Witch Drunk?
This was requested by Ram_3500. I'm so sorry it took so long, I had some serious writer's block. Please enjoy!

The witch blew dust from her hands into the air, laughing as the dust hit the youngest Winchester. She had added a special something into the dust for its recipient, even if she had planned for it to hit Sam or Dean, not Adam.
Adam fell through the witch's dust, and immediately, as if a light switch went off in his head, started swaying and staggering as if he were inebriated. He looked across the room, squinted in frustration, and tried to walk a straight line to Dean, only to stagger and sway the wrong way, ending up by Sam, who was the opposite direction.
"What's wrong with you?" Sam asked, paying more attention to Adam, then to the witch who was escaping.
"Sam, the witch!" Dean yelled, as the witch vanished in a cloud of silver dust, close enough to Adam that he started coughing.
"Eww..." Adam said with a shudder, clearly grossed out by the dust touching him. "I'm fine, why?" he slurred, his voice sounding normal to himself, but not to either of his brothers, as Dean had walked up in time to hear the slur.
"Did the witch disappearing dust cause that?" Dean asked, worried Adam was allergic to the dust or something.
"The coughing, yes, the inebriation, no." Sam said thoughtfully, as he put a hand on Adam's shoulder to steady the teen who was swaying unsteadily.
Adam staggered under Sam's hand, falling flat on his butt, very ungracefully. He glared at Sam, as if it were the older hunter's fault he fell, instead of his own, or rather the witch's fault for whatever the original dust had been.
"Well she's gone now..." he said seriously, before bursting out chuckling until he was laughing so hard he couldn't breathe.
"That's not funny, kid." Dean said in annoyance, giving the kid a knock it off look, which only made Adam laugh harder.
Adam kept laughing until he was snorting when he tried to breathe, causing him to cough and laugh back to back. "I'm sorry, I don't know why this is so funny." He admitted, when he could finally breathe again.
Sam watched his little brother in amusement, while Dean looked on in concern.
"Let's get you home and into bed, before you start getting really drunk." Dean said firmly, as he took Adam by the arm to help him up and guide him out to the car.
Adam tripped, swayed, and staggered out to the car, snickering to himself as he kept almost falling.
Sam pulled out his phone, recording Adam's behavior to show him later. "This is comedy gold." he said with a laugh, earning an angry glare from Dean. "You know I am right," he pointed out to Dean, earning an annoyed eye roll from the older male.
Once they got home and wrestled Adam into bed, the older boys stayed up for a bit, wondering what the next day would hold.
"Think he's okay?" Dean asked, as he listened to Adam snore softly.
Sam shrugged. "I'm sure he is fine, though if he is drunk today, he may be sick tomorrow, so we probably shouldn't make any plans for tomorrow, besides blowing town." Sam said, knowing they couldn't stay in town much longer.
"Well we better turn in then," Dean said simply, as both boys did exactly that. They went to bed, both falling asleep quickly from sheer exhaustion.
The following morning...
Adam woke up with a killer headache, which didn't make any sense. He hadn't hit his head, that he remembered, come to think of it, last he remembered was weird dust and it all went blank. He sat up, groaning softly, as the change in pressure caused an increase of pain in his head.
"Morning sunshine, let's go, we're blowing town." Dean said firmly, without stopping his packing to look at Adam.
Adam groaned again, getting up to do as he was told, only to stagger dizzily once he was on his feet. "Dean, what happened last night?" He asked, as he felt his stomach churning in time with his pounding and spinning head. He quickly sat back down on the bed, to avoid making a mess, and relaxed a bit as the dizziness faded, and so did the nausea, leaving him with a pounding headache and a hungry stomach feeling.
"Witch cast a spell on you, making you drunk, you were drunk as a skunk. And laughing so hard you almost wet your pants." Dean said, a smirk in his voice, as he finished packing up the rest of all their stuff and took it out of the car.
Adam looked around, once he was sure he was alone, which he wasn't, he dropped a hand to stomach and rubbed it gingerly. "No funny business, please." He pleaded with his body, as he stood up and the dizziness returned tenfold, as did the nausea. He whimpered softly, as he followed Dean outside, and got in the car, curling up in the backseat, as Dean went to double check inside once more.
Sam popped out of his spot, when Dean walked into the room. "He's sick, his stomach is bugging him and he is dizzy." He warned, knowing Dean wouldn't be thrilled about driving with a nauseous teenager in the backseat of the impala.
"Grab a bucket, fake him out if you have to." Dean said gruffly, glad they'd invested in a sick bucket for the car, after a while of stomach flu's or food poisoning's hitting too often.
Sam nodded, walking out to the trunk, grabbing the bucket and getting in his seat with the bucket between his legs.
"You sick?" Adam asked softly from the backseat, as he peeked his head up from inside the hoodie he had found and commandeered.
Sam could see the kid's pale face, and felt really bad for lying to him but he knew Adam would feel violated that Sam had seen him earlier. "My stomach's gurgling a bunch." He said, knowing that's probably what Adam's was doing.
"I'm sorry, feel better." Adam said, before curling up tighter and closing his eyes.
Dean got in the car, looking back at Adam in concern, but didn't say anything, just got them on the road. They drove on in silence, not even listening to music, until about two hours later it was decided that it was time to stop for food. So he pulled off at a cute little diner on the edge of town, and headed inside with his brothers in tow.
Sam immediately grabbed his menu, looking for healthy options, Adam rested his head on the table looking sick, and Dean already knew what he wanted.
"Get something hearty, Adam, you'll feel better." Dean suggested, noticing as a sheen of sweat broke out on the teen's brow. "Kid, You okay?" He asked, as the teen got up abruptly, and ran for the bathroom at a breakneck speed.
"That could've been handled better," Sam observed, as a waitress walked up on the scene.
"Goodness, is he okay?" She asked sweetly, concern all over her face.
"You know our orders," Dean said, getting up and following Adam into the bathroom to hear whimpers. "Kid?" He asked, seeing him sitting on the diner floor in front of the toilet in the handicap stall.
Adam let him into the stall, before moving back over the toilet and hovering there.
"Have you thrown up?" Dean asked gently, locking the door and sitting down against the wall beside his youngest little brother.
Adam shook his head weakly, as the shaking took over his form, making him look like a leaf in the wind. "I'm so dizzy I can barely see, and it's making me want to puke." He admitted gently, gagging but nothing happened.
"Let's get some food your belly, if anything, it'll at least give something to puke up later." Dean suggested, earning a nod from the teen.
They got up, washed their hands, and walked back out to the table, to see heaping plates of food waiting for them.
Adam swallowed apprehensively, before sitting down and digging in slowly.
Dean sat down and did the same, only much faster, moans of happiness escaping the man's mouth. "Good choice, Sammy." He said with his mouth full.
"Adam, you okay bud?" Sam asked, ignoring Dean and his antics.
Adam shrugged, having eaten his full plate of food, and was now resting his head on his arms again. "Didn't puke, thought I was gonna, couldn't though." He said finally, yawning as the food settled in his stomach heavily.
"We've never been to this town, what do you say we stay a day or two, until Adam doesn't feel so sick?" Dean suggested, beaming proudly at his idea.
Adam nodded to the idea, so did Sam. Dean was so excited he couldn't wait to leave, so he paid for the food and they left, with Adam walking slowly outside. He stopped at the back of the car, burping a wet burp, and spit a lot of saliva on the ground.
"I don't feel so good again." He warned his brothers, feeling his stomach churn and flip suddenly.
Sam got in the car and grabbed the bucket, before getting the backseat. "Front seat and bucket for you." He told the teen as Adam walked around to the car as the nauseous feeling eased a bit.
Adam sat down, took the bucket, and sat back, immediately feeling sick again. He doubled over the bucket, as Dean started driving, before gagging and bringing up his breakfast in one fell swoop.
Sam reached up, rubbing Adam's back gently, as the kid was sick over and over again, as Dean pulled into a motel and ran inside to pay for a room.
Dean ran back out, as Adam stumbled out of the door, doubled over, and dry heaved violently.
"Come on, this is our room, let's get you inside." He said, leading the kid inside their room to the bathroom.
Adam immediately started heaving his guts up over the toilet, until he was left exhausted in a heap on the floor. Now that he was no longer moving or vomiting, he wasn't dizzy or nauseous, just exhausted, so he closed his eyes, dozing off on the cool tile floor.
Dean walked back into the bathroom after going to help Sam, he was only gone like five minutes, and he came back to the kid sound asleep on the floor. He grabbed a blanket for the kid, covered him, and flushed the toilet.
Adam slept through it all, and just snuggled deeper into the hoodie and blanket.

When Adam woke up, he felt a good deal better, food still wasn't his friend for another day, but after that it was fine. He stopped getting sick, and felt much better, until he almost died of embarrassment when Sam showed him what happened the night before.
