"Today is the day" Jackie breathed to herself. She was finally gonna tell her crush how she felt. She got up off her bed and grabbed her skateboard as well as two tickets to a fair going on by the peer. She skated to Marco and Stars house and after taking a deep breath she knocked. "I GET IT", she heard Marco yell. He opened the door and he saw Jackie and his smile fell slightly. He knew that Jackie liked Star and at first it hurt but he accepted it and had helped Jackie plan for telling Star and today was that day.

"Jackie"

"Hey, Marco" Jackie smiled, "can I speak to Star" Marco nodded 

"come on in I'll go grab her" Marco walked upstairs as Jackie came in and sat down she took another breath trying to calm herself down. A couple of seconds later Star walked down the stairs. 

"HEY JACKIE" Star ran up to Jackie and gave her a quick hug, "so what's up," Star asked a huge smile on her face like normal. Jackie blushed lightly as she adored Star's smile and enthusiasm.

"Star well...", she took the tickets out of her pocket,"I got tickets to the fair and I wanted to know if you wanted to come" Stars smile grew

"awwwww Jackie that's so sweet" Star hugged her again, "I'd love to come with" Jackie smiled and hugged her back then broke the hug. Jackie put her skateboard down on the ground and got ready to ride as Star summoned Cloudy from her wand and hopped on and the two were off. Jackie and Star laughed and joked throughout the ride and in the back of Jackie's mind, she was planning how she was gonna tell Star. They finally got to the fair and the girls stopped in front of the entrance. Star made cloudy disappear and she and Jackie walked into the fair. The first thing Star wanted to do was go on was a large ride called freak out Jackie agreed, nodding happily. Star grabbed Jackie's hand and the two ran over to the ride. Luckily they were some of the first people there so they were able to go right away they jumped into their seats and Star not realizing it grabbed onto Jackie's hand.  Jackie blushed and smiled looking over at Star. The ride started and the two looked at each other. and as the ride went up Jackie and Star prepared themselves and then the ride swooped down fast causing Star and Jackie to scream along with the others on the ride. After Star looked over at Jackie as she laughed and blushed as she grabbed her hand and the two put their hand up. After the ride ended he two got off Star hair was all over the place and Jackie laughed as she fixed her own. Star grabbed her wand and poofed her hair into a ponytail. The two went around the fair going on almost every ride and finally, they settled onto a seat on the Ferris wheel and as it slowly began going it stopped at the top letting other people on and the girls smiled and looked out over the fair getting a good view of the peer. Jackie looked over at Star nervously and she took a deep breath she had to do it soon. After the two got off the Ferris wheel Jackie took Stars hand

"I wanna show you something" She led Star to the peer and to a bench sitting on an outstretched part of the boardwalk. The sun was beginning to set giving of an orangish tint onto to water. Star eyes widened as she looked from Jackie to the site in front  of her.

"its beautiful" Star breathed out she looked over at Jackie again to see Jackie was standing her eyes closed as the wind made her hair sway gracefully behind her and Star blushed a dark red.  Jackie opened her eyes and looked over at Star and she grabbed Stars hand again and led her over to the bench and they both sat down.

"Star I know you like Oscar but I just...Star I think I'm in love with you and I know you probably don't like me the same way but.....I just couldn't stand there and not tell you I felt like you deserved to know" Jackie looked over at Star to see Stars eyes were wide and tears were threatening to fall down her face. Jackie looked down but Star lifted her chin up slowly and wiped the tears that had formed in Jackie's eyes. 

"I love you too Jackie" she smiled softly and the two hugged tightly and they spent the rest of the day on that dock watching the sunset together
