Imagine: Dean proposes at the beach.

(Y/F/N = Your full name)

The first time you met Dean was on a hunt. Dean and Sam had come to Bobby for help with a case, but little did they know that you, Bobby's honorary daughter, were visiting him that same weekend. You and Bobby were just talking, catching up on what the two of you had been doing when there was a knock on Bobby's door. You glanced at Bobby before standing up and walking over to the door.

You opened it and saw two men. One was tall with long hair and hazel eyes,  and the other...he was perfect. His body was perfectly sculpted with a sharp jawline and emerald green eyes.  He had brown hair, and was wearing a look of shock as he stared at you.  You couldn't help but stare back, your eyes never leaving his.

Suddenly, the moment was ruined when the taller one cleared his throat, and asked, "Who are you?" You looked at him and let a smirk dance on your lips. "I could ask you the same question," you replied.  "Where's Bobby?" the taller one, again, questioned, the other one staying quiet. "He's inside, why?" you responded, but before either one of them could answer, Bobby came to the door, asking, "Y/N, what the hell is taking so long?"

Bobby looked out the door and onto his porch, looking at the two men.  "Aw, hell, it must be bad if the two of you are here," Bobby told them. You looked at Bobby confused and he said,  "Well, I'll let you introduce yourselves while I go get ready for whatever you two idjits did this time. " You chuckled as Bobby walked away, and you gave the men a warm smile.

"I'm Y/N," you told them extending your hand. The one who had stayed quiet was the first to take it, giving back the warm smile, and saying, "I'm Dean." You tried to keep a blush from rising on your cheeks as Dean winked at you. Neither you nor Dean let go of each other other's hand until the other man cleared his throat. You moved your eyes from Dean's to the other one. "I'm Sam," he stated with a smile, offering his hand to you.  That's when you, hesitantly, took your hand from Dean's to shake Sam's.

After a moment you let go of Sam's hand and said,  "Well, come on in." Dean gave you a smile in response, before he and Sam entered the house. You all walked into Bobby's dining room where he had cleared the table,  and you took a seat. Dean sat down next to you, and Bobby and Sam sat down next to each other, across from you and Dean.

"So, what happened now?" Bobby asked Dean and Sam. "There's this case that me and Sammy have been trying to take care of, and we need some help," Dean stated. "What is it?" you asked. "A vampire nest. We've been tracking them through several states, but they have always been one step ahead of us, and we don't know how. But now, they are here, in South Dakota, and we need your help to stop them before they leave again," Sam explained, and you tugged at your lip as you tried to formulate a plan inside your head.

Dean glanced at you, and he found the way you bit your lip completely adorable. But, he had to focus. This was just a little crush, right? Nothing he couldn't handle...and nothing he couldn't get over. At least, that's what he wanted to believe.

"So, they somehow know that you have been tracking them, and every time you enter the same town they were in, they were already gone, correct?" you asked, and Dean and Sam nodded their heads. "What do you drive, Dean?" you asked, looking into his eyes again, but forcing yourself not to get lost in them, and to focus on his answer.

"A 1967 Chevy Impala," Dean answered, proudly. "Mind if I check it out?" you asked. Dean shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Sure, I'll take you out." You and Dean then stood up, and he led the way to the car. "Where do you keep your hunting stuff?" you asked, as you reached the car. "In the trunk," Dean told you, opening it.

You looked through their various hunting supplies, until you found a briefcase. You opened it, and inside, there was over two dozen viles of blood. "What is this?" you asked. "Various types of blood used to summon different things. There is demon blood, werewolf blood, and human blood," Dean answered honestly.

"Dean, the vampires can smell the blood, it's what they're running from. They think you are trying to lure them out with it. You want to stop them, keep the blood out of the car," you told him, and he quirked an eyebrow at the information you told him.

He then looked into your eyes, and said, "Thanks." You nodded your head, and gave him a small smile. Then, there was a moment of silence. "Hey, do you want to come on the hunt with us," Dean asked quietly, a bit nervous of what'd you say. Your eyes lit up at the thought and you happily replied, "I thought you'd never ask."

Dean let out a chuckle, and then you closed the briefcase. You picked it up, and carried it inside, with Dean following suit. You set the briefcase down on the floor in the living room, and then walked back into the dining room where Sam and Bobby were still there waiting.

"Find anything interesting in the car?" Sam asked. "Yeah, the vampires were able to smell the briefcase of blood that was in your car. We took it out. We should be able to sneak up on them now," you answered. "Great, because Bobby and I found the location of the nest," Sam informed you and Dean.

"Really? Great. Where are they hiding out?" Dean asked. "If you could take one guess, where would you say they were?" Bobby responded. "An abandoned building, possibly a warehouse, that's always where monsters hide out," you replied. "Exactly," Bobby smirked, proud of the hunter you have become.

"What city are they in?" Dean asked. "Deadwood," Sam replied. "That's about five and a half hours from here. If we leave now, we can make it by nightfall which means the nest will be asleep. We can sneak in and out," you stated, and they all agreed. "Great, let's go," Dean told the group.

You looked at Bobby, and he gave you a small smile. You grabbed your two machetes from your bag, and Bobby grabbed his. You got into the car, sitting in the back with Sam, since Bobby wanted to sit up front, and well since he was an old man, they kind of had to listen to him.

You looked over at Sam, his knees basically touching his chin. "A little cramped?" you teased. Sam chuckled and nodded his head, saying, "There's not much space back here." You laughed and attempted to help him out by offering to let him stretch his legs out over you. He gladly did, and you saw Dean glare at him through the mirror.

You smirked a little and enjoyed listening to Dean's music and Sam's and Bobby's complaints for the rest of the way. When you all finally started to approach the area, you all perked up a bit. Dean parked a little ways from the warehouse, so that the vampires couldn't see the car coming.

You all walked to the warehouse, and Dean walked close to you. "Ready for this?" he asked you. "Of course," you replied. You then all approached the door, and  you quietly and carefully slid it open. Once inside, you all swiftly and silently cut off all of the heads of the vampires, completely annihilating the nest.

Once you were all done, you gave a sigh of relief that the job was done, then you all wiped the blood off your faces. "Sam and I will take care of the bodies, Y/N, Dean, why don't you go outside and take a breath," Bobby told you and Dean, giving Dean a knowing look.

You looked at Dean confused, but he just smiled at Bobby and led you outside. "What was that about?" you asked Dean. "I think Bobby knew that I wanted to do something," Dean replied as you approached the car, it had started to rain a little bit, but you didn't care, it was washing the blood off anyways.

"What did you want to do?" you questioned, quirking an eyebrow and giving him a smirk. Dean paused for a moment and then told you, "I wanted to ask you out on a date." You smiled and replied, "Dean, I would love to go on a date with you." Dean smiled happily, and you took a few steps closer to him so that you were only a couple of inches apart.

You then looked up, your eyes meeting his. "Is that all you wanted to do?" you asked Dean, and he tugged at his lip, shaking his head no. "I also wanted to do this," he said before pulling you into a passionate kiss which you immediately returned. That was the start of a perfect relationship.

One year later, you and Dean were the happiest couple alive, despite the fact you were hunters. You stayed with the Winchesters, and as often as you could, Dean took you out on dates. As a matter of fact, you and Dean had planned to have another one tomorrow morning.

Dean didn't tell you what time the date was or where you were going -- he said it was an absolute surprise. You didn't mind the surprise though. You needed one after the night you had tonight. You, Dean and Sammy had just finished a salt and burn case in San Antonio, Texas, and it had been a hard one.

You were so happy that later that night you were able to cuddle up with Dean and get a good night's rest. You both slept in the next morning and happily woke up to each other at around twelve. You stayed in bed for another hour and then went out to a restaurant and had breakfast. You came back to the motel and took a shower together, getting ready for your date.

By the time you and Dean had finished getting ready, it was about four o'clock. You were wearing a super cute white sundress with some make-up and your hair down, flowing perfectly. Dean took your hand, leading you to the Impala, telling you how gorgeous you looked.

Dean continued to compliment you  throughout the whole drive. You had spent about two and a half hours in the car, and you were beginning to get a bit worried that Dean was lost, but that was when he pulled up to the Texas Beach -- Port Aransas. It looked absolutely beautiful there. Dean parked the car, and there was no one else there, making it perfectly peaceful.

"Dean, what are we doing here?" you asked. Dean just smiled and interlaced his fingers with yours. "Come on," he coaxed, leading you to a patch where there were gorgeous flowers. The flowers surrounded you and Dean, yet you were still on the sandy part, giving you a perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico, as the sun started to set on the horizon.

Dean then faced you and gave you a loving smile. "Dean, what are you doing?" you asked him, but you went speechless when Dean went down on one knee and pulled out a ring. "Dean...," you started, but he cut you off.

"Y/N, I've loved you since the first time I saw you. And this ring, and these words, are just a way to show the rest of the world what's been in my heart for as long as I've known you. I love you, Y/ F/N, and someday this beach might wash away...the oceans may dry, and the sun could dim, but on that day, I will still be loving you, Y/N. Always and forever, and I want forever to start today. So, will you do me the honor of marrying me?" Dean told you.

You smiled happily as you nodded your head. Dean chuckled and stood up, and you jumped into his arms, pulling him into a kiss. When you both finally broke away, you told Dean, "Yes, of course I will marry you." Dean then joyfully slipped the ring on your finger and pulled you into another kiss, more than excited to start his new life with you, one that he knew would be full of love and laughter.
