As they found themselves in Atmos, Superman and Batman explore their new surroundings while taking care to not to attract any unwanted attention. As they navigated their way through Cyclonian territory, Batman surveyed the area. It quickly became clear to the Dark Knight that they were deep in unfamiliar territory. The sight of Cyclonian warships was a looming threat. 

Batman: We can't continue moving out in the open like this. 

Superman: I agree. We should....

Without warning, Superman was shot sot by an energy blast. Batman narrowly avoids an energy blast himself. As Superman regains his composure, he turns around to see a squadron of Talon Skimmers tailing them. 

Superman: We got company! 

Batman: We'll need to lose them! 

With that, Superman and Batman attempt to retreat from the Talons, but the Talons stay on their tail. As the Talons fire on them, Batman's skimmer takes heavy damage. Left with no other choice, Batman bails out of the Skimmer and glides through the skies. As Batman glides, he uses his grappling gun to latch onto one of the Talon Skimmers. Batman then launches himself upwards and onto the Skimmer.

Talon: What the....

Batman then attacks the Talon. As the two wrestled, Batman gets the better of him and throws the Talon overboard. He watches as the Talon activates a parachute to land safely. Batman then takes control of the Talon Skimmer and attacks the other Skimmers. It was at this point that one of the warships turned it's attention to the battle. 

Superman: I'll take care of that warship! 

Superman then flies towards the warship as it fires on him. Superman brushes off the blaster fire. When a missile was fired at him, Superman grabs the missile and hurls it at one of the warship's guns. A squadron of Talon Skimmers was deployed to attack Superman. 

Talon: Kill the intruder! 

As the Talon Skimmers fired on Superman, their blaster shots do no damage to the Kryptonian. Superman then flies towards the Talon Skimmers and battles them. Superman uses his Heat Vision to disable wings on the Skimmers, forcing the Talons to bail out. As the Talons parachute to safety, Superman turns his attention to the warship. Superman then fires towards the warship. At the same time, Batman was able to take down the other Talon Skimmers. Batman then pilots the Skimmer towards the warship and joins Superman. 

Superman: Glad you could join me. 

Batman: Not all of us have superpowers. 

As Batman says this, a group of Talons surround Batman and Superman. 

Talon Commander: You dare attack a warship of the Cyclonian Empire?! Are you insane?!

Superman: This doesn't have to end in violence. Walk away and this will be the end of it. 

Talon Commander: Do you know who you are talking to?! I am a commander in the Cyclonian Empire! If you think I'll let the likes of you walk away, then you are sorely mistaken! 

Batman: I don't think they're in any mood to talk. 

Superman: It was worth a shot. 

Left with no other choice, Superman and Batman battled against the Talons on the bridge of the warship. The Talons proved no match for Superman and Batman. When a group of Talons attempt to rush Batman, the Dark Knight throws several Batarangs at the Talons, knocking the weapons out of their hands. He then knocks the Talons out. One Talon attempts to run his Crystal Pike at Superman, but the pike shatters. Superman then simply uses Super Breath to knock the Talon away. As the Talons were outclassed by Superman and Batman, the Talon Commander was shocked. 

Talon Commander: This...this is impossible! What are you?!

As the Talon Commander attempts to run away, Batman uses his grappling gun to grab the Talon Commander. He then yanks on the line, pulling the commander towards him. The Talon Commander then pulls out a blaster pistol and attempts to shoot Batman, but Superman takes the shot and yanks the pistol out of the commander's hands. 

Superman: You could really hurt someone with this. 

Superman then crushes the pistol with his bare hands and tosses it aside. The Talon Commander was stunned into silence by this display of strength. That blaster pistol was made of metal and he watched Superman crush it like it was a piece of paper. At this point, the Talon Commander runs away, screaming in terror. As the commander ran, alarms began to blare throughout the warship. Batman looks outside the bridge and saw a fleet of warships approaching their position. 

Batman: Looks like the reinforcements are here. 

Superman: The last thing we need is a prolonged fight. 

Batman: Agreed. We need to leave before those reinforcements arrive. 

With that, Superman and Batman escaped the warship and fled before the other warships arrived. In the warship, the Dark Ace arrived with a squadron of Talons. He looked at the damage done by Superman and Batman. He was quick to notice the balled up scrap that was once the Commander's pistol. He was soon approached by a Talon.

Talon: Dark Ace! We've looked over the warship's security footage!

Dark Ace: What Sky Knight squadron is responsible for this attack? Who is foolish enough to wage an attack like this? Not even the Storm Hawks would launch such a brazen attack. 

Talon: It...it wasn't a squadron. It was um....

The Talon then shows Dark Ace the security footage of Superman and Batman battling the Talons. Seeing how two beings decimated an entire warship, Dark Ace takes the security footage and prepares to report this to Master Cyclonis.
