Dean Imagine

Imagine: You are Dean's daughter and you get injured on a hunt and have to be taken to a hospital.
You were fifteen years old, and the daughter of the infamous Dean Winchester. You were born from one of Dean's one night stands, but your mother wasn't able to support you, so she left you on Dean's doorstep with a letter.
Dean took you in and raised You, but even though hunting was his lifestyle, he was determined to keep you away from it all as long as possible. After the way Dean and Sam were raised, Dean wanted you to have a normal childhood.
Surprisingly enough, Dean got his wish. You had a pretty normal childhood, except for the fact that your Uncle Cas was an angel and your father and Uncle Sammy were hunters. But, you never hunted a day in your life.
In middle school, you got curious of your father's lifestyle. You started reading the lore books in the Bunker, and researched and took notes on every creature you had ever heard of. You started asking Cas and Sammy questions about hunting, but, because of Dean's wishes, they gave you single answers. So, soon you started asking Dean these questions.
Dean, not wanting to shut his daughter out, did his best to answer your questions without going into too much detail. By freshman year in high school, you had required a lot of information about the supernatural.
You felt like you were ready to go on your first hunt. So, nervous, you went to Dean. "Hey, dad," you said walking into the dining room, where he was eating breakfast. "Hey, what's up sweetie?" Dean asked. "Nothing much, just had a quick question," you replied, sitting down at the table.
"Okay, what is it?" Dean asked. "Well you know that I wouldn't do anything without thinking about it a lot, and that I am an extremely cautious person," you told him. "You have a boyfriend, don't you? Sammy! Get my shotgun," Dean said.
You chuckled slightly at your father. "No, dad, I want to go on a hunt," you told Dean. Dean's face fell, and his jaw dropped. "What?" Dean questioned. "I want to go on a hunt dad, you know, like you do," you replied.
"Why would you want to go on a hunt? Why don't you just want to stay here, where it's fun, and safe," Dean said. "Dad, please, I'm old enough now, and I know how to shoot and knife," you replied giving him puppy eyes.
Dean just stared at you as Sammy came into the room, with Dean's shotgun. "What's going on?" Sam asked frantically. "Y/N wants to go on a hunt," Dean replied. "What?" Sam asked.
"I know, that's what I said," Dean told his brother. "No, I mean why did I have to get your shotgun for that," Sam explained. Dean opened his mouth as if he was about to speak, and then realizing what Sam said, he closed his mouth and looked at his brother, with the word "Really?" written all over his face.
"Uncle Sammy would you let me go on a hunt with you?" you asked Sam. Sam looked puzzled for a moment and replied, "Look, Y/N, I'm not your father, and Dean doesn't want you to go on a hunt, so we should respect that."
You let out a small sigh, and then turned back to Dean. "Dad, please let me go. We can bring Uncle Cas for protection, and this would really make me happy," You told him, exaggerating the word really.
Dean let out a small sigh, and finally agreed to letting you go, because he would do anything to make his little girl happy. "Sammy, go see if there are any cases, please," Dean told his brother.
Sam looked between you and Dean and then nodded his head and left. You smiled at your father and gave him a tight hug. "Thank you," you told him. "Your welcome," Dean replied.
You sat in your room for about an hour when Dean came into your room. "Sammy found a case, and we are getting ready to go," he said. You jumped off your bed with a huge smile and asked, "Really?" Dean nodded his head and you looked around your room.
"What do I bring?" you questioned your father. "Nothing, Sammy and I have got you covered, but change into something tactical," Dean replied. You nodded your head and hugged Dean again.
You quickly changed into some comfortable clothes that you could move around in, and then went downstairs into the living room of the Bunker. When you got there, Dean and Sam were already ready. "Ready?" Sam asked. "Yes," you replied with a smile.
"Are you sure you want to do this? Because, you know, there is no shame in backing down," Dean told you. You chuckled slightly and said, "I want to do this dad." Dean let out a small sigh and said, "Okay fine. Let's get in the car." You nodded and Dean and Sam loaded the stuff into the trunk.
You sat in the back while Sam and Dean sat in front. Dean drove off, and for about ten minutes you and Dean rocked out to some Classic Rock, while Sam laughed at the two of you. Then, all of a sudden, You heard a voice say, "What's that case."
You jumped and looked to your right to see your Uncle Cas right next to you. "Uncle Cas! You came," you said with a smile. "Yes, I did. But what are you doing here?" Cas asked. "Dad's letting me go on my first hunt," you said excitedly.
Cas smiled at you and then looked to Dean. "Dean, do you know how dangerous this is?" Cas asked. Dean nodded his head and said, "I just didn't want to disappoint her. Besides, it's a simple demon case, and you're here."
Cas looked at Dean and asked, "So, you think that because I'm an angel and I'm here Y/N will be safe?" Dean shrugged his shoulders and slightly nodded his head, and Cas scoffed a bit. Feeling awkward, you tried to change the subject.
"So, how far away is the case?" you asked your father. "About another hour from here, luckily, Sammy found a close one," Dean replied, with a polite smile. The rest of the car ride was spent formulating a plan against the demon, and going over tactical and effective ways to kill a demon.
You soon arrived at the town, and excitement grew in you as Dean advanced towards the abandoned factory the demon was hiding out in. The signs of the demon all pointed to an old energy factory located on the outskirts of the town.
After about another twenty minutes, Dean drove up to the building. He parked the car in the back, and you all piled out of the car. Dean handed Sam a gun, and then handed you one before grabbing on himself and shutting the trunk to the Impala.
"Are you ready?" Dean asked you quietly. You nodded your head and asked, "How many demons are going to be in there?" You looked to Sam and said, "The signs point to only one demon, but we can't know for sure."
You nodded your head, took a deep breath in, and said, "Let's go." You followed behind Dean and Sam as they led you inside the building, and Cas stayed behind you in case anything tried to sneak up on you.
You cautiously and firmly held your gun in your hand, and you all made your way throughout the building. You soon reached a large room that looked like a laboratory. There were a few different tables that help scientific glass containers, and there was a door in the back that had different experiments in them.
The light in the room was dim, and started to flicker on and off. "The demon is close, be prepared," your dad whispered to you. You nodded your head, and then the door to the room flew open.
In walked the demon, and Dean and Sam immediately started to shoot at it, but just as they did, the door in the back of he room that was supposed to contain "experiments" flew open and out walked ten demons.
Sam took care of the first one while you, Dean, and Cas tried to fight off the other one. But as you tried to shoot one of the demons, another one came up behind you, and stabbed you with a knife.
It was long enough to go through your back, and into your stomach. You inhaled loudly and when the demon pulled the dagger out, you fell to the ground. You heard you dad yell, and they trio continued to kill all of the demons. This time in rage.
After a few more seconds, Dean was by your side. "Y/N, honey, you have got to stay alive, okay. Uncle Cas, he's going to take care of you, but you need to just keep your beautiful E/C eyes open for me, okay?" Dean told you, trying to comfort you with his voice.
Cas cleared his throat and said, "Dean, you know I am weak. I don't have enough power to save her, but I have enough power to heal her enough to keep her alive until we get to a hospital, but we have to hurry." Dean nodded his head and he and Sam carefully lifted you up.
Cas sat in the back, and Dean carefully draped you over his lap. Sam drove knowing that Dean couldn't, and as Sam started driving Cas started healing you. Everyone was scared for your life, even you.
Dean had tears streaming down his eyes, and Cas had watery eyes as he tried to heal you as best as he could. Sam let a couple of tears fall from his eyes, but quickly wiped them away because they started to block his vision and he was the only who could drive right now.
You soon all arrived at the hospital. You were barely alive and Cas could feel you slipping away from the living with every breath, which only made him more scared. Cas lifted you up and you all ran into the emergency room.
A couple of doctors and nurses rushed over to you and you heard one of the surgeons there say, "Hurry, we need to take her to an OR. She's losing a lot of blood. Come on people! Move!" Dean, Sam, and Cas watched as they rushed you to an OR.
They all had some of your blood on them, because they all made an effort to carry you. They stood there in the middle of the emergency room looking at the spot where you were only moments ago.
A nurse suddenly came up to them and said, "I'm sorry, but you guys can't stand here, it blocks the doctor's way in case of an emergency. I can escort you to the waiting room, if you'd like." Sam nodded his head, and they all slowly followed the nurse to the waiting room.
When the got there, they all sat down, and Dean continued to cry for fear of losing his little baby girl. Cas and Sam had a few tears still in their eyes but they knew they had to be brave for Dean. After several hour, the doctor came back into the waiting room.
"Where is the family of Y/N Y/L/N?" he asked. Dean stood up and the doctor walked over to them. He motioned for Dean to sit down as he took a seat himself. "The surgery wasn't an easy one. The knife wound caused a lot of internal damage, and the cause a lot of complications. Y/N did pull through the surgery, however, she is in a coma, and we don't know when, or even if, she will wake up," the doctor said, sounding sincerely sorry.
"Can we see her?" Dean asked. The doctor nodded his head, and led the three of them to the room you were in. The doctor then left, and Dean sat down next to you. He pulled the chair as close as he could to the bed and held your hand.
Sam and Cas found chairs in the corner of the room and stayed silent, not sure what they could say, if they could say anything, to make Dean feel better.
"Y/N, it's me, your dad. The doctors don't seem to think that your gonna wake up. But they're wrong, I know they're wrong, because you wouldn't leave me. We're a team, right? You can make it through this, and I promise I won't let anything bad happen to you ever again, okay? Just please, open your beautiful eyes, sweetie. Just open your eyes, and everything will be okay," Dean whispered to you, even though Sammy and Cas heard all of it.
Dean looked and watched you as if he had expected you to wake up at the sound of his voice, and when you didn't he dropped his head on to your arm, and silently cried. Then all of a sudden, Dean saw one of your fingers twitch.
"Did you guys see that?" Dean asked Sam and Cas. "See what?" Sam asked. "She moved one of her fingers. You guys didn't see it?" Dean asked them. They both shook their heads no, and looked at each other.
Dean didn't even have to ask to know what they were both thinking. They both thought that because Dean really wanted you to, that he "thought" he saw you move a finger, but Dean was going to prove them wrong.
"Just keep her fingers," Dean said in a slightly demanding voice. Cas let out a small sigh, but, nonetheless, they all stared intently at your hand. "Okay, honey, do it again," Dean said, begging you with his voice.
They all stared at your hand for a couple of minutes when you moved another one of your fingers. They all looked at each other and smiled. You hummed slightly and then fluttered open your eyes.
The first person you saw was Dean. His eyes were red and puffy from crying so much. "Dad?" you asked, your eyes fighting to stay open from the exhaustion that consumed you. "That's right sweetie, I'm here," Dean said, crying tears of joy, and hugging you.
Sam and Cas walked closer to you, and you smiled seeing that they were there. "Uncle Sam and Uncle Cas!" you said with a warm smile. They both hugged you and Sam said, "You scared us, Y/N." "Don't ever do that again," Cas chimed in.
You laughed and smiled at your family. Sam got a doctor, and soon they came in. They checked your vitals, and wondered how you were awake, and when they were done they said, "Well I don't know how you did, but you seem to be perfectly fine, in the sense that you won't die. However, you are on bed rest for the next few weeks at least."
You smiled and thanked them, and they left. Then, you looked at your dad and asked, "So, when's my next hunt?" Dean looked at you with stern eyes and you smirked a bit. Cas slightly smiled at the small joke you made and said, "Well, Dean, she wouldn't be your daughter if she didn't know how to make a joke."
