Brief Intermission Part 2
So Abdorok got really lonely and one day he saw a really green planet. Some of it was blue, but his planet had no green, and that one did. So he shape shifted into trillions of water bears and floated through space into the planet's direction. It took a really long time but he pulled through. Once he arrived into the atmosphere of the planet, he reformed and went transparent. He floated down towards the surface and saw many bustling cites, full of strange looking creatures. He found a big city and decided to float even closer to inspect the creatures. They had trillions of long cell growths coming from the tops of their heads, or what appeared to be heads with a variety of different colors. Some appeared painted. They wore woven sheep, cow, and other animal fibers, all painted into fancy designs. They only had 4 limbs, two for grasping, two for stability. These and other traits were noticed and noted by Abdorok, because he had an amazing plan in order to gain friendship from even one of these beings: to become them.
He made his way down a dark corner and landed on the ground. He was able to see the creatures from where he was at as a frame of reference for his transformation. He split himself into various different creatures, no more than ten. He chose to put his full mind into one stocky, tall form. This form would cover his body with cow and sheep fibers. He also decorated his neck and ears with gems and pearls. His body and cell strands were painted with blue and pink; his body colors were in the shape of his true form.
Azura was a normal human boy who had been adopted by Clarity Jackson. Unbeknownst to him, his adoptive mother, his aunts, and their friends were in a cult, dedicated to furthering the feminine side of the human species. This is how he was raised to be so feminine. He was highly emotional and enjoyed wearing dresses. He participated in theatre and cheer leading at his local high school, though otherwise he doesn't leave his house very often. He got curious and decided to sneak out after school. His mother never really supervised him anyway, so it wasn't hard.
He fled the mansion and headed into the Bostonian streets. There were lots of people walking about, as was he, but he seemed to be the only one checking out the sights and sounds. He suddenly heard some chattering down a dark alley.
Azura, a dumb child who hasn't been very far outside his house, decided to check it out. He went down a couple mini-streets until he found the back door of a mysterious building. He opened the door to see about 10 men standing in a room, talking in some weird language he could never understand. As soon a the door shut, all their eyes looked towards him. One set of eyes caught his eye, belonging to a tall, stocky man in leather. The man's eyes were vivid blue with traces of many other colors that Azura's young teen mind couldn't comprehend. That same man was the only man who seemed to respond to his presence, who asked in English, "Who are you?"
Azura was stunned by the deep voice, but answered any way. The man inches past the others towards him and shook his hand. "You can call me Asher, Azura. Lovely name by the way." Azura blushed wildly; he'd rarely get compliments like that from guys, and as simple as it is, it made his heart flutter. Asher lead Azura to their table. They started talking for a few minutes when Azura realized he should head home before he was caught. He asked Asher if he had a phone number so he could text him, and he received that number quickly. The teen walked out of there, waving excitedly back at Asher, both with a smile on their face.
These meet-ups continued everyday for months, and texting seemed to last even longer. It was about a year in to their meet-ups that they had realized their love for each other, Azura being the one to break the ice. Asher has to have Azura explain his emotions before he understood him. That day, Azura learned Asher's real name, Abdorok.
Clarity was in complete shock when in two years since Azura's first sneak-out he brought a boy home. She was first surprised that her son wasn't straight, but also that his (in her mind) idiotic demeanor captured someone's heart. Outraged, she decided in her mind that the relationship must no longer continue, at any cost. This could ruin her plans of "fixing" her child, after all. The night she met Abdorok started the pit of hell that was this family's relationship. About a month or so of Azura's strict defiance of Clarity, she decided it was time to fix him. Right after school, she dragged him into the basement, where her sister Cecelia had set up the equipment required for the process. They started the procedure, but halfway through Abdorok came in, in his true form. He grabbed Azura by his waist, out of the transforming glass, leaving him scarred as a siren. They then flew off back to Translite's hydrosphere.
