"Cas!" Dean yelled from his bed "Cas hello?" He yelled again.Cas walked into the room "yes, Dean?" Castiel asked "I don't feel too well, come cuddle" Dean said with one of his hands in the air "Dean you need to be taken care of I can't just just cuddle​ with you, as your boyfriend I will take care of your human needs" Cas said smiling with his hands on his waist.

"Ookay" Dean said confused "I shall make you some soup" Cas said with pointing his finger up and running out of the room "Cas wai-!.....Pie would be fine " Dean mumbled

Castiel was in the kitchen looking for a can of soup.He found one and got a bowl. He set the things on the counter and just stared at it. "How do I open this?" Cas mumbled.He looked around the kitchen to open something." I could use this" Cas said pulling out a rolling pin. He walked back to  where the bowl and soup was.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

"Cas what the hell?" Sam ask walking in "Oh hello Sam I'm trying to open this can of soup" Cas said holding the pin and can up. Sam chuckled and said "theres this thing called can opener it's in the top right" Sam said smiling walking over to it. "Here ya go" Sam said handing it to Cas. "Alright (y/n) and I are going out, see you later Cas" Sam said waving and walking "Bye Sam" Cas said looking at the can opener. Cas played with it trying to open the can but he couldn't. He put it down and sighed.Then he had a thought come to mind.He pulled out his angel blade and stab the top of the can "ah finally" Cas said pouring the soup into the bowl. And going to the microwave "and this I know how to work" Cas said putting the bowl in the microwave.

It's was done.He put in the fridge to let it cool for a minute.Got it out and he went back to back Dean.  "I'm back" Cas said walking in "what took you so long?" Dean ask "umm...I had some technical difficulties"  Cas said handing the bowl and spoon to Dean.

Little time goes by

"Cas can we watch a movie?,I'm bored" Dean asked Cas who was sitting at the edge of the bed "yes of course,what do you want to watch?" Cas asked "surprise me" Dean responded.Cas looked through the movies He found one with a red head girl in the front with a red shirt and three girl farther more back in pink.He put in and sat beside Dean with the remote. It got the the main menu "I love this movie Cas great pick, just one thing don't tell Sam." Dean said looking at the the screen.Cas quietly laugh.

They too men were into the movie and Castiel was really confused. "Why is the mother letting her do that with that boy?" Cas asked and looked at Dean "I guess trying to be a cool mom or something" Dean said.Then later into the movie with many questions " Why are they falling back into the pile of girls and why did she say she has a big lesbian crush on her?" Cas asked again "Cas, just listen" Dean said still staring at the screen.  Cas was slowly getting the movie as it went closer to the end.

The movie ended." I now understand this" Cas said smiling at Dean, Dean also smiled back. Cas leaned in and kiss Dean and forgetting he is sick "Wait Cas I'm sick" Dean said pulling back "oh I forgot " Cas said akwardly smiling "it's alright hopefully you don't get sick too" Dean said "Nah I think I'll be good" Cas said. Dean started to get up "where are you going?" Cas ask "I'm going to get some medicine I have a headache" Dean replied "No no Dean lay back down I'll go get it remember I will be taking care of your our human needs" Cas said standing up again putting his hands on his hips "alright then" Dean said laughing. Cas quickly went to go get them and came back.Cas handed Dean the medicine and drink. "Thanks Cas" Dean said

"Cas I'm cold coming cuddle now please ?" Dean said "alright Dean" Cas said smiling and walking over to Dean and Cuddle with him. They were face to face to each other. Dean had his hands around Castiel's waist and Cas's hands were around Dean's neck.They were just looking at each other like nothing in the world could break them apart. "I love you,Cas" Dean whispered "I love you too,Dean" Cas said.

Dean leaned in kissing Cas passionately.Cas kissing back.Then things started to heat up. Dean was on top of Cas kissing him and now kissing on his neck.Cas giggled as he ran fingers through his hair Dean hair. Dean pulled back to take off his shirt "Well well what do we have here" Sam said as he took a picture.Dean put his shirt back on "Sam! you son of a bitch I'm going to get you!" Dean yelled as he got off and chase Sam. "Dean wait your sick!" Cas shouted but Dean still went to chase his brother.Castiel laughed to himself just the thought of Dean chasing Sam.

"What just happened" (y/n) asked at the door "I really don't know" Cas said laughing " well I'm going to check on them to make sure they haven't killed each other" (y/n) said laughing and walking away.

Little while later.

Cas was laying on the bed watching TV waiting for Dean.
"Hey,I'm back sorry about that"Dean asking akwardly chuckling ah it's alright Dean. Dean crawled up next to Cas and cuddle his side. "Ugh it's been a long day hasn't​ it?" Dean asked looking up at Cas. "Yes it has , but it has been fun , I got spend the whole day with you and taking care of your human needs" Cas said looking down and smiling.

"I love you so much Cas" Dean said closing his eyes "I love you so much too"Cas said putting a soft kiss on Dean's forehead and looking back at the tv eventally falling asleep to.

Morning time.

Dean open his eyes to see the clocking saying 9:38am. He sat up streching and yawning.He saw Cas starting to wake up too "morning sunshine, dude I feel so much better now I'm not sick anymore" Dean said about to get up "I don't" Cas said looking very sick and slightly sweating. Dean turned to him and frowned "well that's not good" Dean said.
