How You Meet

Dean

You were working the late shift at the local bar. You were the only bartender there and just happened to be a beautiful woman. So every time a man came up to get a drink, they'd try to ask you out. The vulgar jerks were pretty calm for once, and it was a pretty dull night, until a man you've never seen before walked in. He sat down at the end of the bar.

"What can I get you?" You asked, moving to him. You saw in his body and face that he was worn and tired. You figured he'd want something strong so you reached for your strongest drink.

"What's the strongest you've got?" The man asked, like you figured. You poured him a glass.

"You seem like you need it."

"Yeah, I do." He chuckled humorlessly and drank what I poured. Once he finished his glass he looked up at you and you were able to practically see him switch into flirt mode. "My name is Dean. What's yours?" He flashed a smile at you. It was quite breathtaking.

"(Y/N). Nice to meet you Dean. Excuse me now." You smiled back and turned to tend to other men. You could tell he was trouble. He might be an attractive man, but you were not an easy woman. Hs charm wouldn't work on you so quickly.

Sam

You were a librarian. It might not seem interesting, but you were an expert on all things mythical and historical. It wasn't very useful in your daily life but it made you happy. It was lonely in the library especially when it was so late and five minutes away from closing. No one was there, until a very tall man walked in. he seemed to be in a rush, since he saw when you'd close. He spotted you behind your desk, and mad his way to you.

"Hello, do you have any books on mythical man eating winged creatures?" That wasn't what you expected the man to say at all.

"Yes, I believe we do. Follow me." You stood and led the man to the few books the library had. "These are all we have, but they are not available for checkout."

"Are you sure? These will be useful for the paper I'm writing." The man had grabbed two of the books. You looked up at him, you were now powerless. He had puppy dog eyes, extremely adorably at that.

"Well..."

"Sam."

"Well Sam, bring them back in the same condition and don't tell anyone, alright?"

"Thank you, uh..."

"(Y/N)"

"Thank you (Y/N)." With that Sam left with the books.

Castiel

You worked at a small convenient store. Not many people showed up there, but you were still working late into the night. This late you had seen some pretty odd people come in, but a man looking clueless, in a dirty trench coat was the weirdest. He went around the store grabbing things but he seemed like he wanted something specific.

"Sir, can I help you with anything?" you called as he knocked stuff over.

"Where is the pie?" He demanded in a low voice. It caught you off guard.

"Behind you?" The man turned to see the pie he was searching for. He looked pleased.

"Thank you ma'am."

"(Y/N), I'm not old enough to be called that yet." You chuckled as you rand up his basket of stuff.

"Castiel."

"Huh?"

"Is this not the part where I say my name?"

"Oh, well I guess it is." You smiled at the clueless man. "I hope you like your pie."

"Oh, I don't eat. It is for a man I was sent to protect." With that he was gone. You were very confused about that statement, but decided to let it go.

Crowley

Your family was everything to you. You would do anything for them, so when your parents and your little sister was in a car accident, you needed to do something to save them. You had read about summoning a crossroads demon, and were going to try it. You got everything ready and found a less traveled road with a crossroad. At first nothing happened, until someone spoke behind you.

"Hello darling." You spun around to see a man in a black suit. He had a British accent as he spoke. "The name's Crowley, what can I do for you?"

"I...uh..." You were nervous and not sure what to say.

"Well? Spit it out girl. I haven't got all day."

"Save my family. Please don't let them die." You quickly explained the comatose state your family was in. "Can you do it? Can you make them alright?"

"Of course, I'm a demon, it's what I do, love. You will only have one year until I come to collect payment."

"What payment?"

"You'll see then. Shall we seal the deal with a kiss?"

"Yes." You and the demon, Crowley kissed. It scared you a bit. You honestly had no idea what you had gotten yourself into.

Balthazar

You were a collector of strange and possibly cursed objects. You didn't believe in cursed objects though, so you had no issue with it all. Over the years people tried to steal your objects, but they always stayed away from the "cursed" objects, until you opened your storage locker to see a man holding one.

"Um... Just what do you think you're doing here?" You questioned the man that wasn't supposed to be there. He had your newest "cursed" object in his hands.

"A human like you shouldn't have this. It's cursed my dear, it could hurt you." the man replied in a French accent. He walked right past you and paid no mind to you as he did.

"Excuse me! That's mine you French freak!" You yelled taking the box from his hands.

"French freak? My name is Balthazar. Such a pretty woman with a temper, very attractive my dear." He took a step towards you, but you stepped away.

"Back off. This is mine, and I'd like you to go now."

"May I know the name of the lovely woman kicking me out?"

"(Y/N)"

"We shall meet again (Y/N)." with that, he was gone, but so was the "cursed" object.

Gabriel

You worked at the 24-hr ice cream/candy shop. It was a great job but your co-workers were jerks and so were a lot of your customers. You worked the night shift when all the drunks and creeps came. It was hard especially being the only worker there so late. No one tried anything but some were extremely creepy.

"Hello (Y/N)...Miss me?" it was a creep that was not allowed there anymore.

"Leave. I'll call the police if you stay." You were all alone with the creep. You slowly inched towards the phone since your cell phone was dead.

"They won't get here in time." He moved towards you, but suddenly he was gone. A different man was standing there. His eyes were the color of whiskey, so captivating and warm.

"Where did he go? Who are you?" you were even more freaked out now.

"Gabriel, I'm your guardian archangel of sorts." The man replied. "That guy is in a wormhole, he can't hurt you now."

"You're insane, but thank you, I think."

"You're welcome (Y/N). If you ever need help, just call."

"Call like a phone call?"

"Call my name silly girl." He then disappeared, leaving (your favorite candy bar) on the counter.

Lucifer

You were always known for having bad luck. Always at the wrong place at the wrong time. This time it was you stumbling on people dumping a body in an alley. They had instantly spotted you and went after you. So now here you are, hiding from some men.

"We just want to talk to you little girl." One of the men called. You were hiding behind a dumpster. You hoped they'd just go away.

"Come on! We need to find her!" Another yelled sounding really close to your hiding spot. It caused you to gasp. You thought no one heard it, until the dumpster was flung way like it was paper.

"Found ya!" The man grabbed you and picked you up and slammed you against the wall. He began to strangle you.

"Let her go." A sudden new voice said from behind the man. The man holding you loosened his grip and turned his head to look at the new man.

"But sir, this girl..."

"I told you to let her go!" The new man yelled. Instantly the man let you fall. "Leave us." With that, everyone but your savior disappeared. He helped you stand up, and looked at you to check for injuries.

"Thank you...?" You wearily said.

"My name is Lucifer."

"Mine is..."

"(Y/N), I know." He smirked at you then disappeared like he was never even there.

Kevin

You were the manager at a cheap motel in your small town. You saw a lot of gross and creepy people come in. what you never see is a mother and her son come in. the woman was paranoid but the son looked like he was just done with it.

"We need a room with two beds, and no neighbors. Got it?" the woman asked after splashing water on you.

"Okay, sure." You were beyond confused but gave her the key anyway. The woman walked away but her son didn't.

"I'm sorry about my mom. She's a little stressed out." The guy explained. You just smiled at him.

"So far tonight she's the most normal person who's come in, so it's fine."

"Kevin, come on!"

"Yeah, I'll be right there. Thank you for the room."

"You're welcome?" With a small smile the guy, Kevin turned and followed his mother. You just stood there wet from the water and confused.

Chuck

You stacked shelves at a liquor store. You paid attention to whoever entered. There was one specific guy who entered all of the time. He bought strong liquor, numerous bottles at the same time. It honestly was concerning you. You wanted to try to help this man or something.

"Hey, that guy is here again." One of your co-workers whispered to you. You spotted him and went over to him.

"Excuse me?" You said which caused the man to jump and almost drop the bottles of alcohol he had.

"Huh? Oh, um what?" The man stuttered out.

"Are you okay? You come in all the time and always look so scared. Is everything alright?" He looked confused to why you'd care.

"I'm fine, don't worry." He began to walk away. You stopped him.

"My name is (Y/N), if you ever want to talk, come find me."

"Chuck, my uh, my name is Chuck, and thank you." He smiled quickly then hurried off with his liquor. You hoped you had made some progress with helping Chuck.

Benny

You worked at a blood bank. You helped label the blood bags and did inventory. Over the past month, you noticed some blood was missing. You figured it was just misplaced or something, but just in case, you decide to set a trap in case someone really was stealing blood. You hit in a cabinet across from the blood cabinet. You waited for hours after closing, and when you were just about to give up and go home, the window next to the blood opened and a man climbed through.

"Stop right there!" You yelled and jumped out of the cabinet. You startled the man, causing him to drop the cooler he was holding. He spun around just in time to watch you fall down. Your foot caught on something in the cabinet.

"You alright there little lady?" The man asked, with concern in his southern accent. You stood up and frowned.

"What are you doing with the blood? Are you some vampire or something?" You asked, glaring at the man.

"You wouldn't want to know sweetheart. Just let me take the blood. I need it." You were confused at his words. He was bigger than you, and he could just take it, why was he being polite?

"Fine, just explain why you need it."

"Maybe next time." The man nodded at you and took the blood before disappearing through the window. You were very confused, and pretty sure you were going to lose your job.
