Being in a relationship with an angel was never a simple task. There was always something going on or someone trying to kidnap you. There was barely anytime for little happy moments, so when you got them you cherished them forever.
Well, Castiel was a little down. He felt as though he failed his brothers and sisters because of a damn mission that the entirety of Heaven couldn't finish in the time they gave him. It simply wasn't fair and poor Cas felt horrible about it.
On the other hand, you had great news!
A couple nights back, you and Cas got a little heated and forgot one thing. Protection. So, just to make sure, you took a pregnancy test. It was positive, and you missed your period, so you new that you were having a little angel. You were going to tell him the day you found out, but he had already left. So when he came back, you had the perfect news to cheer him up.
Castiel was looking at the ground, seeming to be down, when you walked in. You sat next to him and kissed his cheek gently. "Hey baby."
"Hello y/n. How are you?" he asked.
"I'm awesome! How about you?" You asked happily.
"I'm fine," he said. You gave him 'the look'. "I am a little disappointed in myself."
"Well, here's something to cheer you up," you smiled. "... I'm..." You built up suspense but he didn't look up. "I'm pregnant baby. With your kid." He immediately looked up, astonished. He jumped up, a smile gracing his angelic face, and spun you around, laughing. "You excited??"
"Yes! Yes I am!" He cried. "A child..."
"Your child, silly!" You laughed. "Come on, we have to plan."
"Love, we have nine months, and I have something that I want to ask you too. I will be right back." He sped out of the room. When he came back, he kneeled down in front of you, holding a black box. "Y/n, we've been dating for a while now, and I've always felt happy with you. We rarely fight and I can see this happening, but I need your permission. Y/n l/n... Will you marry me?"
