"Let's go!", Sai yelled up to us.

"Alright!", we yelled in unison.

We made it downstairs and everyone was armed and ready. Sai motioned for Karam to go first and check the area. I noticed Sai looking at a picture of two guys but I quickly dismissed it as she slipped it in her pocket and walked outside. I stayed alert as we made out way down the quiet street.

"Soo Jin check the building for supplies. We need more water for this trip.", Sai ordered and I nodded.

With Karam and Jungkook behind me I moved inside the dark building with my gun ready. It was silent as Karam checked the shelves for water and food.

"Cans of green beans. Healthy meal for two don't you think?", he asked me and I chuckled before the sound of something falling over echoed throughout the store.

The three of us aimed down the aisle before I slowly advanced ready for anything to pop out. I held up my hand signaling Karam and Jungkook to stop. I lowered my gun as I stared at the limbless infected lying on the ground.

"He tried getting up. Poor bastard.", Jungkook sighed and I grabbed my hunting knife before plunging it in its forehead.

"We have to keep moving.", I said before something else fell over in the back.

"I got it.", Jungkook stated before walking towards the noise.

As we waited for him to come back I could see shadows moving in the darkness. Karam pulled me back as and infected tried to grab me. I stabbed it in the head before more showed up.

"Go! Go!", Karam shouted and we ran out the store.

We closed the door and pushed against it to prevent the infected from getting out. Sai, Shell, and Casper pushed against the door as well until a spine chilling shriek was heard.

"Siren!!", I shouted.

"Into the apartment complex!", Sai commanded and we all took off in a run towards the abandoned apartments.

Karam and Casper quickly shut and locked the door before the infected could catch up. I leaned on the wall to catch my breath. Sai looked around before noticing one person missing.

"Where's Jungkook?", she asked.

"He hauled ass after the infected showed up!", Karam snapped.

"Stop." I said.

"He wouldn't do that.", Shell whispered to herself.

"Doesn't matter. He knows how to handle himself.", Sai said before stiing on a couch.

Shell walked to the front desk and began searching through the papers. I turned towards Karam who was breathing irregularly before going up to him.

"Hey breath slowly.", I said before reaching for his inhaler.

"I don't need that.", he resisted.

"Don't do this now.", I warned and he took it from me.

He used it until his breathing was back to normal. I rubbed my best friend's back and he let out a sigh.

"You don't think he left us do you?", I asked and he shrugged.

"Who knows what's going through his head.", he said.
