Me: Yeah. Not my favorite. You?

Janie: Frey, I think you were the only person besides that one Varsity guy to do it.

Me: Y'ALL COULD OF TOLD ME!!! WHY DID I DO THAT TO MYSELF? IT DIDN'T EVEN HELP THE SORENESS!

Is it just me, or are ice baths pointless in general? I mean, I don't like being more cold than cooling sweat makes this thin runner. And that second you hit the water?

Like diving into snow in nothing but your sports bra and spandex shorts.

I may or may not have squealed a little too. I'm not confirming anything, but my folks did ask if I was alright after.
