Sai POV

I looked back but didn't see Soo Jin behind us. Panic automatically set in before I tapped Mark.

"Where is she?", I asked.

We all turned around before Mark mad a sharp u turn and drove back toward the apartment units. He slowed up as he saw a group of people standing over someone. Mark came to a stop before he and Mika hopped out with guns drawn. I grabbed my pistol and got out as well. The group turned to us before holding up their hands defensively.

"She belong to you?", one of them asked pointing to the ground.

Soo Jin was lying there unconscious as one of them tending to an open wound on her side. I kneeled down next to her as the guy dressed her wound.

"This should stop the bleeding.", he told me and I nodded.

"They were gonna take her but we shot then down. We saw then chasing you from the apartment units. I'm Jiyong by the way.", the first one introduced.

"That's Taeyang and that's Top.", he said pointing to the other two guys.

"She's needs to rest now. For all we know there could be more of those guys around.", Top stated.

"Let's move then. Karam.", I hear Mark say on the walkie.

"Yeah?", Karam answered back.

"Were heading to the military base. Were not far but Jinnie's hurt badly and we can't stay here.", he said.

"Okay were not far either. Were a few blocks down so we'll meet you there.", Karam replied.

"Alright were good. But the first sign of you trying to stab us in the back I'm taking you out.", Mark threatened before picking up Jinnie.

Since we all couldn't fit in the car. Mark drove slowly with Jinnie, Min, and Mika in the back. The rest of us walked along side them. I heard gunfire coming from the base and we all ran quickly to see a single man standing on top of a car in front of the base.

"Get back!", he shouted as the infected tried climbing onto the car.

Jiyong and Mark quickly took care of the infected around him before the guy fell over onto his back. He stumbled back away from us when I moved closer to him.

"Were not going to hurt you.", I said but I could tell he was scared shitless.

He backed up into a window when an infected grabbed hold of him before taking a bite of of his neck. He began screaming and Taeyang quickly put a bullet in his head. Top grabbed my shoulder before we all went up to the door which of course was locked.

"I got it.", Jiyong stated kneeled down with his pocket knife. "This base has a certain lock pattern that if one is cut then the entire door unlocks."

Just as he said that the locked clicked and the door opened. Everyone rushed inside before Top and Mark barricaded the door. Jinnie was placed on the couch with Min and Mika sitting beside her. They're like a family.

"Family.", I mumbled at the thought of Takuya.

I walked to a bathroom with my pistol in hand to wash my face. I could feel someone behind me and quickly turned to see Top standing there.

"You've been out there alone. How are you sane?", he asked and I shrugged.

"Lucky I guess.", I said before he came closer.

He leaned down and crashed his lips onto mine without warning. I should've pushed him off but the feeling of closeness and intimacy have become foreign to me, it felt good. He moved his lips to my neck and I gave a soft moan. A flash of Sehun's face appeared and I pushed Top away from me.

"I'm sorry but I can't do this.", I mumbled walking past him.

I could hear the barricade being moved and made my way back to the others.
