He doesn't mind admiting that he loves listening to your heartbeat while falling asleep, so when thought of tattoos, he immediately asked to get your heatbeat on his forearm. You loved the idea and got his heartbeat on your shoulderblade.

Castiel~

You both chose to get one wing on your inner forearms, connected, forming an angel's wings.

Crowley~

For a date, he took you to the tattoo place of one of his trusted demons. You got the queen of hearts, and he got the king of hearts because of your shared love of card games. You both got them on your left shoulders.

Dean Winchester~

You both decided to get yin and yang feathers for your tattoos on a dare from Charlie. Needless to say, you both loved them, and wore them proudly on your outer forearms. He got yin, and you got yang.

Gabriel~

He always teased you about being your guardian angel, so when you came back home one day with a tattoo, he went out the next day, returning with his own to match. You got yours small, and on your shoulder, and he got his on his bicep around the same size as yours.

Lucifer~

You had wanted to do something spontaneous with him, and decided on getting tattoos. You got a moon tattoo on your right shoulder, and he got a matching, larger sun tattoo on his left shoulder.

Sam Winchester~

You both liked things simple, so you got small x and o tattoos on your inner wrists.
