cute." I giggled as I put my arm over her shoulder as I placed a small kiss on her cheek. "whatever you say kitten." Her cheeks turned a bright pink. "Hey! Only I get to make compliments!" I laughed as I enjoyed her company. I don't want to lose this.
