Soo Jin POV

I walked back to the room to see Mika putting on a shirt. He turned to see me with Min before sending me a smile. I blushed as I climbed onto the bed with Min laying her head on my chest. Her eyes closed for a second before they snapped open again.

"Soo Jin!", I heard my name echo through the hallway.

Turning my attention away from them I gripped my weapon.

"Min come with me", I said gripping my knife looking over my shoulder as she approached me.

Looking past her I motioned for Mika to go find Jimin before turning around and heading towards the voice. Approaching the corner someone called my name again. Pausing I motioned for Min to stay behind me as I readied my knife waiting for the person to come around the corner. The footsteps approached and I tightened my grip. Just a few more steps and they would be turning the corner. Holding my breath I lunged forward only to knocked onto my side by a person on top of me. Looking up I let out a string of curses.

"Jungkook why the hell did you tackle me?", shoving him off I stood up noticing the person against the wall.

Sai was against the wall glaring at me. Jungkook stood up dusting off his shirt.

"Sai wh-", I started.

"I was saving her life if you must know." He interrupted me.

Looking at them I and back at the corner I realized what almost happened.

"Sai I'm so sor-"

"Its no problem its my fault. Should have made a bit more noise", she interrupted me.

Nodding I retuned my attention to Jungkook.

"So why were you calling me?", I asked.

"We can't stay here. The infected have broken in the southern entrance. We have to move.", Sai informed me.

"Shit!", Putting away my knife I picked up Min.

"Sai can you cover us?", Lifting her pistols she smirked.

"Of course. Let's go. Kook cover our 6."

With that she began moving towards the stairs. I held Min close as we stalked the quiet hallway. I could hear nearby groans and cursed.

"They're behind us.", I whispered.

We came to the empty lobby but I could hear quiet footsteps behind me. I turned to throw a punch but it was blocked by Mika grabbed my hand.

"I'm sorry. I'm a little on the offensive lately.", I said and he nodded.

"Its alright.", he said.

"Did you find Jimin?", I asked and he shook his head.

"No. Its like he disappeared.", he sighed and I looked ahead.

I reached for my gun before setting Min on her feet.

"Stay close okay.", I warned and she nodded.

We easily cleared out the infected roaming the room before the double doors to the kitchen opened. My eyes widened as a familiar yellow shirt became visible.

"Jason.", I mumbled as he let out a soft growl.

His arms were twisted and deformed while half of his face was bloodied and scratched. As our attention was on Jason I heard Min scream out as a crawler bit into her arm. I quickly put a bullet through its head before grabbing her and we all ran towards the exit.

"What the fuck was that?", Sehun asked as he and Takuya met us outside.

"Jason.", I answered as we all continued running down the street.

"What happened?", Sehun questioned as I carried Min.

"Nothing.", I answered.

"She got bit.", he stopped before pulling his gun and my muscles tensed.

"Don't you dare.", I sneered and by the look of fear in his eyes I could tell my eyes changed.

Mika placed a hand on my shoulder and I instantly relaxed.

"I'm fine.", I mumbled as Min's shook in my arms.
