Ending #1:
It's been ten years since Sam and Dean have gone hunting. After defeating Lucifer and Michael, and restoring Heaven back to what it used to be thanks to Castiel and Jack, Team Free Will was finally at peace.
Sam decided to finish school and take the bar exam, eventually studying at law school and becoming an attorney. At law school, he met his now current girlfriend, who lives with him in a small beach house in San Diego along with a dog. Sam and his girlfriend now have a three year old son, who he named after Gabriel.
Dean finally came out of the closet and confessed his love for Castiel. Their wedding was a couple years after Sam graduated from law school, and Jack was the flower boy. Dean used his connections with Jody and Donna to get a job as a detective for a local precinct in Vegas. Castiel goes to heaven from time to time to help out, but mostly stays at home with Dean and makes pies.
After Dean and Castiel legally adopted Jack as their son, Jack used his powers for good and became the leader of Heaven. He was able to resurrect Bobby from the dead, who rebuilt his home. He was also able to resurrect Crowley, who now rules Hell once again, but isn't determined on world domination anymore. No, he just collects souls and is focused on building a business empire for hell. Overall, everyone keeps in touch and there's finally some good in the world.
Ending #2:
"Dean, you have to drink this demon's blood. It's the only way out of here," Sam pleaded. Somehow, the boys were trapped in hell. Sam managed to get his hands on some demon's blood and he thought maybe it would give them the strength to get out of their cells.
"Sammy, you're talking crazy. You remember what happened the last time you drank this stuff!"
"It's the only way!"
Reluctantly, Dean took the valve Sam had contained the demon blood in and downed it like a shot. "Do you feel any different?" Sam asked.
"Yeah...yeah I do," he nodded, "Actually, I feel kinda drowsy. Is it supposed to feel like this?"
"I don't know how you do it Sam," Castiel, who suddenly appeared beside him, said.
"Cas? Where did you come from?" Dean narrowed his eyes, feeling his vision slip away.
"Alright, looks like the sedative is working," Castiel said.
"The what...?" Before Dean could respond any longer, everything went black.
"Castiel" aka Nurse Jimmy Novak had been working at the Kansas City Mental Institution for years. The "demon blood" Dean agree to take, was his medication. He'd never seen a case as bad as Dean Winchester's. Dean's mother and younger brother died in a fire when he was young and ever since then, he has not truly been able to cope with their deaths. In his mind, he believed his brother was still alive, and his mother was killed by demons.
He's taken a special liking to his primary physician, Doctor Samuel Padalecki, possibly because he shares the same name as his deceased younger brother, Sam Winchester. After his father, John, stopped visiting, Dean created this fantasy that the same demon who killed his mother, killed his father.
The staff soon learned that the only way to keep the patient calm and unaggressive was to play along with his fantasies. Most would see it as unethical, but Doctor Padalecki assures that the staff mustn't force him out of the delusional state he currently is in or else it could cause detrimental results.
To Dean, this institution is his hell, and all the staff in it, are the "monsters" he has to battle, besides Dr. Padalecki and Nurse Novak. Lately, he's been getting other patients in on his fantasy, such as their newest patients, Jack Kline and Claire Mills. Hopefully, Dr.Padalecki will reach a break through with his patient.
Ending #3:
After Sam passed his bar exam with flying colors, he became one of the top attorneys on the West Coast. He moved down to San Francisco with his wife, Jess, and lived a life far from his supernatural past. He had not spoke to his brother or father in years, and was mainly focused on building a new identity for himself.
That was until, he was offered one strange case for murder. Sam didn't have time to read the file, but his assistant said his could be one of his biggest cases. The man being charged was filmed stabbing someone, but apparently he claims that wasn't him. Though his assistant warned him there's a low chance of winning considering there's literal footage of the incident, Sam was thrilled for a real challenge. All his clients in the past were acquitted, they were all too easy. For some reason, he was willing to believe this client.
Sam drove up to the local police station, his folder in hand. "Hi, I have a client being held here," Sam said to the secretary at the front desk, "His name is... Ted Nugent."
"Oh him..." the woman rolled her eyes, "Yeah he's down the hall to your left in the interrogation room."
Once Sam finally reached the interrogation room, he was shocked at the sight. "You've got to be kidding me," Sam muttered in disbelief. "I should've known by the name."
There sat his older brother, Dean Winchester, handcuffed to a chair, with his trademarked smirk plastered on his face. "Oh hell yeah, I'm definitely winning this case," Dean grinned, "Long time no see, little brother."
Ending #4: S13 Spoilers!
"So what inspired you to take your novels, and make them into a show?" Jimmy Kimmel asked.
Carver Edlund smiled. "Well, I got a call from one of the producers at Warner Bros. saying they had an open slot for a show on the WB network which is now the CW network. I was a little iffy about it, but I said, 'let's see how the auditions go and then I'll decide.' And Jimmy, when I saw Jensen and Jared's performance, I just knew this was it. These were my Winchester brothers brought to life. And ever since then it's just been an amazing adventure."
"Now I know in your novel, you eventually bring yourself into the story as a prophet named Chuck who eventually just goes missing. Now obviously, the show continued off after your last book and revealed that "Chuck" was actually God all along. What was the motivation behind that?"
"Well ya know I just love myself that much," Carver chuckled, "No, actually we planned to leave that ambiguous after season 5, which was where my series really ended. But then after reading fan's theories and speculations, I thought, why not make Chuck God? In all seriousness though, beyond just the scope of the supernatural, 'Chuck' being God is me breaking the fourth wall. He's writing this story about their lives, writing the Winchester Gospels and in a way, controlling their fate, as God would or in this case, myself."
"Ya know, that's what I like about the show so much. How you break that 4th wall in such a subtle way," Kimmel remarked.
"Thank you," Carver smiled.
"So I just gotta ask before you go, what are your plans for season 14? I mean, with Dean now being Michael's vessel and all, how's team free will getting out of this one?"
Carver shrugged, "Looks like you'll just have to wait and see, Jimmy."
"Ya hear that everybody? Edlund's not spoiling anything for us," Kimmel gives the audience a fake pout and then claps, "Well everybody give a hand for Carver Edlund. It was great having you."
Carver shook Jimmy's hand before waving to the audience on his way backstage. He sighed in relief once the cameras were gone. Carver walked back to his dressing room, where his sister stood waiting. "You did great out there God," she smiled.
"Thank you, Amara," he returned a smile, "But I told you to call me Chuck."
"Are you ready to go back?"
"Yes, first lets stop by Heaven."
Ending #5:
Castiel was led into a large facility, taken to a room where one side was entirely glass, giving him an amazing view of the city. He was still confused as to why he was there. A week ago, he got a letter telling him to go to this address. There was no explanation, except that his presence was needed for something extremely urgent. Sam and Dean offered to go with him as back up, just in case it was some sort of trap, but we're stopped at the security in the lobby.
Castiel looked around the room, eventually noticing a group of people sitting at a table staring at him. They all looked familiar, like something he'd seen on the television that Dean showed him, but he couldn't put names to faces. On the far left, sat a woman with short, vibrant red hair in a slim-fitting black suit. Next to her was a man with dirty blonde spikey hair and arrows clung across his back. Beside him, stood a rather normal looking man with curly hair dressed in a lab coat. On his left, was a man with neatly cut blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a suit that resembled the Puerto Rican flag. Maybe his name was Captain Puerto Rico? No that didn't sound right. Beside him was a man with short black hair, somehow fit into a gold and red suit with its core glowing in a circle on his chest. And last on the other end, was a buff man with long blond hair wearing a cape and holding a large hammer. Nope. Yeah he had no clue who there people were.
Eventually, a man with an eye patch walked into the room, immediately focused on Castiel. "You must be Castiel, the 'angel of the Lord'. Welcome."
"Um...hello?" He tilted his head. "Who are you?"
"My name is Nick Fury, Director of S.H.I.E.L.D.," he introduced.
"Well hello Nick Fury," he greeted, "I'm not entirely sure what S.H.I.E.L.D. is or why I was invited here but I'm delighted to meet your acquaintance."
"I'm here to talk to you about the Avengers Initiative."
