Shape shifters can change into anyone, living or dead, but only have their appearance not their powers.

Each Shape shifter has some aspect of their original appearance that they always have the same for example if they have purple hair they would always have one stripe purple even if they turn into an animal . Only people close know of their real appearance.

Every shape shifter  has a face keeper who knows every thing about the person and what they look like in their original form .It is crucial that  S.s 's don't tell people who commit crime their original appereance because they can frame them.

Also if they look like you and get shot or hurt you would feel the pain not the person who looks like you.
