"Star let's go!" Marco demands, grabbing his leather jacket, and hiding his gun in his dresser, knowing he can't take it to school.

"Of course," Star stands up strait, and walks with a formal step, keeping up her facade, "I'm on my way."

"Why don't you," Marco asks as they begin the walk to school, "you know, walk like an actual human being?"

"First," Star replies, "I'm a Mewmen. Second, I'm a princess. It's what I do."

"It can't be comfortable," Marco sighs, "I can see it in your face. Just relax your posture for, like, two seconds."

Star sighs, remembering the last time she slouched. It was at Heinous's school. After the hot cocoa incident. Star was sitting at the tea lessons. She slouched, it was only for a moment, but she did. The next thing she felt, was a sharp pain as Henious struck her with a whip. An actual, leather whip.

"Proper posture or else!" Henious  exclaims.

Star, holding back tears, corrected herself. She still has the scar from that day. A reminder of her perfection, or else...

"I'm fine," Star lies, "don't worry."

"Suit yourself," Marco shrugs as they reach the school. Marco stops just outside for some reason.

"Shouldn't we go?" Star asks, scratching her back as the scar itches.

"Give me a second," Marco glares as the sound of a skateboard rolling draws near...

A silver blonde girl with a cyan dyed curl can be seen skateboarding to school. Marco lightly blushes a bright red seeing the silver blonde girl. Star looks back at Marco, seeing he's  staring at the girl almost drooling over, and feels a burning sensation that makes her feel angry.

"Uh Marco?", Star says looking at him. "Jackie Lynn Thomas..." He says as Jackie skateboards passing next through them nodding her head at Marco as he does the same.

Star felt this feeling that was eating her inside. She knew Marco had a crush on the silver blonde haired girl. As for Marco he was enjoying this moment.

"You guys wanna walk top class together?", Jackie asked with a serene voice looking at Star and Marco. "Uh um su-sure!" Marco said nervously stuttering. "It'd be nice to walk with you to school" Star said politely hiding her emotions.

"Marco, why did you suddenly changed?", Jackie asked concerned about Marcos attitude. "Pfft... I-I ha-hav-havent cha-changed" Marco replied stuttering acting as if nothing happened. "Come on Marco, you can tell me", Jackie said with concern in her voice. "I-it's rea-really noth-nothing" Marco replied stuttering nervously.

While Marco and Jackie talked with each other Star stood there in her uncomfortable posture. Star felt again this feeling that was eating her inside. She felt angry and sad but she faked a smile as Jackie looked at her for a second.

A girl with bluish black hair and with a green hoodie came up to Star pulling her out of her thoughts.

"Hey! You're Star, right?" The girl asked with a serene voice. "Yes I'm Star, and you are?" Star asked the girl. " I'm Janna, Janna Ordonia"

"Pleasure to meet you," Star forced her grin, fake, hiding behind it her suffering, "how can I help you?"

"Was the frog guy a freind of yours?" Janna asks.

"Frog guy?" Star inquires.

"Green, buff, scaly," Janna explains, "he was spying on you."

Star looks around, and sees Marco still talking to Jackie, as she keeps insisting they talk, but Marco keeps brushing it off.

"Follow me," Star demands, dropping her act and leading Janna behind the school.

"What are we doing?" Janna asks.

Star fully drops the act and grips her wand. "This frog," she demands, "how long was he following me?"

"As long I've followed Marco today," Janna smiles, "so about two hours."

"You stalk Marco?" Star glares.

"Why not?" Janna laughs, "it's fun. Besides. Someone's gotta keep him in check. Ever since his old man kicked the bucket. Anyways, what's the deal with the frog, and why are you acting way diffrent than Marco said you were like?"

"Doesn't matter," Star replies, "I need a favor."

"You seem nice enough, so sure."

"Keep an eye out for the frog man, OK?"

"Oh, that's an interesting challange. Sounds fun. I'll get right on it."

"Thanks."

"Anytime, and you keep acting like this rather than that fake smile junk, and we're gonna get along a OK."

"How'd you know-"

"It's pretty obvious. I could see your eye twitch. Well, I'm off to figure out where the frog is. See ya!"

Janna runs off. Star decides to head to class. She ends up sitting with Jackie.

"So you're Star?" Jackie asks.

"Yes," Star replies, continuing her facade, "a pleasure to meet you."

"So," Jakcie looks away, solemnly, "you been... spending a lot of time with Marco?"

"Yeah," Star blushes slightly, "why?"

"Does he..." Jackie sighs, "does he ever... talk about me?"

"Why do you ask?"

"Look, you know about dad, right?"

"Yeah. I saw his grave."

"Well... before he died... we used to date."

Star feels an odd brew of anger and sadness. Is this jealousy she feels? She isn't sure, so she burries it and smiles, "what happened?"

"When his dad died," Jackie grows sadder as she speaks, "he changed. Like, really changed. He just... I don't know what to do. I care about him, but he won't listen. No matter what I do, he just cares about finding his dad's killer. I don't want him to become a murderer." Jackie holds back tears, "I just want back the sweet boy in the red hoodie."

"Star, solve for C!" Mrs. Skullnic ordered.

Star stood up in her uncomfortable posture as everyone looked at her with a strange look. She walked to the chalkboard, with each step landing in the floor gracefully.

Star felt she was walking through an endless path with eyes surrounding her. The next thing she knew was that she was staring at the chalkboard with a chalk in her hand.

What she didn't knew was that a green, buff and, scaly frog was stalking her. He looked closely at the math problem.

"Pfft, C equals corn", he said all confident of himself.

"Hmm..", Star said as she was writing in the chalkboard. "C equals...... Circumference", Star said with a calmed voice.

"Good job Star", Mrs. Skullnic said. "Now, let's do another equation students" Mrs. Skullnic said again as she wrote an equation in the chalkboard.

"Nooooo", the students replied almost begging for mercy.

"It wasn't corn.... but she was smart enough to answer it... hmm", the frog said as he talked to himself. " Maybe if we get her on the monsters side we'll defeat Moon!" The frog said smiling. "I've got to tell this to him!" The frog said as he opened a portal and hopped in it.

Star notices the frog, and slips out of class to chase after him. She follows him through the portal to Mewni.

"Ludo," Buff Frog explains, "we have found Star, and she appears to be just as helpless as we suspected. However, she could serve as a great asset if we could just-"

"Let's make this quick," Star barges in, a green glow on her cheeks, "I don't like you. You don't like me. We both hate Moon, and you're in my way. Back off, or I will slaughter you and mount your heads on pikes in Marco's heard as a warning to any survivors. I already hide my real self enough, I'm not going to even bother hiding it from my enemies."

"Don't jump to conclusions," Ludo smirks, "you hate Moon? So do I. Look, I know about your past Star. Henious. I had a sister who went to her school."

"Where is she now?" Star asks.

"I HAD a sister. She died there."

"I'm so sorry."

"That's why I left my home. Look Star, my sister was at the school same time as you. I have to know... did she suffer?"

"Yeah. She had wings right? Went into Henious's office, never came back, but a body bag did."

"I see... let's make a deal. I want your wand, and you want vengeance. I have an army. You have the wand. Let's team up. You promise me your wand, and to give monsters rights, and we'll help you overthrow Moon."

"Overthrow? No! I can't fight her! No no no!"

"Sure you can. We can take her."

"No! I can't go back to that castle!"

The green glow intensifies as Star remembers what it was like back home. She remembers the constant requirement to be perfect. Or else it's strait to Olga's. It was just one mistake, just tripping on the carpet, that got her sent there.

"Fine," Ludo shrugs, "but my offer stands. You can leave now."

Ludo opens a portal to Earth. Star goes through, collects herself, calms the green glow by taking deep breaths, and continues the facade as if nothing is wrong. Even though they already know a little about her true self...

They already know to much.
