Dean- he will gently shake your shoulder and kiss your neck until you wake up.

Sam- he will go on a run first, then come home and shower. Then he just strokes your hair and cuddles with you until you wake up, where he immediately says "good morning sunshine" in your ear.

Castiel- the poor, innocent angel doesn't ever know how to properly wake you up or what time, so he lets you wake yourself up. But, if he ever feels really lonely and just wants to hear your voice, he gets in your bed and presses his head under your chin. He grabs your hand, rubs his thumb over your knuckles, and says 'wake up' until your awake. You never have the heart to get mad at the innocent and content eyes of the angel, so you just pet his hair and say "I'm awake now Cassie."

Gabriel- usually he wakes you up after you kick him particularly hard on accident. Then you feel bad, so he says that he is completely okay between gentle kisses. But, on a rare occasion that you don't kick him that hard and don't want to get up, he'll gently tickle you until you promise you're awake.

Michael- he waits until a reasonable time, about 10 or 11, and then he jumps in your bed and hugs your waist. "Wake up!" He cries with soft laughter, nuzzling his face into your neck. You groan and whine, not wanting to wake up, but one look into those bright, happy, green eyes of his, and you just can't say no. I mean, how could you, when he just looks so excited that your up?

Lucifer- He loves to sing. That means he's always listening to music. In the mornings, he turns on the radio quietly and sings along with all the songs, since he knows all the lyrics. You always wake up to his beautiful voice, but you pretend to be asleep for a couple songs so you can listen to him.

Crowley- you always wake up first, so you end up just playing with his shirt until he wakes up. When he wakes up, you could've been laying there for hours, playing games on your phone, reading a book, listening to music. You never cared, you just would rest your head on his chest and cuddle with him until his eyes opened and he said "good morning" in a heavy scottish accent.
