There was a sigh, somewhere deep inside the darkness. A shaky inhale, air sucked through gritted teeth. 

"This time, it'll be over. They'll stop. Stupidity can't possibly run in the family for this long." 

The voice was feminine, though a bit dark in tone.

"Nobody will come for us, sweetheart. You made a mistake ever getting mixed up with Kristyne in the first place."

After Kristyne was banished to the void, everything was quiet. All of the gods went home, and the kids split up, somewhat. Some ceased adventuring altogether, while others searched for more things to defeat. For a while, what seemed like forever, there were no threats to their lives. 

It was like everything had disappeared, leaving a normal life for them. 

But of course, the only question remaining...

Would it last?

I'd like to thank everyone involved for making HRP's second generation as good as it was. We lost a lot and gained a lot of people, but I believe that it was necessary to get our final product.

Personally, I want to thank Shade, Alex, and Maddie, who all are amazing roleplayers. Maddie's been around from the start, and I'm really glad she came back for the very end. Shade's newer, but honestly our best, and I'd literally die for you Shade. 

Alex, I'd really like to let you know how glad I am that we could integrate your characters. You've been here since gen1, but well... Anyways, you're really good with words. (Unlike me, evidently!)

Really I just want to thank all of you, especially Dolphin, who may not be in the loop on everything but still does an awesome job playing an amazing character.

With all of that said, I'm extremely excited to announce HRP GEN3, which will be coming right after a fully canon bonus roleplay set in GEN2's future! I hope everyone's ready, because we've got a good few tricks up our sleeve! (And by we, I mean myself and my lovely muses- Ninja and Alex! Except mostly Ninja for this part.)
