Alrighty, here we go.

So, every once in a while i will pick a random follower (with a number generator) to pick a palette from a large group of them. Like a color palette adopt, but I chose the person who gets to chose every once in a while.

You can pick any tribe of dragon for me to make with the palette you chose!
(I will do hybrids, but it may take longer.)
