Being the youngest Winchester can be tough. Not only do you have to deal with two overprotective brothers, no, you have to deal with them treating you like a child.

It's insulting.

Often, they overlook your capabilities.

That's why they were scared to introduce you to Gabriel.

The archangel-turned-fake-trickster followed the two brothers around for awhile, showing up when they least expected it. Granted, he never came into the bunker which is where you spend most of your days.

Eventually, they had to go back home, and they just knew that Gabe would be a nuisance.

They were right.

Resting your head on your arms, you lie on the floor, relishing the cold ground. You find it refreshing to just collapse on the floor randomly. It's not like anyone's here to judge you.

The door to the outside world opens, revealing Sam and Dean. They must have just gotten back from their latest hunt. You hadn't been allowed to go, which irritated you to no end.

"Heya chums," you greet, "Bring any chocolate?"

Sam raises his eyebrows questioningly as he steps around your form. Dean shakes his head, "Nah, got some pie though."

You groan.

"Since when don't you like pie?" Dean asks as he sets his bag down and opens it to reveal the boxed pie.

You roll onto your stomach, "I like pie, but I want chocolate. Nay, I need it. It's my life force."

"Chocolate is your life force?" Sam echoes, with a smirk.

You nod and wiggle your feet, "Uh-huh. Useless without it."

Dean snorts and tosses his shoe near your head. Disgusted, you stand up and walk to the kitchen.

Sam and Dean ask how your day went and tell you how the hunt went. You retrieve the Nutella from the pantry as you speak, also grabbing a spoon.

"What are you doing?"

You plop down at the table and open the bottle before sliding the spoon in to gather the chocolatey goodness.

Staring Sam straight in the eye, you place the spoon into your mouth, eating the chocolate spread.

His face scrunches in disgust, "Ew, seriously?"

Before you can respond, someone pops in unannounced.

"Hey buckos!"

You turn in shock, spoon still in mouth, to face the newcomer. He has nice features and whiskey coloured eyes with medium length brown hair.

He's flipping gorgeous!

Sam and Dean tense but remain seated, "Gabriel, what are you doing here?"

His lips tilt upwards in a grin, "Thought I'd check up on you bozos."

You look in confusion to your brothers, taking the spoon out of you mouth, "Wait, you know him?!"

Sam sighs, "Yeah, he's Gabriel."

"The archangel?!"

"Yup."

"You got it, Sweets," he winks and you find yourself suppressing a blush.

"Nutella, nice choice," he comments, sitting right beside you on the table.

Mortified, you look at the spoon still in your hand. There's still some chocolate stuck to it.

With a snap, another utensil appears in the angel's hand. He smirks and eats some Nutella.

"Seriously, you too?" Sam groans before heading into the kitchen.

"Anyways," Gabriel drawls, "Who're you?"

"Oh, um-"

"Nobody," Dean is swift to answer, determined to try to protect you.

Glaring at Dean, you straighten in your seat, slightly embarrassed. He's just gonna pretend you don't exist?

Gabriel's eyes narrow, "That's not very nice, Deano. I'm sure she doesn't appreciate you speaking for her."

Your heart flutters. This stranger just stood up for you against Dean.

Gabriel turns to you expectantly.

"I'm Y/n, the youngest Winchester," you say, shrinking underneath Dean's withering gaze.

"Nice to meet you, Y/n. Why haven't I seen you around before?" He finishes his Nutella and a lollipop appears in his hand.

Enthralled, you stare at him in amazement. Cas has never made anything appear out of thin air before.

Then you remember he asked a question.

"My brothers don't like me hunting, so I stay here and, uh, research and stuff," you explain, embarrassed again.

He quirks a brow, "Huh, that explains it. So you're like a prisoner?"

You stutter, never having looked at it that way before.

Dean, outraged, stands up in protest, "Hey, feather-face! She's not a prisoner!"

"Really?" He asks in amusement, "Then let her go on a hunt, or to a movie, or anything."

Dean grits his teeth, glaring daggers at the smiling archangel. "It's to protect her."

He laughs, "You know how pathetic that sounds? It's hilarious!"

By this point, Dean and Sam are standing facing Gabriel who stands beside you.

You raise your hands, "Guys, please-"

"Do you feel like a prisoner, Y/n?" Sam questions, less angry than Dean.

You shrug but don't say anything.

Honestly, sometimes you do feel trapped here in the bunker, set apart from the world. You'd never dare say that to your family, though, since you know they're only trying to protect you.

Gabe's lips twitch in victory, "That's practically a yes. See you chums later!"

He grabs your hand and you disappear from the bunker.

"Ahh!" You squeak as you come to rest on solid ground. "Where are we?! Why'd you do that?"

"You needed to get out of the house," he shrugs. "Besides, those guys were ruining everything."

Inhaling deeply, you look around and find yourself on a busy street, "Where are we?"

He smirks, "This is Wichita, Kansas."

"Why here?"

"It's honestly the first place to come to mind. Where do you wanna go? Anywhere in the world. Hell, in the universe!"

You pause in thought, "Is this one trip only or can I request multiple places?"

He laughs and nudges your shoulder before handing you a sucker, "We can go everywhere, if you want, it just might take a bit longer than one trip."

You smile widely before frowning, "Um, can we tell Sam and Dean first, I don't want them to worry."

"Sure thing, Sweets," he winks.
