This is for all my Sammy people!Imagine: Sam and Castiel are fighting over you and Dean settles it by making you say who you want to be with, you pick Sam and then Cas gets really upset but Sam lets Cas take you to dinner so that he can slowly get used to the fact your not Cas's and so he isn't as upset as he was and is happy for the choice you made.You, Dean, Sam, and Cas had just gotten off of a hunt. You had taken down a large group of demons. You ended up getting hurt and were walking out to the Impala when Sam and Cas started arguing. "Why weren't you there to protect her?" Cas asked. "Why weren't you? Aren't angels supposed to protect people?" Sam replied. Cas glared at Sam. "Yeah, well I thought that was what hunters did as well, but judging clearly wrong," Cas snapped back. Dean opened the drivers' seat to the Impala. "Guys, lets just go," Dean said."No, I'm tired of Cas always thinking he is better than me," Sam said. "Well I wouldn't think that if it wasn't true," Cas said. "It's not true! If it was than you would have protected Y/N!" Sam shouted. This only caused Cas to yell back and pretty soon they were shouting at each other. "Guys," Dean said calmly, but they couldn't hear over their yells. Dean tried to get their attention a couple more times but when that failed he slammed the door to the Impala shut and yelled, "Will you stop fighting?! I'm sick of it!" Sam and Cas were silent for a few moments. "Day after day you guys fight, and I'm done with it," Dean said. "Y/N chose between them." "I can't," you said. "Please. You can't lead them both on," Dean said. You sighed and after a few moments of contemplation, you said, "I'm sorry Cas, I choose Sam." The look on Cas' face made you feel like you wanted to cry. Cas flew off without a good-bye. You and Sam were together for two weeks and you couldn't be happier. Sam understood you, and he knew how to make you laugh. He was a gentleman and honestly, you were falling hard for him. Still, every night while Sam was sleeping, you prayed to Cas. You hoped Cas would come back. Even though you were happy with Sam, you missed Cas. One night, you were praying to Cas when Sam caught you. "What are you doing Y/N?" Sam asked. "I'm, uh, praying to Cas," you said quietly. Sam sat up a little. "What? You aren't having second thoughts about us are you?" Sam asked, with a bit of panic in his voice. "No, no! I just miss Cas as my friend," you reassured Sam. He let out a sigh of relief and you cuddled into him. You fell asleep a few minutes later and Sam snuck away. Sam woke Dean up and made him pray to Cas. Dean refused at first but finally agreed. Cas came and wad about to leave when Sam begged him to stay. "Why?" Cas asked. "Because I want you to take Y/N to dinner," Sam said. Cas furrowed his eyebrows and tilted his head to the side. "I don't understand," Cas said. "She misses you," Sam said. Cas nodded and said, "Okay." Sam woke you up the next day and told you everything that had happened. You nodded your head and thanked Sam for doing this for you. A few hours later, and Cas was ready to take you to dinner. You were going to drive, but Cas insisted on flying to the diner. You agreed and arrived at a small diner almost instantly. You smiled and sat down at a booth. You and Cas started out at an awkward start, but pretty soon, you guys started to talking more comfortably. Even though you were careful not to bring up Sam, Cas knew Sam made you happy, and even though it hurt him, he knew you and Sam were meant to be. You stood up to leave the diner when it was about 10:00 at night. Cas stood up and smiled at you. "What?" you asked. "I can see how happy he makes you. And I just wanted to let you know that I am happy for you Y/N," Cas said. You smiled and hugged Cas. "Are you going to be alright?" you asked Cas. He nodded his head and said, "We will always be together in my heaven, and that's all I need to hold on to." You gave Cas a sympathetic smile and he kissed you on your cheek. "Goodnight Y/N," he whispered to you. "Goodnight Cas," you told him. With that you heard a flap of his wings and Cas was gone.Hello my little monsters.
