First Hunt-Sam and Dean

~(a/n: this was requested as well. Seriously if anyone has an idea or request, don't be shy to comment it. As you can see, I'm definitely willing to write up requests of any kind ^.^ oh and by the way, in this one-shot, the reader is the youngest sibling of the Winchesters and set around season 3 I believe?)~

I still don't think you should come along with us (Y/N)," Dean warned, looking back at you through the rear view mirror as he drove. "Why don't you just stick to research with us like you usually do?"

You crossed your arms and huffed, " I can handle this Dean. I've learned from the best." And it was true. Sadly though, as the youngest Winchester, even though you were dragged into the hunter lifestyle, you never actually got the chance to hunt. Not even when your father John Winchester was alive, did he allow you to go on hunts. Not a chance. Instead, you were always stuck as the researcher who stayed behind and never got in on the action.

"Dean, she's right. (Y/N) isn't a child anymore and it's not like she's hunting alone. She'll be with us the whole time," Sam sided with you and you smiled, glad that someone agreed with you for once.

Dean rolled his eyes, "I can't believe you're agreeing to this but whatever. Let's just get to the motel and figure it out from there."

~Time Skip~

You all walked to the crime scene dressed in professional attire. There was yellow tape surrounding the scene like a house when it's teepeed on Halloween. You flashed your fake badge with pride and approached the mutilated corpse. You knelt down and examined each detail. This person was literally choked to death by marshmallows. You examined the marshmallows that were shoved down the corpses throat, trying to count how many he fit in there. Strange. And fascinating.

In the background, you heard Sam's EMF meter going crazy. Definitely a ghost or demon you were dealing with. Luckily, this wasn't some unknown monster or else your brothers would've definitely not let you come along. Sam glanced at you and Dean and nodded, signaling he got all the information he needed.

~Time Skip Again :P ~

"I found some other files from previous reports. Some girl killed this other woman just for a pair of shoes, another died in his sleep and..."you scanned awkwardly over the last file, "Some guy um...watched porn to death." Both Sam and Dean stared at you with wide eyes and furrowed eyebrows. You shot a knowing glare at Dean, "Hmm..."

"Okay..." Dean tried to relieve the awkwardness and shuffled, "So how do these deaths connect?" You chuckled, surprised that he didn't know. He scowled at you, "What's so funny?"

"You seriously don't get it? One dude dies of food overdosage, another kills someone for shoes, and so on?" You pursed your lips and rotated your hand as if hoping he'd finish your sentence.

Instead, good ol' Sammy came to save the day and muttered breathlessly, "It's the Seven Deadly Sins. So far we've seen gluttony, envy, sloth, and... Lust." That last one he said awkwardly but continued, "There's still three more. And we don't even know who or what they are and why they're here."

"And that is where your intelligent sister takes charge. I'm going to need my laptop, some books on the seven deadly sins and a fez. Stat,"you said as you reached into your backpack for a water bottle.

Both Sam and Dean stared at you in silence. "Why a fez?" Dean finally managed to asked, clearly confused by that last request.

You sighed, "Because fezzes are cool duh." Sam lent you his laptop to use while Dean was still giving you his bitch face.

"Now where the hell do people sell fezzes?" Dean asked.

"Do you want this case solved or not?" You warned as you turned on the laptop, typing in the password which was 'Deanstopusingmylaptop67'. Yeah it was really long...

~MUAHAHAHAHA Time Skip again~

"You sure these sons-a-bitches are in here (Y/N)?" Dean asked as he parked the car in front of a sketchy looking bar. You nodded and gulped in nervousness. This was it. You were finally going to be in hand to hand combat with demons. This was what you've been trained your whole life for. Dean got out of the car and slammed the door, "I hope your damn well right then."

He went to the trunk and pulled out some necessary weapons: holy water, guns with salted bullets, etc. You glanced at both Sam and Dean and gave them a nod, taking a deep breath. The trio strolled into the bar to be quickly stared down by a bunch of people. Seven to be exact.

"You passing through or somethin'? Cause I've never seen you three around here before," the bartender said as he wiped the counter, eyeing us with a suspicious leer.

"Uh yeah..." Sam managed to say, "We're on a family road trip I guess you could say." Nice save moose. You face-palmed yourself.

One of the women was quickly drawn into Dean, sliding her hand down his chest and whispering something you couldn't hear. "Sorry sweetie. I'm gonna have to take a rain check," was all he said in response and he quickly shot the demon chick who was most likely Lust in the abdomen.

Before you knew it, you were tackled by two other demons. You could hear the sound of Sam performing an exorcism on what you believed was the demon of Gluttony in the back. You knew you were on your own on this one and swung your elbow into one demon's throat, making them fall back.

Suddenly, you felt a choking sensation within your throat, as if your vocal chords were being strangled to death. You glanced over to see that the demon of Envy was the one behind this. You kicked and flailed your arms and legs, trying to get out of her telekinetic grasp.

Then, a blade was pushed right through her chest and you saw her eyes light up. What the hell was happening? You'd never seen any like that. You fell to the floor once the grasp on your throat was released and breathes heavily, trying to catch your breath. As you looked up, you saw a figure with blond hair standing over the demon of Envy's dead body. "Who are you?" You furrowed your eyebrows and coughed in the process.

"No one special," she said before she whipped around to stab the demon of wrath in the throat. The woman nonchalantly willed the splattered blood off her face and turned to walk off.

"But..." was all you could say before she headed off. Whoever she was, this girl was definitely a life-saver. You looked around and noticed Sam and Dean approaching you, breathing heavily as well.

"Who was that?" Sam asked as he held out his hand to help you up. You took his hand and he pulled you upright.

You shrugged, "She wouldn't tell me." Dean looked at you with worry in his eyes.

"Are you alright (Y/N)?" He asked, looking at your now bloodied outfit.

"Uh yeah...that was pretty awesome. You know except for the close to death part," you smiled sheepishly at your two brothers.

Dean stared at you with an odd expression, not understanding how you could find joy in that endeavor. "Anyways, did we gank all of them?"

Sam does a head count around the room of dead demons and unconscious people. "Yeah. All seven. We're clear."

"So does this mean I'm officially off just research squad and can now hunt with you two?" You smiled widely, hoping that was a yes.

Dean chuckled, "Hell no. Not in a million years after you pulled that stunt earlier." You huffed angrily and crossed your arms. One day you'd convince him again.

"Okay fine. But can I at least join in the chick flick moment you always do after a hunt with Sammy?"you pleaded. Sam and Dean both gave you questionable looks.

"What chick flick moment?" Sam lifted a brow in confusion.

You sighed as if they were idiots, "You know, when you and Dean both sit in the impala after a hunt and like reflect on life and your feelings and all."

Dean scoffed and pursed his lips, "Pshht, we don't do that."

"Uh yeah you do," you nodded. Seriously, your brothers were idiots sometimes.
