1. First Meeting

Adam Milligan~

You blink nervously as you look around the room, already wishing that you were back at home with your mom and older brother.

"Do I have to mommy?" You look up at her, eyes wide as she lets go of your hand and gently turns you towards a group of kids playing by the windows.

"Of course sweetie. It's your first day so it's ok to be scared."
"You got this lil sis!" Your older brother hugs you tightly, before running down the hall towards his grade 5 class.

"But mom! Maybe I'm not ready? Maybe-"

"-No buts sweetie. Time for me to go ok? Go make some friends." With that being said, your mother leaves the unfamiliar grade two room, and heads towards your brothers new class upstairs.

"Hi! You must be new like me! I'm Adam!" You nervously turn towards the excited voice, to see a blond boy that looks to be the same age as you standing with his hand held out.

"Y/n.. and why are you doing that?" You shyly look down at his outstreatched hand, not knowing what he wants.

"My mommy taught me to kiss a pretty girl's hand if I want to ask her to be my friend! So will you let me be your friend Y/n?"

Balthazar~

"Oh come on!" You look down at the drawing in your lap in disappointment as you drop your pencil. A tired sigh leaves your lips as you tuck your pencil behind your ear and grab your eraser on the stone bench beside you.

"I see no problems with the drawing darling, so why are you upset? It has a great likeness to the real one." A voice rings out behind you. surprising you and you drop the eraser.

"Oh did I startle you?" your head whips around, but the man is somehow in front of you. Kneeling to gracefully pick up your eraser.

"Sorry about that. I'm a bit jumpy. And thanks for the compliment on my drawing." A blush darkens your face as the cute man hands you your eraser and you smile gratefully.

"What's your name love?" Your blush darkens as you have to look up to him.

"Y/n. And yours?"

"Balthazar."

Bobby Singer~

A sigh leaves your lips as you approach the last table. A man a couple years older than you sits bickering with two younger looking men, seemingly in their twenties.

"Hi there I'm Y/n, your waitress for tonight. what can I get you?" your chirpy question snaps the three men out of their discussion about something called a wendigo, and the man closest to your age speaks without looking at you. Seemingly too focused on a book.

"I'll have a beer. same with those two idgits." his voice is gruff as he speaks quickly, and the tallest man looks up at you, sympathy for his older friend's harshness.

"Sure thing, coming right up! Will that be all?"

"Yeah. Take your time sweetheart!" The third man looks up and winks cheekily at you as you jott down their orders while walking away towards the counter. Paying no mind to the third man's comment, you quickly fix up the three beers and set them on a tray to bring them over. Reaching the three men, you take note of what appears to be a silver knife sticking from the older one's jacket pocket.

"Here you are! Also sir," you lower your voice as you tap the older one's shoulder quickly after setting down the beers. "You should conseal your knife better. There's a group of shifty looking guys eyeing it." Straightening up, your smile quickly reappears as the oldest man's hand goes to zip up his pocket.

"Thanks. You a hunter?" the flirty man beckons you to sit with them, and you look over to your supervisor for an ok before joining them.

"No, but my mother was." You hesitanty sit in the only empty seat, being next to the eldest man.

"Sorry if it's he brought up a bad memory! I'm Sam. My idiot brother is Dean, and the guy next to you is-"

"Bobby. Bobby Singer. What about you?" Bobby interupts Sam to state his own name, giving the younger male a warning look. A light blush shadows your face as you actually take a second to look at Bobby.

"I'm Y/n. Y/n L/N."

Castiel~

"Y/n, come on! There's someone you have to meet!" Dean's voice echoed through your house as your hurridly get dressed.

"Yeah just a sec!" You call from downstairs. With one last glare at the demon tied down in a chair, you hurry up the stairs to see your friend.

"Hey Dean, Sammy. Who is it that you want me to meet?" Dean smirks slightly as he calls out a name.

"Hey Cass come in here!" A dark-haired man pops into existance beside Dean, and the other Winchester sighs.

"Cass. Use the door next ti-" You whip out your demon knife pointing it towards the newcomer.

"New demon for me?" you take a couple steps forwards, and the dark haired man look unamusedly to Dean.

"This is the hunter Y/n?" Your friend laughs nervously as he puts himself in front of the possible demon.

"No this is Castiel. He's an angel." Your face is blank as you look the so called angel up and down.

"I don't know guys. the whole trenchcoat does't exactly scream angel." Sam snorts in amusement as the man manages to look offended.

"I am most definitely an angel. Dean why her?" With a sigh, Dean shoves him towards you.

"Just help her."

"Help me? Are you educated in the ways of demon torture pretty boy?" You mock as you turn to go back downstairs.

"I think you will see that I can do quite fine miss Y/n." He follows you down the stairs as Sam and Dean exchange glances.

"We'll just stay up here! Make ourselves at home!" Sam calls after you.

"You do that sasquach!"

Crowley~

A growl leaves your lips as you hear a scratching noise, and you stand up from your spot on the grass. Looking around, your gaze flits towards the crossroads to see a young male, possibly in his thirties, burrying a box in the middle. Marching towards him from your spot stargazing in the field, you narrow your eyes as he looks around hopefully.

"What do you think you're doing?" You hiss as you grab his arm and shove him away from the box.

"Get out of here now you foolish human! And don't come back!" Your eyes glow bright as you yell at the male, and he hurries back towards his truck. Fear very evident in his eyes.

"Now why would you do that?" A smooth british-sounding voice sounds from behind you, and you prepare yourself for a fight as you turn to face the demon.

"And who might you be demonic scum?" You spit towards the dark-haired male, and he has the grace to look offended.

"Why I was called to a deal of course. but I'm assuming it wasn't you seeing as how you speak to me with so little respect." the demon approches slowly, and gracefully, as though he is of high importance.

"I am Crowley. King of hell. What about you love?" The king of hell stands tall and proud as he speaks, and you have to fight the urge to punch him in his pretty little face.

"Y/n of the angels."

Dean Winchester~

"And that will be my last song for tonight! Thank you all for listening!" You bow and smile as clapping and cheers are heard through the bar. As you leave the small stage, a band walks up past you, and they nod respectfully to you, which you return with a smile and a quick good luck. You sit down at the bar and order a glass of water and a beer.

"Nice voice." A cute blond sits next to you, and orders a beer.

"Thanks. What's your name?" you decide to relax for once, and engage with a conversation.

"I'm Dean. Dean Winchester. You?" Dean leans slightly to one side as he speaks, allowing his torso to turn towards you.

"Y/n. Y/n L/n."

Gabriel~

"See ya later Ellie!" You wave goodbye to your best friend, who manages to wave back with a smile as you leave her room with a sad smile of your own.

"Good day miss Catius. How is your grandmother doing today?" A volunteer falls in line with you as you both head to the signout desk.

"Ellie is doing fine Alex." You furrow your brow as you think of your friend in her room.

"That's good. Say, wanna go grab a coffee with me after signout? A new cafe just opened up down the street." You shake your head at your fellow volunteer's question.

"Nah. I think i'm going to head down to a bar. Catch ya later Alex!" A sigh leaves your lips as you leave the elder's hospital behind and walk to your car.

"Why hello gorgeoous." A man is leaning against a black Impala with a smirk on his face at the sight of you.

"What do you want? Who are you?" Your voice is lined with hostility as you look over the attractive golden-haired man.

"Well, I originally came here to mess with the Winchesters, but you seem to be a much better target." His eyes look you up and down appreciativly, and you have to hold back a sigh.

"Name's Gabriel. How about you?"

Lucifer~

"Quick! Finish it!" Bobby is held by the throat as the vampire smirks, getting ready to kill him. With a yell to distract the vamp, you swing your machete, easily beheading the last vampire, and head towards Bobby, but the vamp tightens his grip warningly, and Bobby's head lolls to the side as he falls unconsious from the lack of air.

"One more step, and he's dead." You narrow your eyes in anger as you raise your hands and drop the machete to the ground.

"What do you want?" You slowly make your way closer to the vampire and raise your hands in submission.

"I want all of you hunters wiped out is what I want." The vamp drops Bobby to the ground and you hesitantly back away. The vampire quickly closes the distance and pins you to a wall.

"If anyone is listening.. please help me!" The vampire tightens his grip and lowers his sharp teeth towards your neck. There's a quiet sound. Like the fluttering of wings, and suddenly the vampire bursts into flaming ashes. A tall, blond, and rather cute man stands where the vampire once stood, and he offers a hand to you.

"You summoned me dear?" His skin seems to be peeling slightly in random spots around the edges of his face, and you hesitantly take his hand.

"Who are you?" your voice is quiet, and you inwardly curse yourself for acting weak.

"Why, Lucifer of course."

Sam Winchester~

"Hey sweetheart, can we all get a beer?" A sigh leaves your lips as you force a smile to your face and you take the four beers to the men at the counter. One of them whistles as you turn back around, and catcalls are made. Your cheeks are bright with anger as you hurry to grab your notepad and pencil, and you start towards the first of your tables.

"Aw come on babe! Stay with us!"

"Yeah we'll give you the time of your life sweetheart!" You ignore the catcalls and wolf whistles as you approach the table with two men. A handsome blond, and a cute, brown-haired sasquach of a man.

"Hi I'm your waitress Y/n! can I take your order?" you cheerily smile, though it's forces as you continue hearing the catcalls behind you.

"Hey are they bothering you Y/n?" the shorter one moves to gesture towards the four men at the bar, and you sigh.

"It's nothing that I have control over. Now, do you need more time for your orders?" the brief hesitation is gone, and the taller man looks uncertainly towards the men before ordering a salad.

"And I'll have todays' special!" the shorter one pipes up with smirk.

"Two whiskeys as well please?" The taller one adds on hesitantly. Their kindness to you and not pressuring you about the guys at the bar is nice change, and you jot down their orders with a real smile.

"Coming right up." Making your way towards the counter, you are suddenly pushed against it firmly by one of the men from the bar.

"Say doll, why don't we head back to my place hmm?" The dark-haired man smirks as he presses closer to you, and fear is evident over your face as you attempt to shove him away.

"Leave her alone." The tall man from your table pulls the bar guy away from you and puts his own body between the two of you.

"Come on." the blond-haired man pulls on your arm to lead you towards the counter so you can get safely behind.

"Thanks uh.." You don't know his name, so you don't finish the sentance.

"Winchester. I'm Sam and that's Dean." the tall man reaches the two of you and he holds out a hand to shake yours.

"Well thanks for standing up to them for me Sam. and thanks for getting me away Dean." You shake sam's outstretched hand.

"No problem." Sam easily replies with a soft smile.

___________
It is so cool to me that I'm still getting notifs for this story and the view count is still going up. I started this book five years ago without any real plans for how it would go and honestly I'm so glad that I hit publish.

The Supernatural Fandom was the first Fandom that I really got involved in and talked to people about and I am so glad that I did. I have made so many friends because of this book, and for those of you just now finding this book, those of you who are rereading this book, and those of you who read the book and will probably never see this new note, thank you all so much.

You guys are the reason I write, and I can't wait to get back into publishing chapters in this book!
