8.| Trouble on the beach
Mack and Brady were scheming to make sure Lela would be pushed to Tanner, without the obvious approach of pressuring them together. I, on the other hand, am making use of my time exploring the beach. Finding unused space which wasn't available to be seen on the television screen.
'Hey that rhymed and I wasn't even trying. I should be a poet. I can be funny with that unintentional rhyming.'
I see giggles sunbathing on a beach towel, SeaCat is laid out tanning under the 'Sun'. Oddly enough it's overcast, so really I don't know how he's going to Tan.
" Mor-Mor! Hey, there she is. This weather is neat for keeping, and soaking, up the summer sun. Enjoy it with us!" SeaCat invited me to sit in the middle, I accept the offer patting down my change of clothes.
A vintage style black halter neck romper and silver heeled flats. I wanted to be comfortable on the beach, finding clothes in Lelas wardrobe, we are the same clothing sizes.
" Those clothes are so chic, Mor-Mor! Nice choice with the colours. They suit you." Giggles compliments, I smile shyly.
" Thanks, Giggles. I wasn't fully confident about wearing well.. this. It's not really my usual get up." Her face changes in a frown, I'm not use to seeing her usual chipper facade go from light hearted to serious.
" You could make any boy turn into a stupid hooligan, with a bat of an eye, Mor-Mor. Don't let those insecurities get the best of you. I know when I first met you I became immediately attracted to your sweet face. So turn that frown upside down." She leans an arm over my body, in a gentle hug and i return it. 'That's the sweetest thing I've heard.'
" Woah! Look at them go." SeaCat hollers, pointing at the mirage on the water. Mack is 'surfing', well it actually a green screen on TV for the movie, and Tanner is joining. Both were definitely not in the slightest wet from the 'ocean'. Mack spots me on the beach, she waves a hand 'hello'. I giggle at her face which in turn she rolls her eyes, crinkling a smile. ' I never want this to end. But eventually it will.'
Lela made sure we had another sleep-over. It was Mack, Lela and I. None of the biker girls were there which is a nice change. I love Struts and Chee Chee, but it made time for mack and I to really connect with Lela.
" Here, let me. I know this electronic stuff can be really complicated." I hold in a giggle when mack was having trouble at finding her way around a vinyl record player.
I had came out of the ensuite bathroom in Lela's room, I missed it completely the first night, drying and patting my hair using a pink towel. I sat crossed legged on Lela's bed, her comforter is linen and smooth to the touch.
" Come. Sit here! Let me do your hair." Much as mack denies wanting Lela to do her hair, she sits in front of the vanity either way.
" really, Lela, it's fine. I.. you can ask Mor, she will willingly have her hair styled. She loves it. Tell Lela, Morgan. Yeah?"
'Oh. No. You don't. I won't fall for that.'
I smile, innocently, opening my mouth standing up. " Lela. I am hungry, do you have anything I could eat? Anything will suffice for me." Mack narrows her eyes mouthing 'don't you dare.' Not wanting me to leave her in the room.
" Of course! The kitchen is always open for everyone. If you need help, butchy is in his bed room down the hall. Call out to him if you need anything. There is cold, fresh, water as well!"
I thank her for her directions before I walk out in the quiet hallway. I could hear the sweet lulling of Lela's humming, to her song choice, as I take step by step down from above the staircase. It was sweet hearing Mack and Lela laughing echo in the night, cawing of seagulls mirroring the sound.
I open the fridge, slices of bacon and eggs in cartons are next to another conveniently placed. 'Bacon and egg sandwich will do the trick for me.'
I damn near almost lose balance, catching the eggs before I could make a total mess, hearing a sweet husky " Hey." Coming from behind me. 'Damn you, Butchy.' " Butchy! You can't just sneak up on a girl, like you did, just now. I nearly made a klutz of myself. Don't do that."
I groan, setting down the meat and eggs. He snakes his arms over my stomach, snuggling his nose in my neck.
" well— I, is, not ashamed to admit i did on purpose. You in this lightening make yous look as an Angel. I couldn't hold back or resist your allure. Plus, I find it 'ttractive of you to be in these. I couldn't help myself." Butchy's hand travels over every inch of the over-stretched out shirt I had found in Lela's closet. Which I now figured out is actually his.
His hand stops at the hem, above my waistline, then and there I stop him. " Ah. Ah. Hands to yourself, biker boy. None of that will happen. Not right here most definitely."
I cast a look over to him and he smirks when I wink. I laugh, as he swoops me off my feet, on the counter. He has both hands grasping my waist holding me down in place so I cannot do anything or move. " Butchy, I'm trying to make a sandwich. A girl is hungry, you know." I raise my eyebrow, hugging my arms together. He is shirtless and I failed to feel his toned abs. my eyes gulp in his structured, refined, body. ' Get yourself, and your mind, off those thoughts, Mor. Gosh that was so not appropriate.'
" What is you thinking's of? Tell me." Butchy asks, but from his wide smirk he already knew based on my look of shame, cracking eggs on the sauce pan. " N-Nothing. Not something worth repeating, if I am being honest." I joke, waiting for him to reply. His muscles spasm under the friction of the glistening sweat on his back.
He raised both eyebrows, challenging. " I am curious Don't tease me, now, Mor." Bacon crackles on the heat as butchy moves the piece on an empty grey plate.
'Seeing him make a sandwich is hot. Especially when he is half- naked. I gotta stop with this nonsense, where is it coming from.' He undoes the butter and spreads it over a piece of bread. I watch the knife's motion.
" there's youse go. Egg, bacon, ketchup and cheese sandwich for my girl." He puts the delicious creation up, where I am eye level. I bite down on the edge taking a bit off. Keeping eye contact. His eye pupils grow.
" You is a naughty girl, Morgan." Butchy pecks my nose. " Naughty."
The next day I went on a mission to find Mack and Brady, mack had left the house early while I was sleeping. Somehow I managed to wake up in Butchy's arms, not remembering how, him snoring stirred me awake. 'It was a nice surprise. What surprised me is no one saw me sneak out of his room.'
I blink back, surprised, at seeing Les and Dr. fusion standing appearing up to mischief. Fusion has a ray gun aimed at Brady, mack is holding him as he is frazzled from what appears to have been fusion zapping him from my understanding. " Oh, my. Oh, my. Who do you might be, young lady? It happens you might have stumbled in on something at the wrong place and time. What shall we do."
He has an smouldering eyebrow arch full of intention for harm. Want to look 'Evil' but really he looks constipated. Fusion points his invention and aims it to my face. I'm not at all scared, actually it's hilarious but not is the right time for finding this entertaining. " That doesn't look like it hurts on the tv screen. But it does, in real life. So much." Brady grunts.
'Crap. We're in trouble.'

JASMINE SPEAKS;
I updated after two weeks of being sick. It's so draining, and the brain fog was terrible. I could physically feel myself getting sick and what do you know I do. The cough is disappearing thank goodness because it's so hard to focus, when I am basically coughing up a lung. Anyway. Les is hilarious, especially when he so done with Fusion and his idiocy. What did you guys think of Mor and Butchy??
