Third Person's Point of View
"'IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU, they die!"
"Just die you useless brat!"
'Stop please.'
"You will not have any food for tonight." after she said that she slapped the little boy. Little boy cried in pain and he held his cheeks.
"You will not go to school, you will start working." The little boy wanted to say something but the old man glared at him. He put both his hands beside his pants as he looked at the floor and started crying.
"If you tell this to others, I will kill you."
"Y-Yes U-Uncle.." The old man smirked again and slapped the little boy on the cheeks.
"Clean the house now."

Third Person's Point of View
"HEY! LOOK AT THAT!" A student said in awe as several other students glanced at the island that's about to come in sight.
Axel smiled at the form of the scenery, 'I can tell that there's going to be nice resources for food and water, it definitely will be some sort of physical survival test. It will be my first time experiencing this.'
"Good Morning, Arison-kun and Ayanokoji-kun." Kushida greeted the two boys. Axel smiled at her but that smile is just a fake. Kiyotaka put his hand on his pocket and waved his other hand to greet Kushida.
"Good morning." Kiyotaka said.
Kushida smiled at the island that reflects the sunlight, it looks like it's actually glowing that adds to the beauty.
"It's simply breathtaking ... don't you two agree?"
"Hm, it is." Axel said as he put his hand on the bar of the ship and closed his eyes and feel the freshed air.
"By the way, where's Horikita-san?" Kushida asked.
"Eh?" The boys both answered at the same time. Yeah, where was she? Axel looked around and tried to find Horikita.
"Isn't she with you?" Kushida tilted her head.
"She's probably in her room." Kiyotaka said. Axel and Kushida both agreed to that. They all think that Horikita is not the type of person who likes vacation.
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚.───
ALMOST EVERY STUDENT WHO WAS suspicious got ready as they stared at the island in front of them. As soon as all the students form up to a line of their class, the teachers then gather in front of them.
"As we prepare to arrive at the island, we will explain what to expect. Until then, wait here." Chabashira then announced.
"It's so hot. Wish they'd hurry it up ..." Ike whispered.
"Were you in your room?" Kiyotaka asked Horikita, Axel looked also to her while yawning.
"Yes, I was reading. It was extremely engaging, but as we weren't allowed to bring personal belongings, I won't get to finish it. Still..."
"Your school IDs will be confiscated." Chabashira continued as she raise up a small object.
"In exchange, you'll wear these wristwatches. Those who take them off without permission will be penalized."
"They're being especially careful. As if they're on high alert." Suzune informed the two boys.
"Yeah, after all this is not really just a vacation." Axel said as he put Kiyotaka beside him so that his body would become warm. Kiyotaka didn't mind it.
"How ominous to say that but I get your point." Kiyotaka commented.
Then another teacher stepped on a small platform as he held up a megaphone, turning it on as he spoke up.
"I'm Mashima, Class A's teacher. First off, I'm glad that we made it here safely today. But at the same time, it's a shame that one of you was unable to join us due to illness. Anyway, I'd like to start the year's first special test!"
"Huh?"
"Special test?" All of the students asked that.
"The testing period will be one week. You'll be living as a group on this deserted island." Mashima then added.
Voices then started to erupt from the students. Their expression clearly see that they are frustrated and at the same time angry about the sudden exam.
"What the heck?"
"This is crazy!"
"Living as a group?"
"It'll be up to you to make your own decisions from here on out. Now, the survival test begins!"
Kiyotaka stared at the teacher in front of him with an emotionless expression.
'Vacation is over, huh?' In his thought, he sighed and looked at Axel who is currently sleeping while standing. He poked his cheeks causing Axel to wake up.
"Need more sleep?" Kiyotaka asked him, and Axel nodded. Kiyotaka gently put his head on his shoulder. While Kiyotaka Immediately received some death glare, he just ignored that.
He sighed. 'I guess it's time to work.'

"FIRST, LET'S GO OVER WHAT WE already know. The school provided two tents that each sleep eight, so we have some shelter. Two flashlights, one box of matches, backpacks and amenities for everyone in class and sunscreen for anyone that wants it. " Hirata said as he kept his eyes on the school guidance survival manual.
"A whole week with only the basics?" The girls were a bit troubled by this, Kushida worriedly spoke up.
Ike kneeled down as he checked more of the items lying in front of them.
"A survival test on a desert island? For real?"
─── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚.───
"JUST PROCEED AS WE DISCUSSED." Ryuen reminded me.
"Right." Katsuragi replied. Katsuragi then extends his right arm for Ryūen to shake it but the latter looks at him.
"And get over yourself too." Ryuen said.
"We both know that ever since the rumour spread that you tried to get into the student council and got rejected, Sakayanagi's faction has achieved dominance." he added.
"This is a great opportunity... for both of us." Ryuen said, then turned around to walk away.
Katsuragi just stared at the male's back with an annoyed expression. He makes a 'tsk' sound then he also starts walking away.

"SO WE HAVE TO FIND OUR OWN FOOD. A test of survival outdoors, ending at noon one week from now." Hirata said as Karuizawa leaned towards him with a frown.
"But remember what the teachers told us? We can still go swimming; have barbecues and all that other fun stuff." Yamauchi suddenly speaks up.
"No, we can only do that if we spend the 300 S-points they gave us, which would be a waste considering what we could buy; food, drinking water and tools to cook with!"
"So you aren't going to buy those things?"
"Look, if we have any S-points left at the end of the test, then they'll be added to our class' total points score." Hirata as he flipped a page.
Ike smiled to reassure his classmates.
"If we can tough it out for a week, we'll get 30,000 a month! 30,000 guys!"
As Hirata proceeds to turn pages for important instructions and further warnings, Karuizawa points at a certain part of the page.
"What's that?"
"A list of things we could lose points for. Illness and serious injuries. Pollution of the surrounding environment. Absence at morning and evening roll calls. Violence against or stealing from other classes."
"But we can't gain more points, can we?" Karuizawa ask.
"Yes. There are certain spots around the island we can claim as our own and get bonus points." Hirata replied.
Kiyotaka, Axel and Horikita are slightly separated from the group, discussing the survival test. But it looks like it's just Kiyotaka and Horikita who are discussing it because Axel is sleeping on Kiyotaka's shoulder.
"Freedom to choose is the theme of this test, don't you think?" Kiyotaka asked the two.
"Sure seems that way. If we do this right, we could close the gap between us and the other classes. This thing is so restrictive.." Horikita said while nodding her head.
"But there's a penalty for removing the ID watches. I don't think it's wise to risk it, you know? I bet there are special sensors and GPS devices hidden in these things. So they can find us quickly if there's an emergency." she added. After that he looked at Axel. She sighed.
"Can you wake him up?"
"No."
"Why?"
"He is tired."
"But.."
"No."
"Tsk."
"Noisy." Axel said as he removed his head on Kiyotaka's shoulder. He rubbed his eyes as he looked at the two people beside him. Kiyotaka sighed and looked at Horikita.
"You disturb him."
"I'm not."
"Yes you are."
"Argh It's okay Kiyo." as he patted the shoulder of Kiyotaka. Axel looked around as he saw some students of class D were discussing this special exam.
"Hey, Hirata-kun. Don't you think we should be able to spend some of our points? Within reason, of course." Karuizawa asked.
Hirata glanced at the manual.
"Hmm..."
"No! We should refrain from using points for as long as we can." One of the students, Teruhiko Yukimura, immediately declined.
"Don't you realize how difficult that's going to be?" Karuizawa turned to him with a frown. With that other girls agreed.
"Yeah. "
"I don't want to! "
"I'll, like, die!"
Kiyotaka looked deadpanned, even though he wore his usual stoic expression. Horikita is just listening to them.
"I'd prefer to tough it out, that won't be a problem for me, but I don't think some of the other girls can." Karuizawa said as she turned to look at the girls who nod uncomfortably.
"A basic toilet. You use a hyper-absorbent polymer sheet to solidify waste. Each one can be used many times. I think that might be hard for women." Kiyotaka explained.
"That's very likely." Horikita said as she crossed her arms, she started getting irritated with the situation.
"Come on, we can just tough it out and use this toilet." Ike didn't understand the difference of how male and female use the toilet as he spoke up.
"You're not listening! I'm saying that some of the girls might not be willing or able to do that." Karuizawa said as her voice raised up.
"We can buy a regular toilet with points. See, it says so right here on the list." Hirata said, making the girls crowd him to check. Making the girls agree.
"Huh? That's perfect!"
"Yeah, we have to!"
"Let's buy it right now."
"We can't just decide that. We shouldn't be able to spend collective points without a majority vote." Yukimura said while pushes up his glasses.
"A majority vote? That's a great idea Yukimura! This is our chance to score some major class points. We can do without the fancy toilet." Ike enthusiast.
Karuizawa turned to him.
"What the.. are you seriously caring for the points right now?"
"Women are emotional creatures who become irrational when they need their triggers. So, we shouldn't indulge them, Hirata." Yukimura states.
" Say that again, jerk! "
"Hey, relax. Do you want to prove the guy right?" Hirata said to both sides trying to calm down but they did not stop from debating.
"The basic toilet is functional!"
"Think about how we feel!"
"Noisy." Then all the students who were debating stopped and looked at the certain black hair boy who was currently holding the manual. Hirata gulped as he looked at Axel.
Horikita sighed and started the conversation.
"This is not the time we should fight among ourselves." she said, Karuizawa rolled her eyes.
"That's why we should buy a portable toilet." she said, making the other boys raise their eyebrows and ready to rebut but Axel raised his hand.
"We're already Class D, the class with the fewest points, and this exam is a chance to catch up to Class A. If it really bothers you all, we can look ahead and buy a portable toilet then. Besides, Classes A and B are already on the move. We must not waste any more time than we already have. Our chances of winning are closely associated with the value and location of the portable toilet." he suggested.
"I'm not saying this, that I'm siding with the girls, it's just wasting our time here. I hope you'll understand that." Karuizawa and other girls smiled at Axel's suggestion. While the boys just nod their head.
They can't say anything ... they don't want to oppose, especially if it was Axel.

AS THE CLASS D STUDENTS FINALIZE an area to where they will rest, Hirata asked for them to gather around just in case it's time for them to walk again to find a perfect base.
Hirata walks towards the center as he gathers the attention from the others.
"I think it's time we start searching the forest for a good place to set up our base camp."
"I agree." Karuizawa agrees with Hirata.
Hirata faces Karuizawa, who is sitting behind him.
"Where we decide to camp will affect how and when we have to spend our points this week." He then turns back and raises his hand.
"Are there any volunteers to help me search?"
There, while sitting on the tree branch, Rokusuke Kōenji is raising his hand. Other D-Class students also initially volunteered, such as Kushida.
"Ooh, right here! I'd be honored to help if you'll have me."
More D-Class students raise their hands because of that. Kiyotaka raised his hand and grabbed Axel's hand and raised his hand. Axel just rolled his eyes and nodded.
"Aren't you going to join the fun?" Horikita asked specifically for Kiyotaka.
"That's the last thing I want to do. And you, volunteering to help those guys look? I have to say, I'm quite surprised." Horikita raised a brow at Kiyotaka.
"Not taking any kind of role, that'll make you stand out from the group."
Kiyotaka then walks forward while dragging Axel with him to where Hirata is standing.
Airi Sakura raises her hand in response to seeing Kiyotaka Ayanokōji and Axel Arison raise theirs. Hirata smiled at Axel and Sakura.
"That makes ten. Let's proceed in teams of three, while one will have four."
"Not two? Since there are ten of us." One student pipes up.
"Well, we need more groups to look for areas to save time." Hirata replied, making the others nod in agreement.

ROKUSUKE KEONJI SWINGS THROUGH the trees, laughing. Leaves cover his faces as he hop, branch to branch but he didn't care. As he escapes the crowded trees, they stand on top where they can clearly see the ocean.
Koenji grips onto a branch as he leans forward.
"Ah, I am so beautiful and melding with the exquisite environment around me enhances my stellar looks. I am the pinnacle of beauty."
'Excellent athletic ability and no sign of reticence about the outdoors either. What's their story?' Kiyotaka scoffs as he sees Koenji. Axel who is currently jogging while yawning, literally not caring around.
Sakura weakly hops to Kiyotaka as she tries to catch her breath.
"Ayanokōji! Walking in this jungle, it's pretty difficult, isn't it?"
"Yes, and it was incredibly hot on top of that. Hey, are you going to be ok?"
"Mhm. I'm fine, don't worry!"
"How about you Axel?" Kiyotaka asks Axel, Sakura also looks at him.
"Kiyo, can you give me a piggyback ride. I'm tired." Kiyotaka didn't ask as he slowly knelt down. Axel put his arms around Kiyotaka's neck, he hopped his lower body, Kiyotaka held his legs gently.
Sakura starts blushing.
'Omg this scene! This scene! I've read this scenario. Wait, I will check if Ayanokoji is blushing..Hmmm oh!!!! His ears are red!' she said while putting his hand on her mouth.
After that they start running again to catch up with Koenji. As Kōenji starts to swing through the jungle again, laughing. Kiyotaka sighed.
"Well that's good, let's pick up the pace." Kiyotaka and Sakura continue walking again.
"Ah, yeah. Kōenji, sure, is amazing, right?" Sakura said as she watched him do tricks on one tree to another.
"Yeah, it's not just their athleticism, they're extremely confident all the time too. Kōenji, wait! Don't go too fast, please."
Kōenji stops swinging.
"No need to worry, a little jungle like this is no match for me." Koenji said as he let out a confident smirk.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Kiyotaka asked as he ran while Axel was sleeping on the top of his head. Koenji then resumes on swinging like Tarzan across to where he's rarely seen except that a sound of laughter swinging continues.
After a few minutes, silence goes by together with the sounds of birds chirping.
"Ah, we lost sight of him again." Sakura said.
'I guess I should keep an eye on him from now on. He's too carefree.' Kiyotaka's thoughts.
"Do you think this is one of the paths?" Sakura asked, Axel yawned as he also looked at the path. The three stare at a sight of the cave in front of them.
"It certainly looks like it." Kiyotaka replied.
"Wow, I wonder if that cave is one of the spots they mentioned." Axel said as he looked at the cave.
"Most likely." Kiyotaka said.
The students gather around Miss Chabashira as she announces the rules to them.
"There are multiple spots scattered around the island. Each time you gain possession of one of these spots, you will earn a single bonus point for your class. However, You can't spend any bonus points during the test period. They'll be added to your class total after the test has finished. Each declaration of possession of a spot lasts for eight hours. Only the class leader has the authority to declare possession."
"You said class leader?" Hirata asked.
"That's right. This keycard is used to take possession of a spot, only the leader gets one. Also, you can't change leaders without having a legitimate reason to do so. In addition to that, on the last day of the test, when we take a role, for each class leader you can correctly identify, your class will be allotted a whopping 50 bonus points right then and there."
"50 bonus points?" Maya Sato repeated.
"So if we guess all three class' leaders, we get 150 bonus points?"
Chabashira suddenly smirks.
"However, for each incorrect guess you'll lose 50 points, this is a high risk, high return game. It's in your best interests to try to find out who the other class leaders are, but also to make an effort to conceal your leader's identity."
Kiyotaka stayed silent as he stared at the cave. Axel said to Kiyotaka to put him down, Axel thanked him as Kiyotaka just nodded.
'Spots are important I guess.'
'But moving too hastily to secure them could result in their leader being revealed' Axel's head goes lower just in case the base has already been taken and is in security.
Kiyotaka, sensing something, grabs Sakura and hides in a bush right next to them, while Axel decides to hide in a different bush.
Katsuragi walks out of the cave, holding the leader card. Kiyotaka and Axel stare at the card as Yahiko Totsuka walks out of the cave to stand next to Kōhei Katsuragi.
"We're so lucky, Katsuragi-san. Securing a spot so early in the week."
"Lucky?" Katsuragi glanced at Yahiko.
"I've had my eye on it since before we landed, finding it was expected. Another thing, be careful what you say and do."
"Oh, right."
"We don't know who might be eavesdropping out here, so take extra care not to accidentally reveal anything. As a leader, it's my responsibility to manage our class." Katsuragi said as he raised his card.
"Yeah, I'll be careful." Yahiko nods.
"Before we docked today, the ship took a slow lap around the island at a distance, that was a hint."
"How is that a hint?"
"Even from not far away, I could see there were paths cut through the jungle, and then I knew I just had to find the shortest routes."
"You could tell what the school's trying to do just from that? Brilliant as usual. You know what, Sakayanagi's got nothing on you dude. " Yahiko said as he began to praise Katsuragi.
"Hold on for a second, something's odd." Suddenly Katsuragi motioned him to keep quiet.
"What is it, Katsuragi-san?"
Katsuragi starts walking towards where Kiyotaka, Sakura and Axel are hiding and nearly uncovers them. It was a small whimper and a heartbeat to listen to as the sound of leaves being squashed, it soon went fainter.
"What's up?" Yahiko became confused by the behavior.Katsuragi shook his head as he walked back to the cave.
"Nothing. Let's get moving. We shouldn't stay here too long."
Both Axel and Kiyotaka didn't take their eyes off until they're nowhere to be seen and are completely inaudible.
'That was a close call.'
Axel tilted his head to see Sakura's red face.
"Kiyo, you should let go of Sakura now."
Kiyotaka then realizes and lets his palm go from Sakura's mouth letting her whimper.
"Sorry Sakura." As soon as Sakura is fully released, she turns a brighter red and squirms on the ground. Kiyotaka turned around behind him.
"Sakura? Are you okay?"
"I'm...okay.."
Axel stands, dusts himself off and then looks at the direction of A-class camp. He let out a sigh and looked at Sakura who was still blushing.
'Hshshs I guess Sakura likes Kiyo. Of course she will like him, Kiyo is independent, Handsome, Smart and Strong.' Axel's thoughts as he keeps nodding to himself.
Kiyotaka decided to go into the cave.
"Those two guys, they're in class A, right?"
"Uh, yeah."
Kiyotaka sees that Class A already has their spot determined. Kiyotaka inspects how Class A have claimed the cavern spot. Sakura then hopped to where Kiyotaka was standing.
"Uh, hey, Ayanokoji, Axel? Does that conversation mean that the Katsuragi guy is Class A's leader? So, we just need to learn an invaluable secret, don't we?"
Kiyotaka finally takes his eyes off and towards the two as he walks outside.
"Yeah, we'll report it to Hirata later when we get back." He said as he glanced at Axel who was looking at him. They both nod and the three of them decide to go back to their base.
