So Laxman along with Aahana, Aarashi, Angad and Sugreev along with Vibhishan reached the cave where Meghnath was worshipping Devi Nikumbhala with other Asurs.

Aahana shot an arrow at the idol of Nikumbhala breaking it, catching Meghnath's attention.

"Soch rahi hu apne swayam ke Ati-Maharathi banne ki yatra aarambh kardu." Aahana said.

"Apsos yeh keval ek soch hi ban ke reh jayega, kyuki tum akele humara samna nahi kar sakti." Meghnath said grabbing his bow.

"Kisne kaha mai akeli hu ?" Aahana asked with a smirk on her face.

Meghnath frowned and Aahana gestured him to look behind, and there he was surprised to see Laxman and Aarashi along with Vanar sena started to annihilate his Asur sena.

Meghnath fumed in anger as he saw Vibhishan standing outside the cave, he got on his Rath and made his way outside.

"Vibhishan chacha ! Desh Drohi aur Kul Drohi toh tum pehle se the aur aaj tumne santaan Drohi ki upadi bhi prapt karli ! Mai tumhare putra-tulya tha aur tumne meri hi gupt sthan jaha Lanka ke nivasi nahi pahuch sakte, tum yaha shatru ko le aaye !? Dhitkar hai tum par !" Meghnath said angrily.

"Meghnath ! Tumne swayam kabhi bado ka samman karna nahi sikha aur mujhe mariyada ka paath padha raheho ? Maine jo bhi kiya Lanka ki bhalayi ke liya kyuki tum aur tumhare pita, Lanka ko adharm ke samudra mai duba rahe ho ! Tumhara aur tumhare pita ka annt nishchit hai." Vibhishan said.

"Humare annt se pehle tumhara annt nishchit hai !" Meghnath said shooting and arrow at Vibhishan but it was countered by Laxman.

"Rakshas-kumar Meghnath mai tumhe dwand ka awahan deta hu." Laxman said.

"Laxman tumhare bachane se yeh kab tak bachenge aur tum bhi kab tak bachoge !? Aao pehle tumhara hi kalyan kardu !" Meghnath said.

Both of them engaged in furious battle, sometimes Laxman got the upper hand while sometimes Meghnath overpowered it. The rest of the warriors spectated it, only Ram knows what would be the result of this Mahasangram.

The sky was filled with their arrows as even the gods watched it holding their breath as two great and strong warriors fought each other. One was the incarnation of Sheshnaag and the other was an Ati-Maharathi and Indrajeet.

Meghnath made his Rath fly on sky and started attacking Laxman from the above. He used his Maya and cloned himself, Laxman shot many arrows and but none hit the real Meghnath.

"Mere teer, tujhe saughand hai Shri Ram ki, jaa aur Meghnath ka mastiksh kaat ke aa. Tujhe Shri Ram ki aan rakhni hi hogi." Laxman said.

As he said those words, Meghnath internally accepted his fate. Laxman shot his arrows towards him and for the sake of Shri Ram ot beheaded the Meghnath in an instant.

The Gods showered flowers from above at Laxman, no the end of Ravan is inevitable as Lanka lost its best warrior, The Indrajeet Ati-Maharathi Meghnath.
